随着人们生活水平的不断提高,家居或服务场所的装潢,尤其是对室内墙体的装潢显得越来越重要。现在常用于装饰室内墙体的产品多为墙纸、墙布或墙面漆,使用墙纸、墙布时需要先将墙体表面打平抛光,然后刷漆,其步骤繁杂,安装时需要由专业人员完成,且前述墙纸很容易破损、老化,墙面漆往往需要在内墙表面上涂多层油漆,而油漆本身容易产生挥发性气体甲醛,对身体产生危害,墙布则使用寿命较长且在安装时不存在对身体造成不利影响的物体存在,但是现有技术中在安装墙布时,任旧较为麻烦,且墙布安装于墙壁表面不易进行拆卸更换。
中国专利发布的一种墙布,专利号:201010116032X,包括固设于墙体表面的勾面体以及可拆卸地覆盖连接于勾面体外侧的墙布本体,所述墙布本体为三层网布,该三层网布包括外、中、内三层结构,内层形成与勾面体相配合的毛面体,中间层为弹性支撑层,外层形成装饰层,该发明的优点主要在于可以进行拆卸进行清洗,但是该方案中勾面体进行安装时较为复杂,且墙布在勾面体上进行拆卸与安装时较为复杂、不易操作。

为了弥补现有技术的不足,解决现有墙布在安装时工艺步骤较多,不易进行且墙布无法进行拆卸清洗的问题,本发明提出的一种芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编布。

所述芳纶纤维和碳纤维混编布的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将芳纶纤维置于真空干燥箱中,在真空环境下进行低温脱水干燥,干燥完成后将芳纶纤维进行初步纺织成芳纶纤维丝线,并将芳纶纤维丝线置于紫外线辐照机中,使芳纶纤维丝线于紫外线光辐射下进行1-2h表面改性处理;由于芳纶纤维本身特性导致其暴露在空气中极易对水汽产生吸附作用,将芳纶纤维先进行干燥处理,同时利用芳纶纤维对紫外线的吸收性能,经过紫外线对纺织后的芳纶丝线进行表面改性处理,使芳纶纤维丝线表面发生轻微降解,从而使芳纶纤维丝线表面粗糙化处理,便于后续对芳纶纤维进行改性处理;

S3:将环氧树脂溶于丙酮溶剂中,并向混合溶液中依次加入微晶石蜡、硬质酸、玉米淀粉和古马隆树脂,并将混合溶液进行缓慢升温至155-165℃,进行均匀搅拌混合后得到预浸液;将环氧树脂溶于丙酮溶液中,并向其中加入微晶石蜡、硬脂酸、玉米淀粉和古马隆树脂,并进行升温使混合溶液中的各组分均匀熔融,并相互渗透,利用微晶石蜡和硬脂酸本身具备的优质的润滑性,使制得的混合溶液在固化后具备优质的自润滑性能和表面光滑度,同时硬脂酸在温度发生改变时具备偏析性可以有效的加速预浸液在对纤维丝线的侵蚀速率;
S4:将碳纤维纺织为碳纤维丝线,并将碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线通入预浸液中,控制溶液保温120-135℃持续浸泡3-5H,浸泡完成后将改性丝线取出,并经过喷雾干燥后得到碳纤维浸料和芳纶纤维浸料;将碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线分别置于预浸液中进行浸泡,使预浸液对碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线进行侵蚀,从而对碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线进行改性处理,一方面可以有效地使碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线的耐酸碱度、耐老化性能和阻燃性有效地增强,同时还可以有效地对纤维丝线中的缝隙进行填充,使制得的丝线质量更加紧密,有效地增强丝线的抗拉伸性能和耐剪切性;
S5:将海藻纤维和玻璃纤维经过混纺后成为丝线后与碳纤维浸料和芳纶纤维浸料一同进行均匀编制,得到粗制混编布,将粗制混编布通入热压机中,控制热压机压板温度稳定为145-150℃、压力0.5-1Kpa,进行压制即得到芳纶纤维和碳纤维混编布,将混编布经过打磨、去除毛刺后即得到墙面增强布;将海藻纤维和玻璃纤维进行混纺,利用玻璃纤维具备的高强度以及耐拉伸性能对海藻纤维进行改性处理,使混纺的纤维线本身力学性能更强,同时海藻纤维具备优质的吸附性能,将其与碳纤维预浸料和芳纶纤维预浸料之间进行混合编制,可以有效地利用海藻纤维的吸附性能配合芳纶纤维本身具备的亲水性能使制得的混编布对空气中的杂质具备较好的吸附效果,同时编织完成后利用热压机进行均匀压制,可以有效的缩减纤维丝线之间的空隙,一方面加强混编布的密度,使混编布的耐磨性能和耐候性有效的增强,同时还能使混编布抗拉伸性能和耐剪切性能更加优越。

