技术领域
本发明涉及工业大麻种子包衣加工技术领域,尤其涉及工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂和包衣方法。
背景技术
工业大麻是指四氢大麻酚含量低于0.3%的大麻,我国将工业大麻称为汉麻,是大麻科大麻属1年生草本植物,分为工业大麻和毒品大麻,国内外广泛应用的大麻为工业大麻。工业大麻的秆芯所磨制成的粉末,也就是汉麻秆芯超细粉体改性涂层技术应用在军服,能发挥出产品的高强度、高性能的特性。我国工业大麻种植使用的工业大麻种子千粒重约为20~44克,单粒工业大麻种子贮藏养分很少,使得工业大麻种子的发芽率较低;工业大麻种子粒径较小,在使用播种机进行播种时,无法控制工业大麻种子的播种量。采用丸粒化加工,可改变种子的外形和增加种子表面硬度,提高种子的均匀性,并显著增强种子对不良环境的抵抗能力,同时还能增加种子的粒径,因此通过对工业大麻种子丸粒化处理,能满足人们对工业大麻种植的需要,为此,本申请提出一种工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂和包衣方法。
发明内容
(一)发明目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂和包衣方法,本发明提供的工业大麻种子用包衣剂能提高工业大麻种子的抗病耐旱能力以及提高种子的发芽率,另外通过本发明提供的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣方法能快速使用本发明包衣剂和粘合剂对工业大麻种子进行丸粒化包衣。
(二)技术方案
本发明提供了一种工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,按重量份计,包括以下组分:填充料粉末50~80份、防虫杀菌剂0.1~0.3份、杀虫剂0.3~2.5份、生长营养粉剂10~25份、抗旱剂3~12份、除草剂0.5~2份、植物生长调节剂0.02~0.05份和微生物菌种0.01~0.03份。

S4、将防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂和除草剂投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子B表面,得到包衣工业大麻种子C;再将包衣工业大麻种子C表面均匀沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子D;
S5、将生长营养粉剂、植物生长调节剂和微生物菌种投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子D表面,得到包衣工业大麻种子E;再将包衣工业大麻种子E表面均匀沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子F;
S6、将填充料粉末和抗旱剂投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子F表面,直至包衣工业大麻种子F的粒径至7~8mm,得到包衣后工业大麻种子G;
S7、对得到的包衣后工业大麻种子G进行干燥、真空包装,得到成品包衣工业大麻种子。

本发明提供的的工业大麻丸粒化生产时使用的包衣剂中包括多种有效成分,包括防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂、生长营养粉剂、除草剂和植物生长调节剂,能够有效促进工业大麻幼苗健壮生长,防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂和除草剂包覆在种子外表面,有效的避免其流失且能减少农药对环境的污染;包衣剂中还包括膨润土粉末、硅藻土粉末和生物炭混合制成的填充料粉末,在改善土壤土质的情况下更能锁住更多的水分,以供工业大麻生长所需;包衣剂中的微生物菌种能改良土壤,抑制土壤中有害菌的繁殖,促进工业大麻根系对营养物质的吸收,有助于工业大麻的生长,从而提高工业大麻的产量和质量;另外,本发明提供的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣方法用于将本发明提供的包衣剂配合粘合剂均匀包覆在工业大麻种子表面,工业大麻的丸粒化包衣方法操作简单使用方便,对工业大麻种子的包衣效果好;通过本发明得到的工业大麻包衣种子,有利于工业大麻种子种植推广过程中实现机械化播种,并能做到对工业大麻种子的精量播种,大大提高工业大麻的种植效率。

