The second conveying assembly 33 comprises a second chassis 331, a conveying belt 332, a driving motor 333 and a lifting mechanism; the second bottom frame 331 is installed on a rack, a retaining ring is arranged on the side edge of the second bottom frame 331, the conveying belt 332 is connected to the second bottom frame 331, the conveying belt 332 is positioned on the upper surface of the second bottom frame 331, and the conveying belt 332 is driven by the driving motor 333; a hollow part is arranged in the middle of the second underframe 331, and the lifting mechanism is positioned in the hollow part; the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting frame 334, a lifting screw 335, a screw driving motor 336, a material placing plate 337, a second spinning machine 338, a traversing screw assembly 339 and a mounting plate 3310; the mounting plate 3310 is arranged on the second bottom frame 331, the lifting frame 334 is movably connected to the second bottom frame 331, the lifting frame 334 is lifted through the lifting screw 335, and the driving motor 336 drives the lifting screw 335 to work; the transverse moving screw rod assembly 339 is arranged at the upper end of the lifting frame 334, the material placing plate 337 is arranged at the moving part of the transverse moving screw rod assembly 339, one end of the material placing plate 337 is provided with a raised step, and the other end is provided with an inclined plane; the second spinning machine 338 is installed on the side of the traversing lead screw assembly 339, and a pressing rod is arranged at the end of the second spinning machine 338.

The pipe frame conveying device 3 solves the problem that the success rate of glue injection is low due to the fact that the precision is difficult to control when the glue injection task is performed in the conveying process of the pipe frame; by arranging the rectangular conveying route, the pipe frame is recycled, and the efficiency is improved; the tube frame needs to guarantee different precision and speed requirements during two actions of conveying and processing, and the high stepping motion precision of the sliding module 313 is used for loading and sequentially injecting glue for multiple rows of blood collection tubes by a mode of combining two conveying modes of the sliding module 313 and the conveying belt 332; the characteristic of high belt conveying speed is used for conveying the pipe frame, so that the circulation speed is improved; when the feeding station and the glue injection station are used, clamping and positioning are carried out through the spinning machine, clamping action is efficient, the material passing rail is not affected, and the speed is increased.
As shown in fig. 7-9, the quantitative glue injection device 4 includes a glue injection barrel 41, a fixing plate 42, a movable lead screw assembly 43, a movable plate 44, a heating assembly 45, a reversing assembly 46, a glue pumping assembly 47, and a glue dripping pipe 48; the glue injection barrel 41 is fixed on the fixing plate 42, blood separation glue is arranged in the glue injection barrel 41, and a discharge end is arranged at the lower end of the glue injection barrel 41; the moving plate 44 is movably connected to the fixed plate 42 through a sliding rail, the reversing assembly 46 is installed on the fixed plate 42, the glue pumping assembly 47 corresponds to the side of the reversing assembly 46, and the moving lead screw assembly 43 drives the glue pumping assembly 47; the glue dripping pipe 48 is arranged at the lower end of the reversing assembly 46, the heating assembly 45 is sleeved outside the glue dripping pipe 48, the heating assembly 45 is movably connected to the fixing plate 42, and the heating assembly 45 can move up and down.
The movable lead screw assembly 43 comprises a stepping motor, a lead screw and a lead screw nut, the stepping motor is fixed with the shaft end of the lead screw, the stepping motor is arranged on the fixed plate 42, the lead screw nut is in screw fit with the lead screw, and the lead screw nut is fixed with the movable plate 44; the fixed plate 42 is further provided with a limit sensor 49, and the limit sensor 49 corresponds to the convex column arranged at the side end of the moving plate 44 and is used for controlling the moving distance of the moving plate 44.
The heating assembly 45 comprises a lifting guide frame 451 and a heating plate 452, the heating plate 452 is installed on the lifting guide frame 451, a round hole 453 is uniformly distributed on the heating plate 452, the glue dripping pipe 48 is located in the round hole 453, a heating wire 454 is further arranged on the side of the heating plate 452, the heating wire 454 is located inside the heating plate 452, and the heating wire 454 is used for heating the heating plate 452.

(II) injecting glue into the blood collection tube: the blood separation glue is sent out from the glue injection barrel 41 and enters the material passing channel 4621 in the valve core 462, at the moment, the rear through hole 4623 is aligned with the transition hole 4213 for glue extraction, the lead screw assembly 43 is moved to pull out the pull plate 474, and the glue is filled into the cavity 472 when the injection needle 473 moves out of the cavity 472; then, the reversing cylinder 463 pushes the valve element 462 to make the sinking groove 4624 align with the transition hole 4213 to push glue, the lead screw assembly 43 is moved to push the pulling plate 474 out, so that the glue left in the cavity 472 flows into the glue dripping pipe 48 through the sinking groove 4624, the heating assembly 45 heats the glue dripping pipe 48 to prevent the blood separation glue from cooling and solidifying, the glue dripping pipe 48 extends into the blood collection pipe, and the glue falls into the bottom of the blood collection pipe;
(III) blanking and collecting a blood collection tube: the pipe rack enters the receiving platform 524, the two sides of the pipe rack are pressed by the pressing plate 5243 and the lifting flanges 5244, and the top surface of the pipe rack is hooked by the anti-falling plate 5242; then the turnover cylinder 522 works to drive the receiving platform 524 to rotate by ninety degrees, and then the ejection cylinder 525 pushes the ejection column 527 out of the receiving platform 524 to push the blood collection tube in the tube frame out from the side; the pushed blood collection tube enters the bin 533, and falls into the feeding channel 5431 of the feeding block 543 at the lower end of the bin, the stepping motor 545 drives the poking wheel 544 to rotate, so that the blood collection tube is clamped in the arc-shaped gap 5443 to move, and when the photoelectric sensor 5433 does not detect the blood collection tube, the screw rod group 532 is moved to drive the bin 533 to move for a certain distance, so that the blood collection tube in the other cavity falls; when moving to the bottom, the fork 5471 pushes down the blood collection tube into the channel between the top push-down plate 547 and the bottom receiving plate 546, and finally enters the collection bin 55 to complete collection.