如图1至图3所示,本发明所述的一种芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编布,所述芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编布包括以下原料:
芳纶纤维15-20份、碳纤维18-20份、海藻纤维5-6份、玻璃纤维5-6份、环氧树脂25-28份、古马隆树脂3-6份、微晶石蜡1-2份、硬脂酸3-3.5份、玉米淀粉7-12份、丙酮7-12份、纳米氧化锌3-5份、水性聚氨酯预聚体8-12份;
所述芳纶纤维和碳纤维混编布的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将芳纶纤维置于真空干燥箱中,在真空环境下进行低温脱水干燥,干燥完成后将芳纶纤维进行初步纺织成芳纶纤维丝线,并将芳纶纤维丝线置于紫外线辐照机中,使芳纶纤维丝线于紫外线光辐射下进行1-2h表面改性处理;由于芳纶纤维本身特性导致其暴露在空气中极易对水汽产生吸附作用,将芳纶纤维先进行干燥处理,同时利用芳纶纤维对紫外线的吸收性能,经过紫外线对纺织后的芳纶丝线进行表面改性处理,使芳纶纤维丝线表面发生轻微降解,从而使芳纶纤维丝线表面粗糙化处理,便于后续对芳纶纤维进行改性处理;
S2:将纳米氧化锌通入水性聚氨酯预聚体中,经过均匀搅拌混合后加热至35-40℃,将S1中经过紫外线辐射改性后的芳纶纤维丝线置于改性水性聚氨酯预聚体中,进行保温浸泡3-5h,浸泡完成后取出芳纶纤维丝线,并经过喷雾干燥后得到改性芳纶纤维丝线;将纳米氧化锌通入水性聚氨酯预聚体中,由于纳米材料本身具备优秀的扩散性,纳米氧化锌在水性聚氨酯预聚体中均匀扩散,再将紫外线处理过的芳纶纤维丝线置于改性水性聚氨酯预聚体中,并对溶液进行加热,从而使芳纶纤维丝线在浸泡时被纳米氧化锌以及水性聚氨酯预聚体侵蚀至内部,从而有效地对芳纶纤维丝线进行改性处理,使芳纶纤维丝线对可见光的耐老化性能有效地增强;
S3:将环氧树脂溶于丙酮溶剂中,并向混合溶液中依次加入微晶石蜡、硬质酸、玉米淀粉和古马隆树脂,并将混合溶液进行缓慢升温至155-165℃,进行均匀搅拌混合后得到预浸液;将环氧树脂溶于丙酮溶液中,并向其中加入微晶石蜡、硬脂酸、玉米淀粉和古马隆树脂,并进行升温使混合溶液中的各组分均匀熔融,并相互渗透,利用微晶石蜡和硬脂酸本身具备的优质的润滑性,使制得的混合溶液在固化后具备优质的自润滑性能和表面光滑度,同时硬脂酸在温度发生改变时具备偏析性可以有效的加速预浸液在对纤维丝线的侵蚀速率;
S4:将碳纤维纺织为碳纤维丝线,并将碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线通入预浸液中,控制溶液保温120-135℃持续浸泡3-5H,浸泡完成后将改性丝线取出,并经过喷雾干燥后得到碳纤维浸料和芳纶纤维浸料;将碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线分别置于预浸液中进行浸泡,使预浸液对碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线进行侵蚀,从而对碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线进行改性处理,一方面可以有效地使碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线的耐酸碱度、耐老化性能和阻燃性有效地增强,同时还可以有效地对纤维丝线中的缝隙进行填充,使制得的丝线质量更加紧密,有效地增强丝线的抗拉伸性能和耐剪切性;
S5:将海藻纤维和玻璃纤维经过混纺后成为丝线后与碳纤维浸料和芳纶纤维浸料一同进行均匀编制,得到粗制混编布,将粗制混编布通入热压机中,控制热压机压板温度稳定为145-150℃、压力0.5-1Kpa,进行压制即得到芳纶纤维和碳纤维混编布,将混编布经过打磨、去除毛刺后即得到墙面增强布;将海藻纤维和玻璃纤维进行混纺,利用玻璃纤维具备的高强度以及耐拉伸性能对海藻纤维进行改性处理,使混纺的纤维线本身力学性能更强,同时海藻纤维具备优质的吸附性能,将其与碳纤维预浸料和芳纶纤维预浸料之间进行混合编制,可以有效地利用海藻纤维的吸附性能配合芳纶纤维本身具备的亲水性能使制得的混编布对空气中的杂质具备较好的吸附效果,同时编织完成后利用热压机进行均匀压制,可以有效的缩减纤维丝线之间的空隙,一方面加强混编布的密度,使混编布的耐磨性能和耐候性有效的增强,同时还能使混编布抗拉伸性能和耐剪切性能更加优越。

