Abstract

一种无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺,对被镀零部件表面活化处理,以电压控制施镀全过程,获得铁合金镀层为15~30nm柱状晶粒且与被镀零部件基体金属结合为一体,硬度可达HRC60,提高修复件的耐磨,耐蚀性能,对磨损、机损的舰船主、辅机,内燃机车,电厂陆用大型柴油机曲轴、直轴、汽轮机转子轴颈等贵重零部件的修复,质量可靠,修复周期短,节省投资,对环境无污染。

Description

一种无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺
本发明涉及一种无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺。用于贵重零件磨损或机损如万吨级轮船曲轴的修复。
在本发明做出之前,前苏联发明无刻蚀镀铁工艺。由于它采用传统的控制电流密度施镀,比较复杂,被镀零件表面镀层质量不稳定,且镀层和镀件基体金属结合不牢,镀液性能不稳定,不能施镀大件,对环境有污染。
本发明的目的是提供一种无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺,它是在常温下生产操作,施镀全过程是变控制电流密度为控制电压,获得铁合金镀层为15~30nm柱状晶粒且与被镀零部件基体金属结合为一体,硬度可达HRC60,对磨损、机损的舰船主、辅机,内燃机车,电厂陆用大型柴油机曲轴、直轴、汽轮机转子轴颈等贵重零部件的修复。质量可靠,修复周期短,投资少,对环境没有污染。

本发明无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺组成如下:
一、施镀(图1)
1.对施镀零部件的镀前准备:
检测零部件磨损、机损缺陷形状及尺寸——清洗油污——除锈——非镀部位绝缘——组装挂具——除锈膜——盐酸化水浸洗——冲洗
对镀件除锈膜处理,除锈膜溶液配方及工艺条件为:
HCl 15~18g/L
饮用自来水,量为淹没施镀零部件为准,常温,处理3~5分钟。
2.施镀
1)表面活化:先调整V=5~7V,再调整V,使电压为0.0~0.15V,t=5~8min;
2)起镀:下降负半周电压,使V=0.5~1.2V,t=9~15min;
3)交流过渡镀:V原值不动,V逐渐下降到V=4~6V为止,t=15~20min;
4)初转直流镀:V=4~5V,t=10~20min;
5)直流过渡镀:V逐渐升到5~8V,t=15~20min;
6)全直流镀:V=5~8V,一直到镀毕,出槽中和处理。
二、本发明所提供的无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺中,其镀液的配方为:
FeCl3    200g/L
HCl       13~17g/L
MnCl2    10~15g/L
NiCl2    20~25g/L
CoCl2    10~15g/L
NaCl      10~15g/L
三、本发明所提供的无刻蚀镀铁合金镀液的制备方法是:
用饮用自来水,在常温条件下配制,若用井水或其他水源配制时,须经化验达到饮用自来水标准,则可用。
首先用含有HCl 13~17g/L的酸化水,把FeCl3 200g/L溶解其中并过滤2-4遍,尔后,按常规电解液处理,随时间推移,溶液自然地由棕色转化为黑棕色→黄棕色→浅棕色→黄绿色→翠绿色时,按MnCl210~15g/L,NiCl2 20~25g/L,CoCl2 10~15g/L,NaCl 10~15g/L顺序加入其中,调解比重为1.20~1.26,PH值为0.7~1.0,继续通电处理,当阴极上布满球状,光亮,银白色结瘤时,标志着无刻蚀镀铁合金镀液合格,可以施镀零部件了。
本发明一种无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺实施例1,如图2所示。
万吨级轮船曲轴磨损超差修复
把1曲轴清洗油污,把2曲拐轴颈,3支承轴轴颈除锈,再把磨损不平处及烧伤磨平,尔后,把所有4非施镀表面给予绝缘处理,组装挂具,用HCl 15g/L酸化水浸洗4分钟,除去锈膜,常温冲洗毕,入无刻蚀镀铁合金镀液中施镀:1)表面活化:先予调正V=6V,再调V=0.1V,t=8min;
2)起镀:下降负半周电压,使V=0.8V,t=10min;
3)交流过渡镀:V原值不动,V逐渐下降到V=5V为止,t=15min;
4)初转直流镀V=5V,t=15min;
5)直流过渡镀:V升到6V,t=18min;
6)全直流镀:V=6V直到镀毕。出槽中和处理。继而按原设计公称尺寸磨剥加工,按船检标准检验质量。
该修复工艺所用无刻蚀镀铁合金镀液的制备是:在常温条件下,用饮用自来水,先制成含有HCl 15g/L的酸化水,把FeCl3 200g/L加入其中,溶解后过滤二遍,按常规电解液处理,溶液自然地由棕色转化为黑棕色→黄棕色→浅棕色→黄绿色→翠绿色时,按MnCl2 12g/L,NiCl2 23g/L,CoCl2 12g/L,NaCl 12g/L顺序加入其中,调解比重为1.2,PH值为0.8,继续通电处理,当阴极上布满球状,光亮,银白色结瘤时,镀液合格,开始施镀。
本发明一种无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺实施例2
内燃机车曲轴多处烧伤的修复
由于机损事故,使主轴颈的跳动量超差,多个曲轴轴颈抱瓦烧伤,不能运行。采用本发明无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺修复:先冷压校正使跳动量合格,再磨剥各烧伤轴颈,再参照图1图2处理,其施镀工艺要点同实施例1,镀毕的曲轴符合内燃机机车曲轴部颁标准。

Claims (2)

1.一种无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺,其特征在于:
1)施镀另部件表面活化:先调整V=5~7V,继调V=0.0~0.15V,t=5~8min;
2)起镀:下降负半周电压,V=0.5~1.2V,t=9~15min;
3)交流过渡镀:V原值不动,V逐渐下降到V=4~6V,t=15~20min:
4)初转直流镀:V=4~5V,t=10~20min;
5)直流过渡镀:V=5~8V,t=15~20min;
6)全直流镀:V=5~8V,直至镀毕。
2.如权利要求1所述无刻蚀镀铁合金工艺,其特征在于镀液的配方:
FeCl3   200g/L
HCl      13~17g/L
MnCl2   10~15g/L
NiCl2   20~25g/L
CoCl2   10~15g/L
NaCl    10~15g/L
镀液的制备方法:在常温下,用饮用自来水制成含有HCl 13~17g/L的酸化水,再把FeCl3 200g/L溶解其中,过滤2-4遍后,按常规电解液处理,溶液由棕色转化为黑棕色→黄棕色→浅棕色→黄绿色→翠绿色时,按MnCl2 10~15g/L,NiCl2 20~25g/L,CoCl2 10~15g/L,NaCl 10~15g/L顺序加入其中,调解比重为1.2~1.26,PH值为0.7~1.0,继续通电处理,当阴极上布满光亮,银白色结瘤时,镀液制备结束。
