背景技术
目前市场上常见的吸收人和动物的排泄物的吸收芯体大致可以分为三种，即木浆芯体、复合吸水纸和无纺布复合芯体，木浆芯体由无纺布或无尘纸包裹粉碎的绒毛浆/木浆制成，复合吸水纸由粘胶纤维、绒毛浆/木浆和丙烯酸基高吸水性聚合物颗粒等压合而成，无纺布复合芯体由多层无纺布与高吸水性聚合物颗粒依靠热熔胶的粘合制成，但是现有技术的吸收芯体在制造的过程中需要多次层压，层压之后的吸收芯体里纤维积聚，变得很硬，因此消费者使用过程中感觉不够柔软，此外，吸收芯体很硬使得吸收制品不能很好地贴合在吸收部位，容易造成侧漏等渗漏现象。
发明内容

本方案的一次性吸收用品的吸收芯体中，树脂颗粒是超吸收高分子聚合物颗粒，俗称SAP，含有该树脂颗粒的吸收芯体吸液能力和锁液能力超强；该吸收芯体中含固体有机酸颗粒和无水碳酸氢盐颗粒，当人体排泄物中的液体中所含水分接触了固体有机酸颗粒和无水碳酸氢盐颗粒之后，将这些颗粒溶解在水中，然后有机酸与碳酸氢盐在水溶液中反应，产生二氧化碳气体。所产生的二氧化碳气体通过上聚氨酯泡沫层的下表面与下聚氨酯泡沫层的上表面形成的空间逃逸，通过上聚氨酯泡沫层通过，再与人体的排泄器官接触，能降低接触部位的温度和湿度，所产生的气流，能轻拂排泄器官的外表面，增加舒适感。
进一步地，所述的有机酸颗粒和无水碳酸氢盐颗粒的摩尔比为1:1。
进一步地，第一外套体可以是亲水无纺布或卫生纸。
进一步地，所述上聚氨酯泡沫层的下表面和/或下聚氨酯泡沫层的上表面是曲面。
所述上聚氨酯泡沫层的上表面可以是接近平整的平面，下聚氨酯泡沫层的下表面可以是接近平整的平面。所述上聚氨酯泡沫层的下表面是曲面，所述下聚氨酯泡沫层的上表面是曲面，这样最终得到的吸收制品中，上聚氨酯泡沫层的下表面与下聚氨酯泡沫层的上表面形成了一个容置有空气的容置腔，这个容置腔内有包裹层的一部分、颗粒物和空气。这样当人体的排泄物通过顶片和上聚氨酯泡沫层进入这个容置腔之后，不仅在垂直吸收制品的方向上向下渗透，而且在平行吸收制品的方向上向横向扩散，从而加快液体的渗透速度，能保持顶片上表面的干爽。
进一步地，所述上聚氨酯泡沫层包括由亲水性聚氨酯材料制成的连续且均匀的第一开孔泡沫块体及穿设在所述的第一开孔泡沫块体内的沿第一开孔泡沫块体平面延伸方向延伸的第一无纺布层。在所述的第一开孔泡沫块体内设置第一无纺布层能弥补泡沫的拉伸强度，从而能增加拉伸强度。
进一步地，为了使液体更快地被吸收：所述的上聚氨酯泡沫层上设有多个贯通上下表面的通孔。
进一步地，所述的下聚氨酯泡沫层包括由亲水性聚氨酯材料制成的连续且均匀的第二开孔泡沫块体及穿设在所述的第二开孔泡沫块体内的沿第二开孔泡沫块体平面延伸方向延伸的第二无纺布层。在所述的第二开孔泡沫块体内设置第二无纺布层能弥补泡沫的拉伸强度，从而能增加拉伸强度。
优选地，所述吸收芯的厚度为0.8mm-6mm。
优选地，所述吸收芯体的厚度为0.8mm-2.5mm。
方案二
一次性吸收制品，包括位于顶部的液体能渗透的顶片、位于底部的液体不能渗透的底片以及夹设于两者之间的如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的吸收芯。
所述的一次性吸收制品还包括粘结于所述的吸收芯体外边缘且连接于所述的顶片上表面和底片上表面之间的防漏隔边层。
进一步地，所述的顶片下表面和上聚氨酯泡沫层的上表面之间、上聚氨酯泡沫层的下表面和包裹层的外表面、下聚氨酯泡沫层的上表面与包裹层的内表面、包裹层的外表面和底片的上表面之间均采用热熔粘合剂粘合。
本方案的吸收芯体由于使用了柔软且有弹性的聚氨酯泡沫，层压后仍然保持了柔软的特性，使得本发明的一次性吸收制品不仅吸液能力超强，而且柔软，能很好地贴合在吸收部位，不容易造成侧漏等渗漏现象。
本发明的有益效果：本发明使用聚氨酯泡沫来代替现有技术的吸收芯体里绒毛浆/木浆、粘胶纤维和蓬松无纺布等支撑材料，与高吸水性聚合物颗粒、有机酸颗粒和无水碳酸氢盐颗粒进行复合，提供充足吸收液体、锁定液体能力的同时提供柔软弹性的支撑材料，给使用者带来如同躺在海绵床垫或坐在海绵沙发垫上的舒适感觉；
采用本发明的结构和材料使其柔软弹性，能更好地贴合在吸收部位，能防止侧漏等现象，因此使用更加方便安全。
本发明的制品中含固体有机酸颗粒与无水碳酸氢盐颗粒，待制品吸收人体排泄物中的液体后，固体有机酸颗粒和无水碳酸氢盐颗粒溶解后在溶液中相互反应，产生二氧化碳气体。产生的二氧化碳气体通过顶片进入人体排泄器官周围，产生微风，缓解人体排泄器官周围的闷热感。