作为本发明的一种实施方式,其中原料中还包括磁粉;所述磁粉目数为40-80目;所述磁粉为季铵盐和聚乙烯醇混合物改性处理的包钴磁粉;原料中选取磁粉的磁粉为经过季铵盐和去乙烯醇改性处理的包钴磁粉其本身润湿性大幅度升高,从而使磁粉添加至预浸液中分散程度更加高,同时聚乙烯醇还能使磁粉在预浸液中的分散稳定系数提高,从而使磁粉随预浸液与纤维丝线之间进行结合,进而使经过编制制得的预浸料本身具备微弱的磁性,进而使制得的墙面增强布具备较强的电磁屏蔽性能。

工作时,将支撑杆底部与地面之间进行固连,将支撑块33依次通过第一通槽穿插于支撑杆上,由于支撑块33“Z”形设计;相邻两块支撑块33之间进行组合,并通过第一连接槽35和第一连接件34之间进行组合,从而有效地使支撑块33之间相互固连,从而可以快速的在预保护墙壁之前形成支撑层3,支撑层3安装完毕后,将基布层2套接在支撑层3上均匀分布的固定块4上,并将固定块4向第一滑槽内部按压,从而使固定块4对挤压囊45进行挤压,使膨胀囊47发生形变将按压板46从滑动槽内向外延伸,并通过第二滑槽41内的卡块42与固定块4上的卡槽43之间的结合从而使基布层2进行初步固定,此时使用蒸汽熨斗对基布层2进行均匀加热,从而快速的使基布层2与支撑层3之间进行快速黏合,黏合完成后按压滑动杆44,使滑动杆44在第三滑槽内进行滑动,从而使滑动杆44另一端铰接的挤压杆对卡槽43内的卡块42进行挤压,进而使固定块4在挤压囊45的弹性作用下复位放松对基布层2的挤压,同时固定块4复位时,按压块在恢复形变的膨胀囊47的作用下重新收缩回滑动槽内,此时将接触层1套接于固定块4上,重复按压流程,使按压板46将接触层1固连于基布层2上,进而完成墙面增强布的组装。

Claims (6)