实施例1
本发明提出的一种工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,重量份计,包括以下组分:填充料粉末50份、防虫杀菌剂0.1份、杀虫剂0.3份、生长营养粉剂10份、抗旱剂3份、除草剂0.5份、植物生长调节剂0.02份和微生物菌种0.01份。
在一个可选的实施例中,填充料粉末包括膨润土粉末、硅藻土粉末和生物炭;膨润土粉末、硅藻土粉末和生物炭的重量比为:0.5:0.5:0.2。
在一个可选的实施例中,防虫杀菌剂为呋喃丹、甲拌磷、五氯硝基苯、多菌灵以及三唑铜中的任一一种或者多种。
在一个可选的实施例中,杀虫剂为4.5%氯氰菊酯。
在一个可选的实施例中,除草剂为乙草胺。
在一个可选的实施例中,生长营养粉剂包括氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素、麦芽糊精粉和淀粉;氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素、麦芽糊精粉和淀粉的质量比为1:1:1:0.2:0.5:0.5;其中,微量元素为钙、镁、硼、锌、铜、铁以及锰。
在一个可选的实施例中,抗旱剂采用吸水树脂及淀粉连接的多聚物。
在一个可选的实施例中,植物生长调节剂为赤霉素。
在一个可选的实施例中,微生物菌种包括枯草芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和侧孢芽孢杆菌;枯草芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和侧孢芽孢杆菌的质量比为0.01:0.01:0.01:0.02。
本发明还提出了关于上述工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣的方法,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、将工业大麻种子进行除杂以及筛选,得到大小均一的待包衣工业大麻种子A;
S2、按重量份称取包衣剂的各组分:填充料粉末、防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂、生长营养粉剂、抗旱剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂和微生物菌种;将纤维素与水配制成质量浓度为0.5%的水溶液,作为粘合剂备用;
S3、将待包衣工业大麻种子A放入包衣造粒机内,用装有粘合剂的供液机对准待包衣工业大麻种子A喷入粘合剂,使待包衣工业大麻种子A外表面均匀地沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子B;
S4、将防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂和除草剂投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子B表面,得到包衣工业大麻种子C;再将包衣工业大麻种子C表面均匀沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子D;
S5、将生长营养粉剂、植物生长调节剂和微生物菌种投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子D表面,得到包衣工业大麻种子E;再将包衣工业大麻种子E表面均匀沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子F;
S6、将填充料粉末和抗旱剂投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子F表面,直至包衣工业大麻种子F的粒径至7mm,得到包衣后工业大麻种子G;
S7、对得到的包衣后工业大麻种子G进行干燥、真空包装,得到成品包衣工业大麻种子。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,按重量份计,包括以下组分填充料粉末68份、防虫杀菌剂0.2份、杀虫剂1.8份、生长营养粉剂17份、抗旱剂8份、除草剂1.6份、植物生长调节剂0.03份和微生物菌种0.02份。
在一个可选的实施例中,填充料粉末包括膨润土粉末、硅藻土粉末和生物炭;膨润土粉末、硅藻土粉末和生物炭的重量比为:0.8:0.7:0.4。
在一个可选的实施例中,防虫杀菌剂为呋喃丹、甲拌磷、五氯硝基苯、多菌灵以及三唑铜中的任一一种或者多种。
在一个可选的实施例中,杀虫剂为4.5%氯氰菊酯。
在一个可选的实施例中,除草剂为乙草胺。
在一个可选的实施例中,生长营养粉剂包括氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素、麦芽糊精粉和淀粉;氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素、麦芽糊精粉和淀粉的质量比为2:2.3:1.6:0.3:0.8:0.9;其中,微量元素为钙、镁、硼、锌、铜、铁以及锰。

S2、按重量份称取包衣剂的各组分:填充料粉末、防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂、生长营养粉剂、抗旱剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂和微生物菌种;将纤维素与水配制成质量浓度为1.6%的水溶液,作为粘合剂备用;
S3、将待包衣工业大麻种子A放入包衣造粒机内,用装有粘合剂的供液机对准待包衣工业大麻种子A喷入粘合剂,使待包衣工业大麻种子A外表面均匀地沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子B;
S4、将防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂和除草剂投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子B表面,得到包衣工业大麻种子C;再将包衣工业大麻种子C表面均匀沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子D;
S5、将生长营养粉剂、植物生长调节剂和微生物菌种投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子D表面,得到包衣工业大麻种子E;再将包衣工业大麻种子E表面均匀沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子F;
S6、将填充料粉末和抗旱剂投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子F表面,直至包衣工业大麻种子F的粒径至7.5mm,得到包衣后工业大麻种子G;
S7、对得到的包衣后工业大麻种子G进行干燥、真空包装,得到成品包衣工业大麻种子。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,按重量份计,包括以下组分:填充料粉末80份、防虫杀菌剂0.3份、杀虫剂2.5份、生长营养粉剂25份、抗旱剂12份、除草剂2份、植物生长调节剂0.05份和微生物菌种0.03份。
在一个可选的实施例中,填充料粉末包括膨润土粉末、硅藻土粉末和生物炭;膨润土粉末、硅藻土粉末和生物炭的重量比为:2.5:1.5:0.6。
在一个可选的实施例中,防虫杀菌剂为呋喃丹、甲拌磷、五氯硝基苯、多菌灵以及三唑铜中的任一一种或者多种。
在一个可选的实施例中,杀虫剂为4.5%氯氰菊酯。
在一个可选的实施例中,除草剂为乙草胺。
在一个可选的实施例中,生长营养粉剂包括氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素、麦芽糊精粉和淀粉;氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素、麦芽糊精粉和淀粉的质量比为3:3:3:0.5:1.5:1.5;其中,微量元素为钙、镁、硼、锌、铜、铁以及锰。
在一个可选的实施例中,抗旱剂采用吸水树脂及淀粉连接的多聚物。

