Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a whitening and moisturizing emulsion containing lamellar liquid crystal and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of skin care products.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the demand and the requirement of people on cosmetics are higher and higher, and especially with the change of living environment, higher requirements are put forward on whitening and moisturizing products. Melanin is a protein present in the basal layer of each person's skin and is responsible for skin whitening. The irradiation of ultraviolet rays can change melanin to generate a substance for protecting skin, and then the melanin moves layer by layer through cell metabolism to reach the epidermis of the skin, so that skin problems such as color spots, uneven skin color and the like are formed.
Skin cell tissue water is easy to lose, and skin with insufficient water content may cause nutrient transport disorder of skin, and signal transmission among skin cells and organelles may be failed, and signal transmission error or interruption occurs. The accumulation and increase of these subtle changes occurring in the skin can cause the normal structure and function of the skin to be disturbed, with the short-term consequences that the skin becomes dry, not moist and has a tight feeling; the long-term consequences are skin aging, appearance of wrinkles, and becoming rough, dull, and inelastic. Moisturizing is an essential link for daily skin care. The professional moisturizing cosmetic can deeply and effectively moisturize and nourish and moisten skin.
Nicotinamide is vitamin B3The derivative is also a skin anti-aging ingredient of workers in the field of beauty skin science, and the most important effect of the derivative in the aspect of skin anti-aging is to relieve and prevent dark complexion, yellowing and vegetable color of the skin generated in the early aging process. Meanwhile, niacinamide can repair the damaged stratum corneum lipid barrier and improve the skin resistance. Moreover, the nicotinamide also has the deep water-locking effect.
Lamellar liquid crystal can exist on an oil-water interface of an oil-in-water emulsion stably under certain conditions, is in an aggregation state between a solid state and a liquid state, has long-range order of molecular arrangement, and has liquid-like fluidity and continuity and crystal-like anisotropy. With the development of new cosmetics, cosmetics containing lamellar liquid crystals have been classified as high-tech cosmetics. The cosmetic containing the lamellar liquid crystal structure has good stability; at the same time, it can prolong hydration and occlusion, and thus has excellent moisturizing properties. Compared with common cosmetics, the cosmetics of the lamellar liquid crystal have four characteristics: improve the stability of the product, have high-efficiency moisturizing effect, slowly release active ingredients and provide excellent skin feeling.
At present, a few reports about moisturizing emulsions with lamellar liquid crystals exist, but the conventional moisturizing emulsions with lamellar liquid crystals use liquid crystal emulsifiers such as lecithin, sucrose esters, phytosterols and glucosides, which are commonly used liquid crystal emulsifiers at present, and long-term research shows that the liquid crystal emulsifiers are high in cost, small in the amount of formed liquid crystals, uneven in the size of liquid drops and the like. For example, chinese patent document CN109363954A discloses a moisturizing emulsion with lamellar liquid crystal, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.5-3.5 parts of natural liquid crystal emulsifier; 1-3 parts of solid grease; 4-8 parts of liquid grease; 1-10 parts of a humectant; 60-80 parts of water, wherein the natural liquid crystal emulsifier is selected from one or more of lecithin, sucrose esters, phytosterol and glucoside; preferably, the natural liquid crystal type emulsifier is selected from one or more of hydrogenated lecithin, sucrose stearate, sucrose distearate and phytosterol.

One key point of the invention is that the whitening and moisturizing emulsion containing the lamellar liquid crystal is finally obtained by compounding the common and low-cost emulsifier and the high-carbon alcohol, wherein the selected emulsifier is close to the long carbon chain structure of the high-carbon alcohol, and the specific proportion is added, so that the whitening and moisturizing emulsion containing the lamellar liquid crystal cannot be obtained when the proportion of the emulsifier to the high-carbon alcohol is too large or too small, and is in an emulsion form, and the emulsifier is also selected.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the whitening and moisturizing emulsion containing lamellar liquid crystal.
A preparation method of whitening and moisturizing emulsion containing lamellar liquid crystal comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of oil phase: mixing the oil phase, an emulsifier, high-carbon alcohol, beeswax, dimethyl siloxane, vitamin E and vitamin C, heating to 50-70 ℃, and stirring for 2-10min to obtain a uniformly mixed oil phase;
(2) preparation of the aqueous phase: adding glycerol, propylene glycol, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, nicotinamide and p-hydroxyacetophenone into refined water, heating to 50-70 ℃, and stirring for 2-10min to obtain a uniformly mixed water phase;

