Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐高温阻燃绝缘材料及其用途,该材料成分包括漆包线绝缘漆、粘土、快干剂,制作步骤为将准备好的漆包线绝缘漆中依次加入粘土和快干剂;搅拌均匀后静置几分钟,将其涂抹到所要绝缘的电气设备上待干即可。本发明用料方便获取,制作方式简单易行,使用时操作方便并且绝缘效果明显。

本发明涉及材料合成领域,尤其是一种耐高温阻燃绝缘材料。
背景技术
绝缘漆是一种特殊漆,它以高分子聚合物为基础,在一定条件下固化成绝缘膜;由于电阻系数大、导热性能好,并且有坚固的机械性能和良好的抗潮湿性被应用于绝缘领域;在工业电气施工中,为了达到绝缘效果保护电气设备,需在强电设备表面涂抹绝缘漆,但由于涂抹所覆盖区域过大导致厚度偏薄,易脱落,并且由于工作环境属于高温作业,涂抹到设备的绝缘漆容易高温焦化,失去绝缘性。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种耐高温阻燃绝缘材料,以此解决高温强电环境作业中的设备短路和人员触电问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种耐高温阻燃绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述绝缘材料包括漆包线绝缘漆、粘土和快干剂,各组分重量百分含量为:漆包线绝缘漆78%~82%,粘土16%~21%,快干剂0.5%~2.5%。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:漆包线绝缘漆80%,粘土19%,快干剂1%。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:漆包线绝缘漆按照重量配比包括50-70 份正丁基醚化脲醛树脂、12-26 份二氨基二苯甲烷、5-14份 2- 乙基-4-甲基咪唑、8-19 份甲基苯乙烯、5-7份多聚甲醛、1-3份邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、10-15份苯二酚、2-5份过氧化苯甲酰、3-12 份 N-甲基吡咯烷酮。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:制作步骤为:准备好漆包线绝缘漆,常温下加入一定量的粘土,搅拌均匀后再加入少量快干剂再次搅拌均匀后静置几分钟。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:快干剂选择油墨快干剂、水泥快干剂、油漆快干剂中的一种。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:用于涂抹在铸铁式的瓷瓶上,涂抹厚度为0.5~1mm。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明取得的技术进步是:
采用粘土与常用绝缘漆混合,增加了绝缘漆的涂抹厚度增强耐用性和绝缘效果,快干剂的添加使绝缘漆涂抹设备后快速干燥,不易粘上其他导电物质。
合理的分配绝缘漆、粘土、和快干剂的相应重量比例,可以是绝缘材料常温下即可合成,使其粘度,风干速度达到最佳状态。
具体实施方式
一种耐高温阻燃绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述绝缘材料包括漆包线绝缘漆、粘土和快干剂,各组分重量百分含量为:漆包线绝缘漆78%~82%,粘土16%~21%,快干剂0.5%~2.5%。其中,漆包线绝缘漆按照重量配比包括50-70 份正丁基醚化脲醛树脂、12-26 份二氨基二苯甲烷、5-14份 2- 乙基-4-甲基咪唑、8-19 份甲基苯乙烯、5-7份多聚甲醛、1-3份邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、10-15份苯二酚、2-5份过氧化苯甲酰、3-12 份 N-甲基吡咯烷酮。制作步骤为:准备好漆包线绝缘漆,常温下加入一定量的粘土,搅拌均匀后再加入少量快干剂再次搅拌均匀后静置几分钟;随后将制作成耐高温阻燃绝缘材料均匀涂抹到用电设备表面,所涂抹厚度范围为0.5~1mm;根据导电设备所处环境以及自身供电力功率情况,所需的绝缘材料成分重量配比为:漆包线绝缘漆80%,粘土19%,快干剂1%,其中快干剂可以选择油墨快干剂、水泥快干剂、油漆快干剂中的一种;下面给出其他成分比例方案:
实施例1:耐高温阻燃绝缘材料其相应成分重量包括:包线绝缘漆78%、粘土21%、快干剂1%。
实施例2:耐高温阻燃绝缘材料其相应成分重量包括:包线绝缘漆81%、粘土16.5%、快干剂2.5%。
实施例3:耐高温阻燃绝缘材料其相应成分重量包括:包线绝缘漆82%、粘土17.5%、快干剂0.5%。
实施例3:耐高温阻燃绝缘材料其相应成分重量包括:包线绝缘漆82.5%、粘土16%、快干剂1.5%。

1.一种耐高温阻燃绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述绝缘材料包括漆包线绝缘漆、粘土和快干剂,各组分重量百分含量为:漆包线绝缘漆78%~82%,粘土16%~21%,快干剂0.5%~2.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温阻燃绝缘材料,其特征在于:漆包线绝缘漆80%,粘土19%,快干剂1%。