本发明还提出了关于上述工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣的方法,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、将工业大麻种子进行除杂以及筛选,得到大小均一的待包衣工业大麻种子A;
S2、按重量份称取包衣剂的各组分:填充料粉末、防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂、生长营养粉剂、抗旱剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂和微生物菌种;将纤维素与水配制成质量浓度为2.3%的水溶液,作为粘合剂备用;
S3、将待包衣工业大麻种子A放入包衣造粒机内,用装有粘合剂的供液机对准待包衣工业大麻种子A喷入粘合剂,使待包衣工业大麻种子A外表面均匀地沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子B;
S4、将防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂和除草剂投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子B表面,得到包衣工业大麻种子C;再将包衣工业大麻种子C表面均匀沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子D;
S5、将生长营养粉剂、植物生长调节剂和微生物菌种投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子D表面,得到包衣工业大麻种子E;再将包衣工业大麻种子E表面均匀沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子F;
S6、将填充料粉末和抗旱剂投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子F表面,直至包衣工业大麻种子F的粒径至8mm,得到包衣后工业大麻种子G;
S7、对得到的包衣后工业大麻种子G进行干燥、真空包装,得到成品包衣工业大麻种子。

1.工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:填充料粉末50~80份、防虫杀菌剂0.1~0.3份、杀虫剂0.3~2.5份、生长营养粉剂10~25份、抗旱剂3~12份、除草剂0.5~2份、植物生长调节剂0.02~0.05份和微生物菌种0.01~0.03份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:填充料粉末50份、防虫杀菌剂0.1份、杀虫剂0.3份、生长营养粉剂10份、抗旱剂3份、除草剂0.5份、植物生长调节剂0.02份和微生物菌种0.01份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,包括以下组分:填充料粉末80份、防虫杀菌剂0.3份、杀虫剂2.5份、生长营养粉剂25份、抗旱剂12份、除草剂2份、植物生长调节剂0.05份和微生物菌种0.03份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,其特征在于,填充料粉末包括膨润土粉末、硅藻土粉末和生物炭;膨润土粉末、硅藻土粉末和生物炭的重量比为:0.5~2.5:0.5~1.5:0.2~0.6。
5.根据权利要求1所述的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,其特征在于,防虫杀菌剂为呋喃丹、甲拌磷、五氯硝基苯、多菌灵以及三唑铜中的任一一种或者多种;杀虫剂为4.5%氯氰菊酯;除草剂为乙草胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,其特征在于,生长营养粉剂包括氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素、麦芽糊精粉和淀粉;氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素、麦芽糊精粉和淀粉的质量比为1~3:1~3:1~3:0.2~0.5:0.5~1.5:0.5~1.5;其中,微量元素为钙、镁、硼、锌、铜、铁以及锰。
7.根据权利要求1所述的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,其特征在于,抗旱剂采用吸水树脂及淀粉连接的多聚物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,其特征在于,植物生长调节剂为赤霉素。
9.根据权利要求1所述的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,其特征在于,微生物菌种包括枯草芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和侧孢芽孢杆菌;枯草芽孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和侧孢芽孢杆菌的质量比为0.01~0.03:0.01~0.03:0.01~0.03:0.02~0.03。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣剂,还提出了关于上述工业大麻种子丸粒化包衣的方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、将工业大麻种子进行除杂以及筛选,得到大小均一的待包衣工业大麻种子A;
S2、按重量份称取包衣剂的各组分:填充料粉末、防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂、生长营养粉剂、抗旱剂、除草剂、植物生长调节剂和微生物菌种;将纤维素与水配制成质量浓度为0.5~2.3%的水溶液,作为粘合剂备用;
S3、将待包衣工业大麻种子A放入包衣造粒机内,用装有粘合剂的供液机对准待包衣工业大麻种子A喷入粘合剂,使待包衣工业大麻种子A外表面均匀地沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子B;
S4、将防虫杀菌剂、杀虫剂和除草剂投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子B表面,得到包衣工业大麻种子C;再将包衣工业大麻种子C表面均匀沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子D;
S5、将生长营养粉剂、植物生长调节剂和微生物菌种投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子D表面,得到包衣工业大麻种子E;再将包衣工业大麻种子E表面均匀沾着包衣剂,得到包衣工业大麻种子F;
S6、将填充料粉末和抗旱剂投入包衣造粒机内,使其均匀粘附在包衣工业大麻种子F表面,直至包衣工业大麻种子F的粒径至7~8mm,得到包衣后工业大麻种子G;
S7、对得到的包衣后工业大麻种子G进行干燥、真空包装,得到成品包衣工业大麻种子。