(4) heating and mixing the oil phase, the water phase and the water-soluble polymer solution, and homogenizing;
(5) and (3) slowly stirring the homogenized mixture, degassing and cooling, adding the chamomile extract, and stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain uniform and stable emulsion.
According to the invention, in the step (4), the heating and mixing temperature is 40-80 ℃; the homogenizing and stirring speed is 5000-20000 r \ min.
Preferably, in step (5), the slow stirring speed is 200-400 r/min.
The whitening and moisturizing emulsion can also be added with essence according to personal requirements, and the essence is added in the step (5) and added with the chamomile extract.
The invention has the technical characteristics and beneficial effects that:
1. lamellar liquid crystals are one type of liquid crystals and have an oil/liquid crystal/water structure, while the stratum corneum skin of the human body has an oil/stratum corneum/water structure, which are very similar. The lamellar liquid crystal is introduced into the emulsion system, and the existence of the lamellar liquid crystal improves the stability of the emulsion, so that the emulsion has high-efficiency moisturizing effect and active ingredient slow-release effect, and has excellent skin feel. The liquid crystal phase can be adsorbed on an oil-water interface, so that a stable protective layer can be formed, and the protective layer can well reduce the aggregation of liquid drops caused by mutual collision among the liquid drops; meanwhile, the viscosity of the liquid crystal phase is higher, so that the stability of the emulsion is greatly improved. The lamellar liquid crystal is a multilayer structure composed of a surfactant and water, and therefore a large amount of water is present in the lamellar liquid crystal. Therefore, when the emulsion having lamellar liquid crystals is applied to human skin, the water does not evaporate quickly and can be retained for a longer period of time, which results in an emulsion having a high moisturizing effect. For entrapped active ingredients, especially oil soluble active ingredients, release can only be obtained if the oil-water interface is broken. Compared with the oil-water interface of a common surfactant, the lamellar liquid crystal has better stability and is less prone to being damaged, so that the release of the active ingredients is slower.
2. The whitening and moisturizing emulsion containing the lamellar liquid crystal is finally obtained by compounding the common low-cost emulsifier and the high-carbon alcohol, wherein the long carbon chain structure of the emulsifier and the long carbon chain structure of the high-carbon alcohol are close to each other and adding a specific proportion, the lamellar liquid crystal cannot be obtained when the proportion of the emulsifier to the high-carbon alcohol is too large or too small, and both the emulsifiers are in an emulsion form, and the emulsifier is also selected.
3. The niacinamide used in the present invention is a derivative of vitamin B3 and is also a skin anti-aging ingredient for workers in the field of beauty skin science, and its most important effect in skin anti-aging is to alleviate and prevent dullness, yellowing, and discoloration of skin color generated during early aging of skin. Meanwhile, niacinamide can repair the damaged stratum corneum lipid barrier and improve the skin resistance. The preferred sodium hyaluronate is a good humectant, with a significant amount of moisture absorption at low relative humidity, and the opposite at high relative humidity, which makes it suitable for many seasons; in addition, the sodium hyaluronate also has the effects of nourishing skin, preventing and repairing skin injury and the like. The xanthan gum which is preferably used is a water-soluble macromolecule, which can endow the emulsion with good stability and improve the shelf life of the product.
4. The emulsion preparation method is simple, does not need high-pressure conditions, and has easily controlled process; the raw materials used in the invention have low cost, and common emulsifier is used to replace phospholipid emulsifier, and the same effect is achieved. The components of the emulsion have synergistic effect, so that the emulsion has a layered liquid crystal structure, uniform droplet size, good stability and whitening and moisturizing functions.

Test example 1
And comparing the particle size distribution of the emulsion, the integrity of the lamellar liquid crystal and the quantity of the lamellar liquid crystal under different formulas by taking an optical microscope image as a contrast. The optical microscope images were observed by a polarizing microscope, dipping a certain amount of the emulsion with a capillary tube, placing it on a glass slide, and then covering with a cover glass. The white light and the polarized light microscopic images of the emulsion were observed at different multiples and different positions, respectively. The test results are shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 emulsion particle size distribution and lamellar liquid crystal morphology
Sample numbering | Particle size distribution | Number of lamellar liquid crystals | Lamellar liquid crystal morphology |
Example 1 | Uniformity | Multiple purpose | Complete (complete) |
Comparative example 1 | Uniformity | Is free of | Is free of |
Comparative example 2 | Uniformity | Chinese character shao (a Chinese character of 'shao') | Incomplete |
Comparative example 3 | Uniformity | Is free of | Is free of |
Comparative example 4 | Unevenness of | Multiple purpose | Complete (complete) |
The comparison shows that the viscosity of the system is increased along with the increase of the content of the emulsifier, and the emulsion system can not be well dispersed under the condition of the same rotating speed, so that the particle size of the emulsion is increased and the distribution is uneven; the emulsifier is changed, and the lamellar liquid crystal in the system disappears, so that the type of the emulsifier plays a key role in the formation of the lamellar liquid crystal; by changing the oil phase, the lamellar liquid crystal is reduced, which is mainly caused by different hydrophobic effects of different oil phases; the lamellar liquid crystal disappears by changing the high-carbon alcohol, mainly because the length of the carbon chain of the high-carbon alcohol is not different, and the lamellar liquid crystal is easier to form because the chain length is the same as or close to the length of the carbon chain of the emulsifier.