在本发明的描述中，需要理解的是，术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外””等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述，而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作，因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

所述的包裹层3-2包括外部的液体能渗透的第一外套体3-2-1以及内部的容置腔3-2-2，所述的容置腔3-2-2内设有下聚氨酯泡沫层3-2-3以及均匀铺设于下聚氨酯泡沫层3-2-3上表面的由树脂颗粒、有机酸颗粒和无水碳酸氢盐颗粒均匀混合而成的颗粒层3-2-4，其中，所述的树脂颗粒按照50-150克/平方米铺设于下聚氨酯泡沫层3-2-3上表面上，所述的有机酸颗粒按照15-25克/平方米铺设于下聚氨酯泡沫层3-2-3上表面上，所述的无水碳酸氢盐颗粒按照8-16克/平方米铺设于下聚氨酯泡沫层3-2-3上表面上。
本方案的一次性吸收用品的吸收芯体吸液能力和锁液能力超强，含固体有机酸颗粒和无水碳酸氢盐颗粒，当人体排泄物中的液体中所含水分接触了固体有机酸颗粒和无水碳酸氢盐颗粒之后，将这些颗粒溶解在水中，然后有机酸与碳酸氢盐在水溶液中反应，产生二氧化碳气体。所产生的二氧化碳气体通过上聚氨酯泡沫层的下表面与下聚氨酯泡沫层的上表面形成的空间逃逸，通过上聚氨酯泡沫层通过，再与人体的排泄器官接触，能降低接触部位的温度和湿度，所产生的气流，能轻拂排泄器官的外表面，增加舒适感。

进一步地，所述上聚氨酯泡沫层3-1包括由亲水性聚氨酯材料制成的连续且均匀的第一开孔泡沫块体3-1-1及穿设在所述的第一开孔泡沫块体3-1-1内的沿第一开孔泡沫块体3-1-1平面延伸方向延伸的第一无纺布层3-1-2。进一步地，为了使液体更快地被吸收：所述的上聚氨酯泡沫层3-1上设有多个贯通上下表面的通孔3-1-3。
进一步地，所述的下聚氨酯泡沫层3-2-3包括由亲水性聚氨酯材料制成的连续且均匀的第二开孔泡沫块体3-2-3-1及穿设在所述的第二开孔泡沫块体3-2-3-1内的沿第二开孔泡沫块体3-2-3-1平面延伸方向延伸的第二无纺布层3-2-3-2。
优选地，所述吸收芯的厚度为0.8mm-6mm。
优选地，所述吸收芯体的厚度为0.8mm-2.5mm。
一次性吸收制品，包括位于顶部的液体能渗透的顶片1、位于底部的液体不能渗透的底片2以及夹设于两者之间的如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的吸收芯3。
所述的一次性吸收制品还包括粘结于所述的吸收芯体3外边缘且连接于所述的顶片1上表面和底片2上表面之间的防漏隔边层4。
进一步地，所述的顶片下表面和上聚氨酯泡沫层的上表面之间、上聚氨酯泡沫层的下表面和包裹层的外表面、下聚氨酯泡沫层的上表面与包裹层的外表面、包裹层的外表面和底片的上表面之间均采用热熔粘合剂粘合。
本方案的吸收芯体由于使用了柔软且有弹性的聚氨酯泡沫，层压后仍然保持了柔软的特性，使得本发明的一次性吸收制品不仅吸液能力超强，而且柔软，能很好地贴合在吸收部位，不容易造成侧漏等渗漏现象。亲水聚氨酯开孔泡沫的举例：
亲水聚氨酯开孔泡沫可以采用如下方法制得，但是不仅限于如下方法制得的聚氨酯开孔泡沫：取100份重量的道化学公司的HypolJM5004，加入100份重量的1wt％的表面活性剂的水溶液，室温下快速搅拌后得到混合乳液，然后将混合乳液平摊在基底上，然后快速覆盖无纺布和上盖后，静待2-10分钟，等待混合乳液发泡生成亲水聚氨酯开孔泡沫，即制得所述的聚氨酯泡沫层。所述的表面活性剂是BASF公司的Poloxamer188。
所述上聚氨酯泡沫层和所述下聚氨酯泡沫层均为亲水的聚氨酯开孔泡沫，能打通液体下渗通道，因此提高了储液空间。
开孔的概念是聚氨酯发泡过程中产生的气体在聚氨酯泡沫的内部打通了很多液体可以流通的管道，并且一些管道的终点延伸到聚氨酯泡沫的表面，与外界连通。这样当从聚氨酯泡沫的上面倾倒液体到聚氨酯泡沫表面时，液体可以顺着这些连通的管道深入聚氨酯泡沫的内部，或者最终穿透聚氨酯泡沫到聚氨酯泡沫的其他表面外。这些管道的宽度不尽相同，有大有小，一般的直径在20微米和200微米之间。
本实施例所述的顶片1下表面和上聚氨酯泡沫层3-1的上表面之间、上聚氨酯泡沫层3-1的下表面和包裹层3-2的外表面、包裹层3-2的外表面和底片2的上表面之间均采用热熔粘合剂粘合。
具体实施例如下：
实施例1
顶片：35克/平方米纯棉打孔无纺布；
上聚氨酯泡沫层：0.5毫米厚，50克/平方米的聚氨酯泡沫内设置13克/平方米的SSS无纺布；
第一外套体：13克/平方米的SSS亲水无纺布；
颗粒层：100克/平方米的SAP颗粒，19.2克/平方米的柠檬酸颗粒，8.4克/平方米的碳酸氢钠颗粒；
