背景技术
高粱因其具有较好的抗旱性、耐贫瘠特性及耐高温特性而被广泛种植,其生物学产量较好,是我国重要的旱地作物之一。然而,高粱在生长过程中易受丝黑穗、禾生炭疽及尾孢病原菌的侵染、地下及地上害虫以及缺素的影响而造成作物生长发育状态变差,产量减少,严重影响其质量安全。此外,由于高粱种子粒径较小,在生产过程中往往采用先育苗、后移栽的种植方式,不仅浪费时间,还造成人力及财力的二次浪费。种子丸化技术是一种新型种子处理方法,属于种子包衣领域。目前,种子包衣多使用悬浮种衣剂,在不改变种子粒径大小及形态的基础上,于种子表面覆上一层带有药剂或肥料的薄膜,而丸化种衣剂不仅能改变原本粒径较小的种子大小,并且能针对性的将农药、肥料、植物生长调节剂及保水剂等具有不同功能的物质包裹在种子表面。我国在90年代初开始推广烟草丸化种子,现国内烟草丸化种子已经被广泛应用,并由此衍生出各种作物的包衣丸化种子,取得了明显的成效。目前广泛使用的传统种衣剂基本为化学农药型,其中的有效成分需要一定的降解时间,对土壤有害,对生物有毒,在一定程度上破坏生态环境。此外,目前关于高粱种子的丸化种衣剂、丸化种子及其制备方法的研究目前极少。因此,研制出一种对环境友好、提高种子质量及减少人力资源及财力浪费的生物药肥复合型高粱丸化种衣剂,能为种衣剂市场提供新的参考。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂丸化种子及其制备方法,本发明制备的丸化种子含有生物农药及微生物菌肥,可抑制病原菌的侵染及生长、对地下害虫有趋避作用以及促进植株生长,并且可吸收雨水后崩解,在种子周围形成一个缓释性的药肥库,提供可抑菌、杀虫或趋避害虫及提供养分的物质,为种衣剂的研究提供了新的参考,解决了上述存在的“现目前还无生物药肥复合型丸化高粱种衣剂、丸化种子及其制备方法的研究”问题。
本发明的技术方案为:一种生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂,所述种衣剂包含有如下组分及质量百分比分别为:含量为0.1亿个孢子或cfu~10000亿个孢子或cfu/g的生物杀菌剂0.1%~15%、含量为0.1亿个孢子或cfu~10000亿个孢子或cfu/g的生物抗虫剂0.001%~10%、植物生长调节剂为0.00001~10%、填料为43%~98.79%、崩解剂为1%~10%、黏结剂为0.001%~5%、成膜剂为0.01%~5%、警戒色为0.1%~2%。

一种采用生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂制作丸化种子的方法,所述方法步骤为:将精选的裸种倒入包衣机中,采用电动喷雾将黏结剂使裸种表面均匀润湿,再加入上述种衣剂制备步骤一中的粉料组合物,不断滚动,待粉末完全均匀裹上;继续喷雾黏结剂,再加粉料组合物并不断重复,直至种子粒径达到4~5mm即可。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,采用本发明的技术方案,操作简单方便,种衣剂的制备过程简洁不复杂,设备易得,成本较低,且该种子直接直播,不用育苗及移栽,能够节约人力与财力。在种子发育过程中,能够杀菌、趋避虫害、提供营养以及保持水分,取得了很好的使用效果。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:一种生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂的制备:取1g枯草芽孢杆菌、0.1g阿维菌素、1g短肽、0.5g海藻酸钠、1g酸性大红、5g干淀粉、62.4g硅藻土及30g滑石粉经研磨后混合均匀,置于干燥的锥形瓶中,摇床常温混合均匀;取0.1g明胶置于100ml水中混合溶解后制成黏结剂;以上混合均匀即得生物型药肥复合种衣剂。
生物型药肥复合丸化高粱种子的制备:将精选后的高粱种子30g倒入包衣机,电动喷雾5ml黏结剂,待表面均匀润湿(20s)后,加入5g种衣剂后继续滚动,并不断重复上述步骤,直至丸化种子粒径达4~5mm。经筛选、抛光、干燥后即可得到丸化包衣的高粱种子。

由表1数据可知,丸化提高了种子的发芽率,并且其发芽潜力也有提高。
生物型药肥复合丸化高粱种子的幼苗素质:
将上述所得丸化高粱种子20粒放入垫有3层润湿滤纸的培养皿中,重复3次,编号SW;将裸种作为对照,每皿20粒,重复3次,编号CK。将以上处理放入恒温恒湿培养箱中生长(温度:28℃、湿度:80%),于第15天计算取出。将幼苗洗净后测量其株高、根长、活力指数及鲜重,所得数据见表2所示。

