The third conveying assembly 36 comprises a third chassis 361, a material ejecting claw 362, a blocking cylinder 363 and a driving belt set 364; the material ejecting claw 362 is mounted on the third chassis 361 through a two-degree-of-freedom moving mechanism, the material ejecting claw 362 can lift and move laterally, the blocking cylinder 363 is transversely mounted at the discharge end of the third chassis 361, and the driving belt set 364 is arranged on the third chassis 361 and used for driving the pipe frame to move.

As shown in fig. 7-9, the quantitative glue injection device 4 includes a glue injection barrel 41, a fixing plate 42, a movable lead screw assembly 43, a movable plate 44, a heating assembly 45, a reversing assembly 46, a glue pumping assembly 47, and a glue dripping pipe 48; the glue injection barrel 41 is fixed on the fixing plate 42, blood separation glue is arranged in the glue injection barrel 41, and a discharge end is arranged at the lower end of the glue injection barrel 41; the moving plate 44 is movably connected to the fixed plate 42 through a sliding rail, the reversing assembly 46 is installed on the fixed plate 42, the glue pumping assembly 47 corresponds to the side of the reversing assembly 46, and the moving lead screw assembly 43 drives the glue pumping assembly 47; the glue dripping pipe 48 is arranged at the lower end of the reversing assembly 46, the heating assembly 45 is sleeved outside the glue dripping pipe 48, the heating assembly 45 is movably connected to the fixing plate 42, and the heating assembly 45 can move up and down.
The movable lead screw assembly 43 comprises a stepping motor, a lead screw and a lead screw nut, the stepping motor is fixed with the shaft end of the lead screw, the stepping motor is arranged on the fixed plate 42, the lead screw nut is in screw fit with the lead screw, and the lead screw nut is fixed with the movable plate 44; the fixed plate 42 is further provided with a limit sensor 49, and the limit sensor 49 corresponds to the convex column arranged at the side end of the moving plate 44 and is used for controlling the moving distance of the moving plate 44.
The heating assembly 45 comprises a lifting guide frame 451 and a heating plate 452, the heating plate 452 is installed on the lifting guide frame 451, a round hole 453 is uniformly distributed on the heating plate 452, the glue dripping pipe 48 is located in the round hole 453, a heating wire 454 is further arranged on the side of the heating plate 452, the heating wire 454 is located inside the heating plate 452, and the heating wire 454 is used for heating the heating plate 452.
The reversing assembly 46 comprises a valve body 461, a valve core 462 and a reversing cylinder 463, wherein the valve body 461 is fixedly arranged, a feeding seat 4611 is arranged at the end part of the valve body 461, a feeding hole is arranged in the feeding seat 4611, and the feeding seat 4611 is connected with the lower end of the glue injection barrel 41; the valve core 462 is arranged inside the valve body 461, the reversing cylinder 463 is arranged on the fixing plate 42, and the telescopic end of the reversing cylinder 463 is connected with the valve core 462; the valve core 462 is in a circular shaft shape, a material passing channel 4621 is arranged at the axis of the valve core 462, and the material passing channel 4621 is connected with a feeding hole on a feeding seat 4611; a lateral through hole 4623 is arranged on the outer side of the valve core 462, and the through hole 4623 is penetrated through the material passing channel 4621; the cylindrical surface of the valve core 462 is also provided with a sinking groove 4624, the sinking groove 4624 is arc-shaped, and the phase included angle of two ends of the sinking groove is ninety degrees; the sinking groove 4624 is positioned at the side of the through hole 4623; the sinking grooves 4624 and the through holes 4623 are respectively provided with a plurality of through holes 4623 which are uniformly distributed; the end of the valve core 462 is provided with a thick cylinder part 4625, the thick cylinder part 4625 is matched with the valve body 461, and the matching part is also provided with a sealing ring; an exhaust hole 4626 is formed in the side end of the thick cylindrical part 4625, the exhaust hole 4626 is communicated with the material passing channel 4621, the exhaust hole 4626 is a threaded hole, the exhaust hole 4626 is opened in the first gluing process to exhaust the inside, and the exhaust hole 4626 is blocked by a screw during the subsequent glue injection; the telescopic end of the reversing cylinder 463 is connected with the end of the valve core 462; the lower end of the valve body 461 is provided with a lower glue hole, and the glue dripping pipe 48 is arranged in the lower glue hole;
the glue extracting assembly 47 comprises a base 471, a cavity 472, an injection needle 473 and a pulling plate 474; the cavity 472 is arranged in a base 471, the base 471 is installed at the side of the valve body 461, the injection needles 473 are arranged in the cavity 472, the injection needles 473 are provided in a plurality, the ends of the injection needles 473 are all fixed on a pulling plate 474, and the pulling plate 474 is fixed on the moving plate 44; the side of the valve body 461 is provided with a mounting groove 4612, the bottom of the mounting groove 4612 is provided with a transition hole 4213, the transition hole 4213 is connected with a through hole 4623 and a sinking groove 4624, the end surface of the cavity 472 is mounted in the mounting groove 4612, the center of the cavity 472 is provided with a through hole, the through hole is connected with the transition hole 4213, and the injection needle 473 is movably matched in the through hole.
When the quantitative glue injection device 4 works, blood separation glue is sent out from the glue injection barrel 41 and enters the material passing channel 4621 in the valve core 462, at the moment, the through hole 4623 is aligned with the transition hole 4213 for glue extraction, the pull plate 474 is pulled out by moving the lead screw assembly 43, and the glue is filled in the cavity 472 when the injection needle 473 is moved out of the cavity 472; then, the reversing cylinder 463 pushes the valve element 462 to align the sinking groove 4624 with the transition hole 4213, glue is pushed, the pull plate 474 is pushed out by moving the lead screw assembly 43, glue left in the cavity 472 before flows into the glue dripping tube 48 through the sinking groove 4624, the glue dripping tube 48 is heated by the heating assembly 45 to prevent blood separation glue from being cooled and solidified, and the glue dripping tube 48 extends into the blood collection tube to drop the glue into the bottom of the blood collection tube.