1.一种芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编布,其特征在于:所述芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编布包括以下原料:
芳纶纤维15-20份、碳纤维18-20份、海藻纤维5-6份、玻璃纤维5-6份、环氧树脂25-28份、古马隆树脂3-6份、微晶石蜡1-2份、硬脂酸3-3.5份、玉米淀粉7-12份、丙酮7-12份、纳米氧化锌3-5份、水性聚氨酯预聚体8-12份;
所述芳纶纤维和碳纤维混编布的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将芳纶纤维置于真空干燥箱中,在真空环境下进行低温脱水干燥,干燥完成后将芳纶纤维进行初步纺织成芳纶纤维丝线,并将芳纶纤维丝线置于紫外线辐照机中,使芳纶纤维丝线于紫外线光辐射下进行1-2h表面改性处理;
S2:将纳米氧化锌通入水性聚氨酯预聚体中,经过均匀搅拌混合后加热至35-40℃,将S1中经过紫外线辐射改性后的芳纶纤维丝线置于改性水性聚氨酯预聚体中,进行保温浸泡3-5h,浸泡完成后取出芳纶纤维丝线,并经过喷雾干燥后得到改性芳纶纤维丝线;
S3:将环氧树脂溶于丙酮溶剂中,并向混合溶液中依次加入微晶石蜡、硬质酸、玉米淀粉和古马隆树脂,并将混合溶液进行缓慢升温至155-165℃,进行均匀搅拌混合后得到预浸液;
S4:将碳纤维纺织为碳纤维丝线,并将碳纤维丝线和改性芳纶纤维丝线通入预浸液中,控制溶液保温120-135℃持续浸泡3-5H,浸泡完成后将改性丝线取出,并经过喷雾干燥后得到碳纤维浸料和芳纶纤维浸料;
S5:将海藻纤维和玻璃纤维经过混纺后成为丝线后与碳纤维浸料和芳纶纤维浸料一同进行均匀编制,得到粗制混编布,将粗制混编布通入热压机中,控制热压机压板温度稳定为145-150℃、压力0.5-1Kpa,进行压制即得到芳纶纤维和碳纤维混编布,将混编布经过打磨、去除毛刺后即得到墙面增强布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编布,其特征在于:其中原料中还包括氧化钙粉末和蒙脱石粉按照1:3的比例进行混合的混合粉末。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编布,其特征在于:其中原料中还包括磁粉;所述磁粉目数为40-80目;所述磁粉为季铵盐和聚乙烯醇混合物改性处理的包钴磁粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编布,其特征在于:其中S5中所述墙面增强布包括接触层(1)、基布层(2)、支撑层(3)和支撑柱(31);所述支撑柱(31)为伸缩杆形设计;所述支撑柱(31)两端均固连有连接块(32);所述连接块(32)上开设有螺纹孔;所述连接块(32)通过螺纹孔与支撑柱(31)螺纹连接;所述支撑层(3)为支撑块(33)之间相互拼合而成;所述支撑块(33)均为长方形板状结构设计;所述支撑块(33)内部均开设有第一通槽;所述支撑块(33)通过第一通槽串联于支撑柱(31)上;所述支撑块(33)均为“Z”形设计;所述支撑块(33)位于“Z”形上侧固连有第一连接件(34);所述支撑块(33)位于“Z”形下侧开设有第一连接槽(35);所述连接块(32)表面均开设有均匀分布的第一凹槽;所述第一凹槽内均固连有永磁铁(36);所述基布层(2)通过热塑性胶水粘连于支撑层(3)表面;所述支撑块(33)表面开设有第一滑槽;所述第一滑槽内通过弹簧滑动连接有固定块(4);所述固定块(4)“T”形设计;所述第一滑槽内壁开设有对称设计的第二滑槽(41);所述第二滑槽(41)内通过弹簧弹性连接有卡块(42);所述卡块(42)朝向第一滑槽开口处圆弧面设计;所述固定块(4)上开设有对称设计的卡槽(43);所述卡块(42)与卡槽(43)相匹配;所述固定块(4)内部开设有第三滑槽;所述第三滑槽“T”形设计;所述第三滑槽与卡槽(43)相互导通;所述第三滑槽内滑动连接有滑动杆(44);所述滑动杆(44)两侧铰接有挤压杆;所述挤压杆延伸至卡槽(43)内设计;所述接触层(1)表面开设有均匀分布的开口;所述固定块(4)贯穿开口设置;所述第一滑槽(41)内部安装有挤压囊(45);所述固定块(4)侧面开设有滑动槽;所述滑动槽内滑动连接有按压板(46);所述按压板(46)与滑动槽内部之间固连有膨胀囊(47);所述膨胀囊(47)与挤压囊(45)之间通过导管导通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编布,其特征在于:所述支撑块(33)内部开设有均匀分布的导通孔;相邻两个支撑块(33)上的导通孔相互导通;所述导通孔内安装有导电线;所述导电线外接电源。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种芳纶纤维与碳纤维混编布,其特征在于:所述接触层(1)表面经喷砂处理形成均匀的凹陷状结构。