由表2数据可知,丸化高粱幼苗株高降低,根长升高,单株鲜重增加,活力指数上升,较裸种子更有活力。
实施例2:种衣剂的制备:取0.1g黑腐菌原粉、0.1g甲维盐、1g短肽、0.8g羧甲基纤维素钠、0.5g苋菜红、8g干淀粉、59.5g硅藻土经研磨后混合均匀,置于干燥得锥形瓶中,摇床常温混合;另取30g滑石粉单独分装,取0.1g羧甲基纤维素钠置于100ml水中混合溶解后制成黏结剂;以上即得生物型药肥复合种衣剂。
生物型药肥复合丸化高粱种子的制备:将精选后的高粱种子25g倒入包衣机,电动喷雾6ml黏结剂,待表面均匀润湿后,加入5g种衣剂后继续滚动,并不断重复上述步骤,直至丸化种子粒径达4~5mm后将滑石粉加入包衣机内,并喷入5mL的黏结剂,不断重复,直至表明光滑。经筛选、抛光、干燥后即可得到丸化包衣的高粱种子。
生物型药肥复合丸化高粱种子的室内发芽试验:将上述所得丸化高粱种子20粒放入垫有3层润湿滤纸的培养皿中,重复3次,编号SW;将裸种作为对照,每皿20粒,重复3次,编号CK。将以上处理放入恒温恒湿培养箱中生长(温度:28℃、湿度:80%),于第7天计算发芽率、发芽势数据见表3所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂,其特征在于:所述种衣剂包含有如下组分及质量百分比分别为:含量为0.1亿个孢子或cfu~10000亿个孢子或cfu/g的生物杀菌剂0.1%~15%、含量为0.1亿个孢子或cfu~10000亿个孢子或cfu/g的生物抗虫剂0.001%~10%、植物生长调节剂为0.00001~10%、填料为43%~98.79%、崩解剂为1%~10%、黏结剂为0.001%~5%、成膜剂为0.01%~5%、警戒色料为0.1%~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂,其特征在于:所述生物杀菌剂为如下组分枯草芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、木霉菌、哈茨木霉菌、荧光假单胞杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、侧孢短芽孢杆菌、沼泽红假单胞菌、盾壳霉、多粘类芽孢杆菌、甲基营养型芽孢杆菌或苏云金杆菌中的一种或多种组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂,其特征在于:所述生物抗虫剂为如下组分阿维菌素、甲维盐、多杀菌素、球孢白僵菌、金龟子绿僵菌、苏云金杆菌、印楝素、苦参碱或除虫菊素中的一种或多种组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物药肥复合型丸化高粱种衣剂,其特征在于:所述植物生长调节剂为如下组分短肽、芸苔素、赤霉素或油菜素内酯中的一种或多种组合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂,其特征在于:所述填料为如下组分硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、高岭土、黏土、皂土、石英砂、田土、细沙、草木灰、腻子粉或淀粉中的一种或多种组合物惰性填料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂,其特征在于:所述崩解剂为如下组分干淀粉、羧甲基纤维素钠、L-HPC、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、交联CCNa、羟丙基淀粉或海藻酸钠中的一种或多种组合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂,其特征在于:所述黏结剂为如下组分海藻酸钠、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、环糊精、聚丙烯酸钠、聚乙烯醇、明胶或甲基纤维素中的一种或多种组合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂,其特征在于:所述成膜剂为如下组分淀粉、丙烯晴、魔芋精粉、羟甲基纤维素钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、改性植物油脂、玉米蛋白、氨基酸、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶、明胶、聚乙烯醇或聚醋酸乙烯酯中的一种或多种组合物;所述警戒色料为如下组分酸性红、酸性大红、直接红、苋菜红、颜料红、酸性黄、永固黄、喹啉黄、碱性紫或永固紫中的一种或多种组合物。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法步骤为:一、将生物杀菌剂、生物抗虫剂、植物生长调节剂、成膜剂、崩解剂、警戒色料及经研磨后填料按上述质量百分比混合均匀得到粉料组合物;二、将黏结剂用水制成溶液,再将步骤一所得到的粉料组合物加入到溶液中混合均匀,即为生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂。
10.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的生物药肥复合型丸化种衣剂制作丸化种子的方法,其特征在于:所述方法步骤为:将精选的裸种倒入包衣机中,采用电动喷雾将黏结剂使裸种表面均匀润湿,再加入上述种衣剂制备步骤一中的粉料组合物,不断滚动,待粉末完全均匀裹上;继续喷雾黏结剂,再加粉料组合物并不断重复,直至种子粒径达到4~5mm即可。
