本发明公开了一种超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,包括以下步骤:S1:对印刷图案进行图像采集并对采集的图像做增强处理;S2:确定印刷图案轮廓线,在印刷织物上用防渗透剂处理与图案轮廓线相同形状的面积;S3:以按需喷射式的方法进行喷墨印刷。本发明提出的超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,在印刷图案采集阶段进行增强,提高采集图案的精度与质量,防止印花图案出现偏差,印刷织物进行防渗透处理,阻止织物的润湿性和纤维之间的毛细管效应以防止油墨扩散,提高印花图案的清晰度与固色牢度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及镂空首饰制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法。
背景技术
宽幅数码喷墨印花机是一种通过计算机控制的光、机、电一体化的大型印刷输出设备。宽幅数码喷墨印花机一般是这样工作的:上电通过自检后,进入准备打印状态。开始打印任务后,PC机将要打印的图像处理后,转化为特定格式格式的图像文件,然后再通过数据接口向印花机控制系统传输一行打印数据到存储模块中。此时,PC机也将预打印参数信息传输给控制系统,进而向字车控制器发出脉冲信号,控制并驱动字车开始运动。一旦字车的运行速度达到匀速,就会控制字车上的喷头组进入点火喷印阶段。等到一行画面喷印完毕时,控制系统向走布步进电机控制模块发出控制信号,驱动走布步进电机带动承印介质在纵向上走动一个喷印宽度,控制系统又向字车控制器发出信号,进行驱动,这个过程一直循环直到将整幅图像喷印完成。喷绘完成后,PC机会向印花机控制系统发出返回零点的指令,使字车返回字车轨道的零点。
对于宽幅数码喷墨印花机来说,印刷篇幅较大,提高印花图案的精度与质量是其不断的追求,若是印花质量不足会导致大量的印刷织物浪费,不仅影响工作效率,也会导致大量资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出宽幅数码喷墨印刷图案质量不足的问题。
本发明提出了一种超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:对印刷图案进行图像采集并对采集的图像做增强处理;
S2:确定印刷图案轮廓线,在印刷织物上用防渗透剂处理与图案轮廓线相同形状的面积;
S3:以按需喷射式的方法进行喷墨印刷。
优选的,S1中所述的图像采集方法为:
A1、将低功耗光源设置在光增强装置附近,利用低功耗光源发出光线来辅助图像采集装置采集图像;
A2、采集高光图像,调整光增强装置的倾斜角度,以调节光源照射到采集图像上的光线的强度;
A2、校正高光图像中红、绿、蓝三个波段范围的中心波段,选出合成采集图像。
优选的,S1中所述增强处理方法为:
b1、获取采集图像,对采集图像进行格式转换,得到目标格式的深度图像;
b2、根据目标格式的深度图像中与图案进行对比,修复采集图像缺陷处;
b3、修复后的对深度图像进行中值滤波,以去除图像边缘噪声,得到图像增强处理后的增强图像。
优选的,所述防渗透剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、改性淀粉或琼脂或聚乙烯醇其中一种,所述防渗透剂的质量分数为4~8份,所述防渗透剂分子量为16000~40000。
优选的,所述防渗透剂内添加有耐热剂,所述耐热剂与所述防渗透剂的质量比为:1:1~5。
优选的,所述耐热剂为亚甲基苄基萘磺酸钠、亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠或分散剂S或苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物其中一种。
本发明提出的一种超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,有益效果在于:该超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,在印刷图案采集阶段进行增强,提高采集图案的精度与质量,防止印花图案出现偏差,印刷织物进行防渗透处理,阻止织物的润湿性和纤维之间的毛细管效应以防止油墨扩散,提高印花图案的清晰度与固色牢度。

实施例1

A1、将低功耗光源设置在光增强装置附近,利用低功耗光源发出光线来辅助图像采集装置采集图像;
A2、采集高光图像,调整光增强装置的倾斜角度,以调节光源照射到采集图像上的光线的强度;
A2、校正高光图像中红、绿、蓝三个波段范围的中心波段,选出合成采集图像。
对采集的图像做增强处理,增强处理方法为:
b1、获取采集图像,对采集图像进行格式转换,得到目标格式的深度图像;
b2、根据目标格式的深度图像中与图案进行对比,修复采集图像缺陷处;
b3、修复后的对深度图像进行中值滤波,以去除图像边缘噪声,得到图像增强处理后的增强图像;
在印刷图案采集阶段进行增强,提高采集图案的精度与质量,防止印花图案出现偏差。
S2:选用1质量分数的亚甲基苄基萘磺酸钠,添加在防渗透剂中,防渗透剂选择聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,确定印刷图案轮廓线后,在印刷织物上用4质量分数的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛处理与图案轮廓线相同形状的面积;
印刷织物进行防渗透处理,阻止织物的润湿性和纤维之间的毛细管效应以防止油墨扩散,提高印花图案的清晰度与固色牢度,耐热剂能够将有机渗透剂在高温喷墨下渗透剂的挥发速率,确保固色牢度。
S3:以按需喷射式的方法进行喷墨印刷。

印刷织物进行防渗透处理,阻止织物的润湿性和纤维之间的毛细管效应以防止油墨扩散,提高印花图案的清晰度与固色牢度,耐热剂能够将有机渗透剂在高温喷墨下渗透剂的挥发速率,确保固色牢度。
S3:以按需喷射式的方法进行喷墨印刷。

印刷织物进行防渗透处理,阻止织物的润湿性和纤维之间的毛细管效应以防止油墨扩散,提高印花图案的清晰度与固色牢度,耐热剂能够将有机渗透剂在高温喷墨下渗透剂的挥发速率,确保固色牢度。
S3:以按需喷射式的方法进行喷墨印刷。

S3:以按需喷射式的方法进行喷墨印刷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,其特征在于:S1中所述的图像采集方法为:
A1、将低功耗光源设置在光增强装置附近,利用低功耗光源发出光线来辅助图像采集装置采集图像;
A2、采集高光图像,调整光增强装置的倾斜角度,以调节光源照射到采集图像上的光线的强度;
A2、校正高光图像中红、绿、蓝三个波段范围的中心波段,选出合成采集图像。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,其特征在于:S1中所述增强处理方法为:

b2、根据目标格式的深度图像中与图案进行对比,修复采集图像缺陷处;
b3、修复后的对深度图像进行中值滤波,以去除图像边缘噪声,得到图像增强处理后的增强图像。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,其特征在于:所述防渗透剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、改性淀粉或琼脂或聚乙烯醇其中一种,所述防渗透剂的质量分数为4~8份,所述防渗透剂分子量为16000~40000。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,其特征在于:所述防渗透剂内添加有耐热剂,所述耐热剂与所述防渗透剂的质量比为:1:1~5。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种超宽幅数码喷墨印刷方法,其特征在于:所述耐热剂为亚甲基苄基萘磺酸钠、亚甲基双甲基萘磺酸钠或分散剂S或苄基萘磺酸甲醛缩合物其中一种。
