Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of inner wall surface paint, in particular to baby skin paint and a using method thereof, wherein the component A comprises the following components: 1. 5-50 parts of rubber stock solution, 2 parts of defoaming agent and 0.25-5 parts of defoaming agent; 0.25-5 parts of leveling agent, 4 parts of elastic powder, 3-30 parts of elastic powder, 5 parts of deionized water and 5-30 parts of deionized water; and B component: the prepared baby skin paint has the advantages of good water resistance, wear resistance and super-smooth hand feeling (feeling the wall surface is like touching the skin of a baby) when being decorated on the surface of an inner wall, has smooth touch feeling similar to that of the traditional wooden furniture on the surface, improves the defect of rough surface of the traditional inner wall paint, does not contain formaldehyde and harmful substances, and is more environment-friendly.

The invention relates to the technical field of interior wall surface paint, in particular to baby skin paint and a using method thereof.
Background
The interior wall paint refers to paint painted on the interior wall, and the common interior wall paint is chemical paint, which generally comprises four basic components: film-forming substances (resins, emulsions), pigments (including extender pigments), solvents and additives (auxiliaries). The quality of the interior wall paint is directly related to the health and life quality of people. Most of the existing wall paints are rough in surface and not waterproof, and contain solvents such as formaldehyde, benzene and toluene and components such as VOC which are toxic and harmful to human bodies, after the wall paints are used, harmful substances can be hidden in the wall paints and slowly volatilize for three to five years, and the harmful substances destroy the immune system of human bodies and even cause many absolute symptoms such as leukemia (cancer). Along with the improvement of living standard of people, people also pay more and more attention to health preservation, and more concern about whether the air environment is environment-friendly and healthy and make the wall reach the soft and elastic hand feeling. The wall surface is brushed with the same effect as furniture paint. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a baby skin paint and a method of using the same.

The invention aims to solve the defects that the inner wall paint is not water-resistant and has a rough surface and harmful substances in the prior art, and provides the baby skin paint and a using method thereof.

s1, 5-50 parts of rubber stock solution; 0.25-5 parts of silicone oil as a defoaming agent; 0.25-5 parts of silicone oil as a leveling agent; 3-30 parts of elastic powder as hand feeling elasticity; 5-30 parts of deionized water, sequentially adding the deionized water into a high-speed stirrer for stirring, adding the deionized water while stirring, wherein the amount of the deionized water is 30% of the total weight of the raw materials, the stirring time is 15 minutes, preparing the baby skin paint after stirring, filtering and packaging for later use;
s2, adding the component A into the component B according to the ratio of 6: 1, the infant skin paint is prepared after even stirring, the infant skin paint added with the curing agent needs to be used within 3 hours, and the unused infant skin paint needs to be subjected to waste treatment.
The baby skin paint and the using method thereof provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that: the inner wall surface paint prepared by adopting the baby skin paint and the using method thereof has the advantages of good water resistance, corrosion resistance and high weather resistance, the smooth touch feeling of the surface of the paint is similar to that of the traditional wooden furniture, the defect of rough surface of the traditional inner wall paint is improved, and meanwhile, the paint does not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and the like, and is more environment-friendly.
