Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A cleaning cartridge assembly 100 for a floor cleaner according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention will now be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4, comprising: an inner cylinder 1, a sponge cylinder 2 and a water inlet part 3.
Specifically, the inner cylinder 1 is rotatable about its central axis, and the inner cylinder 1 is formed with water passing holes 101 penetrating the peripheral wall. The water passing holes 101 formed on the inner cylinder 1 can be used for the passage of water flow. Therefore, the water through holes 101 rotate around the central axis of the inner barrel 1 along with the rotation of the inner barrel 1, the possibility of water accumulation does not exist in the inner barrel 1, and the clean cleaning of the inner part of the inner barrel 1 of the cleaning barrel assembly 100 of the floor cleaner is ensured.
Optionally, the inner cylinder 1 is an injection molded part. Thus, the inner cartridge 1 is inexpensive to manufacture, simple to manufacture, and has a long service life, reducing the weight of the cleaning cartridge assembly 100.
The sponge cylinder 2 is sleeved outside the inner cylinder 1. The sponge cylinder 2 is made of sponge, so that the sponge cylinder 2 has good water absorption and air permeability.
The water inlet member 3 is arranged inside the inner cylinder 1, a water inlet channel 301 extending along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1 is formed in the water inlet member 3, one end (for example, the left end of the inner cylinder 1 shown in fig. 3) of the water inlet channel 301 positioned at the axial end part of the inner cylinder 1 is a water inlet 305, and the other end (for example, the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3) of the water inlet channel 301 extending into the inner cylinder 1 is provided with a water spray hole 302. Thus, the water inlet member 3 can sufficiently wet the inner cylinder 1 and can make the water flow uniformly pass through the water through holes 101.
According to the cleaning cylinder assembly 100 of the floor cleaner of the embodiment of the invention, in operation, clean water enters the water inlet channel 301 from the water inlet 305 at one end of the water inlet component 3 (for example, the left end of the water inlet component 3 shown in fig. 3), and then the clean water flows out from the water spraying holes 302 at the other end of the water inlet channel 301 (for example, the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3), flows into the inner cylinder 1 of the cleaning cylinder assembly 100, and then flows out from the water through holes 101 on the inner cylinder 1, so that the clean water gradually permeates outwards from the interior of the sponge cylinder 2, and the water amount on the outer surface of the sponge cylinder. The clear water is extruded when the sponge cylinder 2 contacts with the ground, and can be completely absorbed by the sponge cylinder 2 when leaving the ground, so that the residual water on the ground is less, and the mopping effect is better.
According to the cleaning cylinder assembly 100 of the floor cleaner of the embodiment of the present invention, by disposing the water inlet member 3 inside the sponge cylinder 2, the water inlet member 3 can be detached together with the sponge cylinder 2 for cleaning or replacement. Therefore, the cleaning or replacement of the water inlet part 3 is facilitated, meanwhile, the residual moisture on the ground can be reduced, the mopping effect is improved, and the mop is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and low in production cost.
In some embodiments, there is one water jet 302, and one water jet 302 is formed at the end of the other end of the water inlet channel 301 (e.g., the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in FIG. 3). As shown in FIG. 3, the water inlet 305 is formed at the left end of the water inlet channel 301 (e.g., the left end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in FIG. 3), the water spray holes 302 are formed at the right end of the water inlet channel 301 (e.g., the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in FIG. 3), and the right end of the water inlet channel 301 is located at the middle part in the inner cylinder 1. Thus, the clean water can uniformly flow from the water jetting holes 302 to each part in the inner cylinder 1, and the inner cylinder 1 can be sufficiently wetted.
In other embodiments, the plurality of water injection holes 302 are provided, and the plurality of water injection holes 302 are spaced along the extending direction of the water inlet passage 301. That is, there is more than one water spray hole 302 on the water inlet channel 301, and there are a plurality of water spray holes 302 arranged at regular intervals from one end of the water inlet channel 301 (for example, the left end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3) to the other end of the water inlet channel 301 (for example, the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3). Thus, the amount of water sprayed from the water inlet passage 301 is increased, and clean water can flow more uniformly to each part in the inner cylinder 1, thereby wetting the sponge cylinder 2 outside the inner cylinder 1 more uniformly.
The cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes: a baffle 4. The guide plate 4 is arranged on the inner side of the inner cylinder 1 and is positioned below the water spray hole 302, the guide plate 4 extends along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1, and the guide plate 4 extends obliquely downwards along the direction departing from the water spray hole 302 in the direction from top to bottom. That is, the deflector 4 is located inside the inner cylinder 1, and below the clean water channel, the deflector 4 extends obliquely downward away from the water spray hole 302 in a direction from top to bottom, and the deflector 4 extends from the left end of the inner cylinder 1 (for example, the left end of the inner cylinder 1 shown in fig. 3) to the right end of the inner cylinder 1 (for example, the right end of the inner cylinder 1 shown in fig. 3). Therefore, the guide plate 4 can divide the clean water flowing out from the water spraying holes 302, and the clean water is more uniformly supplemented to the sponge cylinder 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the baffle 4 includes: a first plate portion 401 and a second plate portion 402. An upper end of the first plate portion 401 (for example, an upper end of the first plate portion 401 shown in fig. 4) and an upper end of the second plate portion 402 (for example, an upper end of the second plate portion 402 shown in fig. 4) are connected, a lower end of the first plate portion 401 (for example, a lower end of the first plate portion 401 shown in fig. 4) and a lower end of the second plate portion 402 (for example, a lower end of the second plate portion 402 shown in fig. 4) extend in directions away from each other, and the water spray hole 302 is located right above a connection position of the first plate portion 401 and the second plate portion 402. When the clean water in the water inlet channel 301 is sprayed out through the water spraying holes 302, the first plate portion 401 and the second plate portion 402 which are located right below the water spraying holes 302 and extend in directions away from each other uniformly divide the clean water sprayed out from the water spraying holes 302, so that the clean water is uniformly supplemented to the sponge cylinder 2.