下聚氨酯泡沫层：2.0毫米厚，具体为：200克/平方米的聚氨酯泡沫内设置13克/平方米的SSS无纺布；
底片：18克/平方米的PE透气膜；
防漏隔边层：15克/平方米的纺粘SMS拒水布。
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和吸生理盐水：23克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和锁生理盐水：17克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和吸人工血浆：17克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和锁人工血浆：12克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：5公斤压力移除后9秒回弹回原状。
实施例2
顶片：23克/平方米热风打孔无纺布；
上聚氨酯泡沫层2：0.5毫米厚，50克/平方米的聚氨酯泡沫内设置13克/平方米的SSS无纺布；
第一外套体：13克/平方米的SSS亲水无纺布；
颗粒层：80克/平方米的SAP颗粒，19.2克/平方米的柠檬酸颗粒，8.4克/平方米的碳酸氢钠颗粒；
下聚氨酯泡沫层5：1.0毫米厚，具体为：100克/平方米的聚氨酯泡沫内设置13克/平方米的SSS无纺布；
底片：18克/平方米的PE透气膜；
防漏隔边层：15克/平方米的纺粘SMS拒水布。
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和吸生理盐水：25克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和锁生理盐水：19克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和吸人工血浆：18克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和锁人工血浆：14克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：5公斤压力移除后15秒回弹回原状。
实施例3
顶片：13克/平方米的打孔纺粘无纺布；
上聚氨酯泡沫层：0.5毫米厚，50克/平方米的聚氨酯泡沫内设置13克/平方米的SSS无纺布；
第一外套体：18克/平方米的卫生纸；
颗粒层：70克/平方米的SAP颗粒，19.2克/平方米的柠檬酸颗粒，8.4克/平方米的碳酸氢钠颗粒；
下聚氨酯泡沫层：0.5毫米厚，具体为：50克/平方米的聚氨酯泡沫内设置13克/平方米的SSS无纺布；
底片：18克/平方米的PE透气膜；
防漏隔边层：15克/平方米的SMS纺粘拒水布。
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和吸生理盐水：26克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和锁生理盐水：21克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和吸人工血浆：19克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和锁人工血浆：14克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：5公斤压力移除后18秒回弹回原状。
实施例4
顶片：13克/平方米PE打孔膜；
上聚氨酯泡沫层：0.3毫米厚，30克/平方米的聚氨酯泡沫内设置13克/平方米的SSS无纺布；
包裹层3：13克/平方米的SSS亲水无纺布；
树脂层：70克/平方米的SAP颗粒，19.2克/平方米的柠檬酸颗粒，8.4克/平方米的碳酸氢钠颗粒；
下聚氨酯泡沫层：0.5毫米厚，具体为：50克/平方米的聚氨酯泡沫内设置13克/平方米的SSS无纺布；
底片：18克/平方米的PE透气膜；
防漏隔边层：15克/平方米的纺粘SMS拒水布。
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和吸生理盐水：28克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和锁生理盐水：22克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和吸人工血浆：20克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：饱和锁人工血浆：14克/克；
