The technical terms and scientific terms used in the present invention can be construed as meaning ordinary meanings understood by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope of the present invention.

The antibacterial and deodorizing paint of the present invention is water 10 to 25% by weight, acrylic emulsion 10 to 30% by weight, white pigment 10 to 20% by weight, diatomaceous earth 10 to 25% by weight, sieving pigment 10 to 25% by weight, antimicrobial composite material 0.5 To 3.0 wt%, thickener 0.1 to 2.0 wt%, and additives 1.5 to 3.0 wt%.

The paint is mainly made up of major elements, minor elements, crude elements and other additives forming the coating film. Among these, the main element which forms a coating film is a binder which plays an important role which shows the basic characteristic of a coating film. It is usually used to emulsify through the synthetic polymerization of the monomers, thereby showing the basic properties of the paint, such as gloss, durability, water resistance, weather resistance and the like. Usually, the interior wall paint is using an acrylic emulsion, and in the present invention, 10 to 30% by weight is used. If the amount is less than 10% by weight, the basic properties of the paint, such as durability, water resistance, adhesion is poor, it can not represent the physical properties of the coating film suitable as a coating, when using an amount of more than 30% by weight relatively less diatomaceous earth content After coating, the diatomaceous earth pores are coated in the emulsion and cannot exhibit proper deodorizing performance.

The white pigment used in the present invention uses the most representative titanium dioxide. Titanium dioxide has the highest refractive index of 2.60 to 2.90 among inorganic pigments, showing the best hiding power, whiteness and coloring power. It is included in an amount of 10 to 20% by weight based on the total weight of the composition, when used in an amount of less than 10% by weight, the concealment rate, whiteness is reduced to lose the function as a paint, using an amount of more than 20% by weight If it does not exhibit the desired effect of the present invention.

Diatomaceous earth, used in the present invention, is a kind of fossil soil in which debris of aquatic single-celled plants, called diatoms, is deposited on the seabed or the seabed. Diatoms are capable of extracting silica from the underwater environment and constructing their own solid framework. Diatomite sedimentary rocks formed by the sedimentation of the diatomaceous skeleton due to its rapid action are mostly composed of hydrous amorphous silica and are produced in large-scale aggregated state. . Diatomaceous earth is divided into freshwater and seawater according to the place where it is deposited. Diatomaceous earth is a porous structure containing about 86 ~ 93% silica, melting point is more than 1400 ℃, stable to general physical chemistry. In other words, diatomaceous earth is a fossil of phytoplankton, and phytoplankton dies and exhales tiny bubbles. Because of the small bubbles, the pores of diatomaceous earth, which are paired for millions of years, have generated pores up to 5,000 times that of activated carbon, and they filter out the particles contaminated by the micropores. Therefore, diatomaceous earth called activated carbon is called a porous body. As described above, micropores of porous materials are classified into micropores having a pore size of 2 nm or less, mesopores of 2 to 50 nm, and macropores of 50 nm or more. It is preferable to use diatomaceous earth having mesopore size pores which exhibits the best adsorption and deodorization performance of heavy substances. The content is used in 10 to 25% by weight, less than 10% by weight is less content per unit area of the diatomaceous earth coating film does not exhibit a perfect deodorizing performance, if more than 25% by weight of the coating film It lowers water resistance and durability.

The extender pigment used in the present invention is a pigment that does not cover the surface to be used to improve the extender of the paint, the coating property of the coating or to adjust the unit price and reduce the gloss, at least one of calcium carbonate, talc and the like. do. Since calcium carbonate is inexpensive and nontoxic in sieving pigments, it is mainly used as a filler in the fields of plastics, paints and rubber. It is also used in building materials, pesticides, medicine and food. There are two kinds of calcium carbonate, which are pulverized natural limestone and chemically synthesized. Usually, heavy calcium carbonate, which is an electron, has a low oil absorption and a large particle size distribution, which is mainly used in paints. Talc is denoted as hydrous magnesium silicate, has a Mohs hardness of 1, soft, generally non-abrasive in which impurities are small, and particulates are widely used in paper-based electric fillers and plastic fillers. Talc has a thin plate-like shape, and when used in paint, it has an effect on the smoothness, adhesion, dry concealment and swelling of the coating. Sieving pigment is included in an amount of 10 to 25% by weight based on the total weight of the composition, when used in an amount of less than 10% by weight of the coating film is less brittleness due to poor workability and can not reduce the gloss of the coating film, If an amount of more than 25% by weight is used, the durability of the coating film is weakened, and the content of diatomaceous earth is relatively low, so that the object effect of the present invention cannot be exhibited.

Antimicrobial composite material used in the present invention is composed of silver nanoparticles and inorganic pigments, the content of the silver nanoparticles is preferably 1% by weight or more, preferably 1 to 2% by weight. Unlike general silver nano antimicrobial agents, the antimicrobial composite material of the present invention is formed of nano composite materials of silver nano particles and inorganic pigments, and exhibits stable and semi-permanent effects even at 30 to 100 ppm silver nano concentration. It is included in an amount of 0.5 to 3.0% by weight based on the total weight of the composition, using an amount of less than 0.5% by weight, the antimicrobial and anti-fungal performance is reduced, the use of more than 3.0% by weight increases the cost compared to performance It presents a problem.

The thickener used in the present invention uses a cellulose derivative-based and a synthetic polyurethane-based thickener. Cellulose derivative thickeners improve the storage stability of paints. Synthetic polyurethane thickeners have high rheological properties, so they have good flowability even at low shear stress. They are good for rollers and brushes, and have a smooth appearance. Have They are used at 0.1 to 2.0% by weight based on the total weight of the paint composition. If the amount of thickener is less than 0.1% by weight, layer separation of the coating occurs during storage, so that stability cannot be secured. The sagging of the film is decreased, so that the coating film does not exhibit a constant thickness and appearance defects occur, and the amount of thickener exceeds 2.0% by weight. In one case, the viscosity of the paint is too high, the workability is lowered, and the durability and water resistance of the coating film are lowered.

In the present invention, although diatomaceous earth is used to adsorb and deodorize harmful chemicals, visible light responsive photocatalyst powder may be used together for more perfect deodorizing performance. Conventional photocatalysts generate free radicals by irradiating ultraviolet ray to ash tar tar, thereby removing indoor harmful chemicals, decomposing pollutants, and antibacterial effects. However, for this performance, sunlight (ultraviolet rays) is not irradiated and sufficient activity cannot be obtained. In the indoor environment, since it is difficult to directly shine sunlight, the effect on photocatalysts is very low. Therefore, in the present invention, by using a visible light responsive photocatalyst powder, it reacts with indoor fluorescent light as well as indoor light (visible light) to completely deodorize harmful chemicals such as volatile organic compounds and formaldehyde. The visible light responsive photocatalyst powder contains 95 wt% or more of titanium dioxide, preferably has a specific surface area of 110 to 150 m 2 / g, and a particle size of 12 to 16 nm. The visible light responsive photocatalyst powder is included in an amount of 3 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the composition, and when used in an amount less than 3% by weight, the deodorizing performance is lowered. Due to the performance, the coating organic binder may be decomposed to cause yellowing.
