Abstract
一种用纤维增强剂的棉质纤维增强方法,所述增强剂为水基溶液,包括如下质量份数的组份:乙酸乙烯:10‑15份;丙烯酸:7‑12份。本申请采用乙酸乙烯和丙烯酸作为棉质纤维的附加物质,在除了棉质纤维的外部形成另外一层与棉质纤维形成紧密连接的网格层,使得在棉质纤维进行纺纱等操作时,可以加强棉质纤维之间的连接,从而最终增强棉质纤维的韧性,本申请的增强剂适于在纺纱前使用,以使得本申请增强剂得到的高分子有机物可以从分子水平叠合到棉质纤维内部,从而产生相对优良的效果,对于结合相对紧密的棉质纤维起到的增强作用反而较弱。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及一种用纤维增强剂的棉质纤维增强方法。
背景技术
棉花是世界上最主要的农作物之一,产量大、生产成本低,使棉制品价格比较低廉。棉纤维能制成多种规格的织物,从轻盈透明的巴里纱到厚实的帆布和厚平绒,适于制作各类衣服、家具布和工业用布。棉织物坚牢耐磨,能够洗涤和在高温下熨烫,棉布由于吸湿和脱湿快速而使穿着舒服。如果要求保暖好,可通过拉绒整理使织物表面起绒。棉织物可以达到上述优良性质的结构基础是棉质纤维,即棉纤维,棉质纤维是天然纤维,主要的成分为纤维素,还有少量的蜡状物质、含氮物、果胶质。由于其天然纤维的属性,棉质纤维还具有如下缺点,韧性较弱以及耐光耐热性较弱,现在一般采用附加其他物质或者与其他纤维的方式进行改进,但是操作较为繁琐,效果也不尽如人意。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本申请还提出了一种用纤维增强剂的棉质纤维增强方法,纤维增强剂为水基溶液,包括如下质量份数的组份:乙酸乙烯:10-15份;丙烯酸:7-12份,将乙酸乙烯和丙烯酸混溶;将纤维增强剂喷涂到棉质纤维上,喷涂在氮气保护之下进行,在稍后位置设有紫外灯。本申请通过设置氮气保护环境,基本上可以保证在相应的操作温度和时间下完成共聚反应,从而使得发生在分子层次结合的发生,继而体现出其对于棉质纤维的增强作用。
优选的,所述喷涂采用环形喷涂机构进行喷涂。
优选的,所述环形喷涂机构包括一环形液体腔,在环形液体腔沿棉质纤维流动的方向的上方和下方分别设有若干压缩氮气输出口,所述压缩氮气输出口围绕环形液体腔均布设置。
优选的,所述环形液体腔上设有若干喷嘴,所述喷嘴的方向斜向棉质纤维流动的方向倾斜设置;所述压缩氮气输出口的数量不少于8个。
本申请能够带来如下有益效果:
1.本申请采用乙酸乙烯和丙烯酸作为棉质纤维的附加物质,在除了棉质纤维的外部形成另外一层与棉质纤维形成紧密连接的网格层,使得在棉质纤维进行纺纱等操作时,可以加强棉质纤维之间的连接,从而最终增强棉质纤维的韧性,本申请的增强剂适于在纺纱前使用,以使得本申请增强剂得到的高分子有机物可以从分子水平叠合到棉质纤维内部,从而产生相对优良的效果,对于结合相对紧密的棉质纤维起到的增强作用反而较弱;
2.本申请虽然是水基溶液,但是实质上是采用乙醇和水作为双溶剂以及采用剪切机混合,是为了前期尽可能的使得乙酸乙烯和丙烯酸进行混溶,达到相对均匀的分布状态,以利于喷涂之后发生聚合来产生质量良好的共聚物来增强棉质纤维的质量;
3.本申请通过设置氮气保护环境,基本上可以保证在相应的操作温度和时间下完成共聚反应,从而使得发生在分子层次结合的发生,继而体现出其对于棉质纤维的增强作用。
具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本申请进行详细阐述。
本申请采用从原料棉花制备纱线的整个过程,通过表征纱线的强度变化,来表征本申请配方原料可以起到的作用,如无特殊说明,各个过程中所采用的参数相同。
增强剂为水基溶液,包括如下质量份数的组份:乙酸乙烯:10-15份;丙烯酸:7-12份。本申请采用乙酸乙烯和丙烯酸作为棉质纤维的附加物质,在除了棉质纤维的外部形成另外一层与棉质纤维形成紧密连接的网格层,使得在棉质纤维进行纺纱等操作时,可以加强棉质纤维之间的连接,从而最终增强棉质纤维的韧性,本申请的增强剂适于在纺纱前使用,以使得本申请增强剂得到的高分子有机物可以从分子水平叠合到棉质纤维内部,从而产生相对优良的效果,对于结合相对紧密的棉质纤维起到的增强作用反而较弱。
优选的,还包括乙醇和水,乙醇的质量份数为25-30份;水的质量份数为40-50份。本申请虽然是水基溶液,但是实质上是采用乙醇和水作为双溶剂以及采用剪切机混合,是为了前期尽可能的使得乙酸乙烯和丙烯酸进行混溶,达到相对均匀的分布状态,以利于喷涂之后发生聚合来产生质量良好的共聚物来增强棉质纤维的质量。
优选的,还包括纤维增强剂混合得到之后,放入高速剪切机内立即喷射到棉质纤维表面。
优选的,棉质纤维在受到水基溶剂喷淋时的操作温度为60-75℃,喷淋后,至少在操作温度下保持45s。
优选的,还包括阻聚剂,阻聚剂的质量份数为0.2-0.5份。
优选的,阻聚剂为羟基苯甲醚。棉花按照如下步骤制备纱线:
1.清棉:清理棉里的杂质,在棉包进入清棉机之前,先将棉包打开做初步清理,清除明显的杂质异物等。清棉机将棉包松解成疏散自由状态,进行混合、除杂,使棉均匀混合,保证棉纱质量;抓棉可以采用常规的抓棉装置,但是棉花的进口处需要做出适应性的改进,使得可以喷入增强剂,且在增强剂喷入口的上侧和下侧分别设置可以喷入氮气的机构,具体增强剂的配方如表1所示,将各个物质放入到剪切机混合后,立即喷入到纤维表面,此时需要在氮气的保护之下,在稍后位置设有紫外灯,紫外灯照度控制在250μW/cm2;操作温度为第一温度,喷淋后,在所述操作温度下保持第一时间;