得到吸收制品的性能：5公斤压力移除后16秒回弹回原状。
再来测试降温效果：
测试方法：室温26度，取一片制得的卫生制品，35度烘箱内保温1小时后取出，快速平摊在玻璃平板上，在5秒内快速倾倒5毫升37度的人工血浆，完全吸收后上压滤纸和砝码，5分钟后撤去滤纸和砝码，测顶层1的表面温度和滤纸质量的增加量(反渗量)。
测试结果如下表所示：
对比例为市场上采购的常见的七度空间优雅系列245毫米的卫生巾。

可以看到通过有机酸颗粒与碳酸氢盐颗粒的加入，以及有机酸颗粒、碳酸氢盐颗粒与高分子超吸收聚合物颗粒的共混，相同使用时间内显著降低了吸收制品的表面温度，显著改善了使用卫生制品时的闷热感。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已，并不用于限制本发明，对于本领域的技术人员来说，本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内，所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等，均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一次性吸收制品的吸收芯，其特征在于：所述吸收芯包括上部的液体能渗透的上聚氨酯泡沫层(3-1)和下部的能吸收液体的包裹层(3-2)；
所述的包裹层(3-2)包括外部的液体能渗透的第一外套体(3-2-1)以及内部的容置腔(3-2-2)，所述的容置腔(3-2-2)内设有下聚氨酯泡沫层(3-2-3)以及铺设于下聚氨酯泡沫层(3-2-3)上表面的由树脂颗粒、有机酸颗粒和无水碳酸氢盐颗粒混合而成的颗粒层(3-2-4)，其中，所述的树脂颗粒按照50-150克/平方米铺设于下聚氨酯泡沫层(3-2-3)上表面上，所述的有机酸颗粒按照15-25克/平方米铺设于下聚氨酯泡沫层(3-2-3)上表面上，所述的无水碳酸氢盐颗粒按照8-16克/平方米铺设于下聚氨酯泡沫层(3-2-3)上表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收制品的吸收芯，其特征在于：所述的有机酸颗粒和无水碳酸氢盐颗粒的摩尔比为1:1。所述的树脂颗粒是高吸水性聚合物树脂颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收制品的吸收芯，其特征在于:所述上聚氨酯泡沫层(3-1)的下表面和/或下聚氨酯泡沫层(3-2-3)的上表面是曲面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收制品的吸收芯，其特征在于:所述上聚氨酯泡沫层(3-1)包括由亲水性聚氨酯材料制成的连续且均匀的第一开孔泡沫块体(3-1-1)及穿设在所述的第一开孔泡沫块体(3-1-1)内的沿第一开孔泡沫块体(3-1-1)平面延伸方向延伸的第一无纺布层(3-1-2)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收制品的吸收芯，其特征在于:所述的上聚氨酯泡沫层(3-1)上设有多个贯通上下表面的通孔(3-1-3)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收制品的吸收芯，其特征在于:所述的下聚氨酯泡沫层(3-2-3)包括由亲水性聚氨酯材料制成的连续且均匀的第二开孔泡沫块体(3-2-3-1)及穿设在所述的第二开孔泡沫块体(3-2-3-1)内的沿第二开孔泡沫块体(3-2-3-1)平面延伸方向延伸的第二无纺布层(3-2-3-2)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一次性吸收制品的吸收芯，其特征在于:所述吸收芯的厚度为0.8mm-6mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一次性吸收制品的吸收芯，其特征在于:所述吸收芯体的厚度为0.8mm-2.5mm。
9.一次性吸收制品，其特征在于：包括位于顶部的液体能渗透的顶片(1)、位于底部的液体不能渗透的底片(2)以及夹设于两者之间的如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的吸收芯。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一次性吸收制品，其特征在于：所述的一次性吸收制品还包括粘结于所述的吸收芯体(3)外边缘且连接于所述的顶片(1)上表面和底片(2)上表面之间的防漏隔边层(4)。
