Abstract
本发明公开了一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂,该种衣剂由下列重量百分比成分组成:甲霜灵、咯菌晴、嘧菌酯、生物杀虫剂、咪鲜胺、腐殖酸、微量元素、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、络合剂、助剂。其制备方法为:按配方比例将腐殖酸、氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素及络合剂经砂磨机磨成细粉;按配方比例将咯菌晴、嘧菌酯、甲霜灵、咪鲜胺装入反应釜,加入助剂反应后备用;将步骤1和步骤2得到的粉末加入杀虫剂,再加入水成悬浮液体灌装即为本发明。本发明具有包衣组方好,包衣效果好,可很好地提高种子发芽率,促进幼苗茁壮生长、快生根多生,提高种子活力,防治病虫效果好,治病药效广,可有效防治恶苗病、猝倒、立枯病、绵腐病、苗瘟病。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业种子处理技术领域,具体涉及一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂及制备方法。
背景技术
随着农作物秸秆还田的普及,农作物生长前期的病虫害发生越来越普遍,种子包衣剂是利用粘着剤或成膜剂用特定的种子包衣机将杀菌剂、杀虫剂、微肥、植物生长调节剂、着色剂或填充剂等非种子材料包裹在种子外面,这层外衣成为种衣剂,种衣剂能有效的防治作物苗期病虫害,明显促进幼苗生长,提高抗逆性、治病杀虫,加快种子发芽,促进壮苗,提高作物质量,增加产量,节省种子,大大降低生产成本。其功效多,种衣剂紧贴种子,药力集中,利用率高,使用安全等优点。现有种衣剂产品仍然功效单一,产品质量参差不齐,药剂成分老化现象存在,药效广谱性差,药效时间短,配合药中互补性差,其药物毒性易在土壤中残留,造成土壤污染,有必要研究一种新型药肥复合类种子包衣剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂,该种衣剂能很好的防治作物前期病虫害,提高种子出苗率,促进幼苗茁壮生长、快生根多生根、壮根,提高种子活力,增产增收,药物互补性强,毒性残留小,土壤无污染,使用安全。本发明还提供了该种衣剂的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂由下列重量百分比成分组成:
甲霜灵 2-15%
咯菌晴 1-15%
嘧菌酯 5-15%
生物杀虫剂 0.1-5%
咪鲜胺 0.01-0.1%
腐殖酸 5-30%
微量元素 0.01-0.1%
氮肥 5-15%
磷肥 5-15%
钾肥 5-15%
络合剂 0.01-0.1%
助剂 0.01-0.1%
本发明一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、按配方比例将腐殖酸、氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素及络合剂经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
2、按配方比例将咯菌晴、嘧菌酯、甲霜灵、咪鲜胺装入反应釜,加入助剂剂反应后,经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
3、将步骤1和步骤2得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入生物杀虫剂,再加入原料重量1-10倍水,成悬浮液体入灌装机灌装即为本发明种衣剂。
所述微量元素包括:铁、铜、锌、镁、钼、硅、硒、硼、钙、锰化合物的一种或多种
所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、着色剂、成膜剂、防冻剂、增稠剂中多种。
本发明一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂及制备方法具有以下优点:
1、包衣组方好,组分之间药效肥效有明显的相互促进作用,毒副作用有很好的制约作用;
2、包衣效果好,可很好地提高种子发芽率,发芽势,促进幼苗茁壮生长、快生根多生根、壮根,提高种子活力,达到苗壮,增产增效的目的;
3、防治病虫效果好,本发明合理利用益生菌与生物杀虫剂,防病效果好,治病药效广,可有效防治恶苗病、猝倒、立枯病、绵腐病、苗瘟病。
具体实施方式:
实施列1:本发明一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂,由下列重量百分比成分组成:甲霜灵15%、咯菌晴15 %、嘧菌酯15%、阿维菌素5%、咪鲜胺 0.1%、腐殖酸19.6%、微量元素0.1%、尿素10%、磷酸二氢钾10%、硫酸钾10%、络合剂0.1 %/、助剂 0.1 %。
本发明一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、按配方比例将腐殖酸、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、微量元素及络合剂经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
2、按配方比例将咯菌晴、嘧菌酯、甲霜灵装入反应釜,加入助剂反应后经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
3、将步骤1和步骤2得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入阿维菌素,再加入原料重量2倍水,成悬浮液体入灌装机灌装即为本发明种衣剂。
所述微量元素为:铁、铜、锌、镁、钼、硅、硒、硼、钙、锰的化合物一种或多种。
所述助剂为:分散剂、消泡剂、着色剂、成膜剂、防冻剂、增稠剂中多种,其比例均等。
实施列2:本发明一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂,由下列重量百分比成分组成:甲霜灵10%、咯菌晴10%、嘧菌酯10%、阿维菌素5%、咪鲜胺 0.05%、腐殖酸28.8%、微量元素0.05%、硫铵12%、磷酸二氢钾12%、硫酸钾12%、络合剂0.05 %、助剂 0.05 %。
本发明一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、按配方比例将腐殖酸、硫铵、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、微量元素及络合剂经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
2、按配方比例将咯菌晴、嘧菌酯、甲霜灵、咪鲜胺装入反应釜,加入助剂、成膜剂反应后,经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
3、将步骤中1和步骤2得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入阿维菌素,再加入原料重量3倍水,成悬浮液体入灌装机灌装即为本发明种衣剂。
所述微量元素为:铁、铜、锌、镁、钼、硅、硒、硼、钙、锰的化合物一种或多种。
所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、着色剂、成膜剂、防冻剂、增稠剂中多种。
实施列3:本发明一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂,由下列重量百分比成分组成:甲霜灵5%、咯菌晴10%、嘧菌酯15%、阿维菌素3%、腐殖酸21.6%、咪鲜胺0.1%、微量元素0.1%、尿素15%、过磷酸钙15%、硫酸钾15%、络合剂0.1 %、助剂 0.1 %。
本发明一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、按配方比例将腐殖酸、尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、微量元素及络合剂经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
2、按配方比例将咯菌晴、嘧菌酯、甲霜灵、咪鲜胺装入反应釜,加入助剂反应后,经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
3、将步骤1和步骤2得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入阿维菌素,再加入原料重量5倍水,成悬浮液体入灌装机灌装即为本发明种衣剂。
所述微量元素为:铁、铜、锌、镁、钼、硅、硒、硼、钙、锰的化合物一种或多种。
所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、着色剂、成膜剂、防冻剂、增稠剂中多种。
Claims (4)
1.一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂,其特征在于:该种衣剂由下列重量百分比成分组成:甲霜灵2-15%、咯菌晴1-15 %、嘧菌酯5-15%、生物杀虫剂0.01-5%、咪鲜胺0.01-0.1%、腐殖酸5-30%、微量元素0.01-0.1%、氮肥5-10%、磷肥5-15%、钾肥5-15%、络合剂0.01-0.1%、助剂0.01-0.1 %。
2.一种权利要求1所述的药肥复合悬浮种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(一)、按配方比例将腐殖酸、氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、微量元素及络合剂经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
(二)、按配方比例将咯菌晴、嘧菌酯、甲霜灵、咪鲜胺装入反应釜,加入助剂、成膜剂反应后,经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
(三)、将步骤1和步骤2中得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入生物杀虫剂,再加入原料重量1-10倍水,成悬浮液体入灌装机灌装即为本发明种衣剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述微量元素为:铁、铜、锌、镁、钼、硅、硒、硼、钙、锰的化合物一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种药肥复合悬浮种衣剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、着色剂、成膜剂、防冻剂和增稠剂中多种。