2.梳棉:梳理原棉,将原棉梳理成单纤维状态,提高棉纤维长度、取向度,然后梳理成条,以便于后续牵伸成条等工序。梳棉过程还能进一步出去开清未清除的棉结、杂质和短纤短绒等纤维疵点,帮助纤维充分混合,提高均匀度,梳棉制成一定重量、长度、厚薄均匀、外形良好的棉卷后牵伸成符合要求的棉条。牵伸过程将棉条拉细到一定粗细,并提高纤维平行伸直度;
3.并条:改善棉条长片段不匀,包括并合、牵伸、混合、成条四步骤。将6根棉条进行并合后,拉长抽细到规定重量,进一步提高纤维的伸直平行程度,利用并合与牵伸,使纤维进一步均匀混合,在并条机上进行混和,做成圈条成型良好的熟条,顺序盘放在棉条桶内以便后道工序操作;并条采用本申请所述的装置进行操作;
4.粗纱制备:包括牵伸和加捻,牵伸将熟条均匀地拉长抽细,并使纤维进一步伸直平行,然后进行适当加捻,使纱条具有一定的强力,以便于粗纱卷绕和后道工序细纱机上退绕,粗砂最终设定为3g/10m的定量进行成型;实施例4在粗砂制备阶段喷入,具体的是在粗砂牵伸前喷入,并且设置一个腔体,使得紫外灯照度控制在250μW/cm2;第一温度维持在70℃,第一时间为45s;
5.细纱制备:得到规定细度和强力的纱线,主要包括牵伸、加捻、卷绕、成型。牵伸将将粗纱拉细到所需细度,使纤维伸直平行,须条加一定捻回,增强细纱强力,将牵伸加捻后得到的细纱卷绕在筒管上,制成一定大小和形状的管纱,便于搬运及后工序加工,细纱采用紧密赛络纺,后牵伸倍数为1.2。
6.性能测定:测定纱线的单纱断裂强度并计入到表2中。

由此可见,在抓棉阶段进行纤维修复具有较好的加强作用,最终得到的纱线强度大大增加;而在增强过程中,乙酸乙烯和丙烯酸缺一不可,且在乙醇存在的情况下,具有更好的增强效果。

1.一种用纤维增强剂的棉质纤维增强方法,其特征在于:提供一种纤维增强剂,所述纤维增强剂为水基溶液,包括如下质量份数的组份:乙酸乙烯:10-15份;丙烯酸:7-12份,将所述乙酸乙烯和所述丙烯酸混溶;
将所述纤维增强剂喷涂到棉质纤维上,喷涂在氮气保护之下进行,在稍后位置设有紫外灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用纤维增强剂的棉质纤维增强方法,其特征在于:所述喷涂采用环形喷涂机构进行喷涂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用纤维增强剂的棉质纤维增强方法,其特征在于:所述环形喷涂机构包括一环形液体腔,在环形液体腔沿棉质纤维流动的方向的上方和下方分别设有若干压缩氮气输出口,所述压缩氮气输出口围绕环形液体腔均布设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用纤维增强剂的棉质纤维增强方法,其特征在于:所述环形液体腔上设有若干喷嘴,所述喷嘴的方向斜向棉质纤维流动的方向倾斜设置;所述压缩氮气输出口的数量不少于8个。