Specifically, the first plate portion 401 and the second plate portion 402 are arranged symmetrically with respect to a vertical plane, and an angle between the first plate portion 401 and the second plate portion 402 is not less than 60 degrees. This facilitates an even distribution of the fresh water, so that the sponge cylinder 2 is evenly wetted. For example, the angle between the first plate portion 401 and the second plate portion 402 may be 60 °, 65 °, 70 °, 75 °, 80 °, 85 °, 90 °, 95 °, 100 °, 105 °, 110 °, 115 °, 120 °, or the like.
In some embodiments, the water inlet member 3 is formed with a clean water tank 303 extending along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1 and opening downward, the baffle 4 is disposed in the clean water tank 303, and the lower end of the baffle 4 is spaced from the side wall of the clean water tank 303 by a predetermined gap distance to define a jet opening 304. That is, the clean water tank 303 extends from one end of the inner cylinder 1 (for example, the left end of the inner cylinder 1 shown in fig. 3) to the other end of the inner cylinder 1 (for example, the right end of the inner cylinder 1 shown in fig. 3) in the inner cylinder 1, the lower end of the baffle 4 (for example, the lower end of the baffle 4 shown in fig. 3) is spaced from the sidewall of the clean water tank 303 by a predetermined gap distance, and the lower end of the baffle 4 (for example, the lower end of the baffle 4 shown in fig. 3) and the sidewall of the clean water tank 303 define the jet opening. Thus, the fresh water can more uniformly flow into the inner cylinder 1 from the water inlet member 3, and the fresh water can be uniformly supplied to the sponge cylinder 2.
When the cleaning cylinder assembly 100 of the floor cleaner is in operation, clean water enters the water inlet channel 301 from the water inlet 305 at one end of the water inlet assembly 3 (e.g., the left end of the water inlet assembly 3 shown in fig. 3), then the clean water flows out from the water spray hole 302 at the other end of the water inlet channel 301 (for example, the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3), flows to the first plate part 401 and the second plate part 402 of the guide plate 4 which extend in the directions away from each other, and the clean water sprayed from the water spray hole 302 is evenly divided, and then flows out from a spray opening 304 defined between the lower end of the baffle 4 (e.g., the lower end of the baffle 4 shown in fig. 3) and the side wall of the clean water tank 303, flows into the inner cylinder 1 of the cleaning cartridge assembly 100, then, the clean water flows out from the water passing holes 101 on the inner cylinder 1, the clean water gradually permeates from the interior of the sponge cylinder 2 to the outside, the clean water supplemented to the sponge cylinder 2 is more uniform, and the water quantity on the outer surface of the sponge cylinder 2 is more uniform.
In some embodiments, the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner further comprises: a sewage collecting member 5 and a rotating roller 6. The sewage collecting part 5 is arranged on the inner side of the inner cylinder 1, the sewage collecting part 5 is positioned above the water inlet part 3, and a sewage groove 501 which extends along the axial direction of the inner cylinder 1 and has an upward opening is formed in the sewage collecting part 5. Wherein, sewage water pump is connected to sewage collection 5, and sewage pump can take out sewage in the bilge pit 501 and retrieve, and clear water pump is connected to water intaking 3, and clear water pump can follow and absorb the clear water in the clear water tank and flow into water intaking 3 through water inlet 305. From this, can be used to collect sewage, reduced the residue of ground moisture, promoted and mopped the ground effect.
The rotating roller 6 is abutted against the sponge cylinder 2 to press the sponge cylinder 2, the rotating roller 6 is arranged on the outer side of the sponge cylinder 2, and the rotating roller 6 is positioned above the sewage tank 501. Therefore, the rotating roller 6 rotates along with the sponge cylinder 2 in the rotating process, the sponge cylinder 2 is extruded at the same time, and sewage in the sponge cylinder 2 flows into the sewage tank 501 through the water holes 101 on the surface of the inner cylinder 1 after being extruded out. Therefore, sewage enters the sewage tank 501 after being filtered by the sponge cylinder 2, the blockage of a sewage water channel is avoided, and the fault rate of the cleaning cylinder assembly 100 is reduced.
In addition, the rotating roller 6 may be replaced with a blade, which has the same effect as the rotating roller 6.
In some embodiments, the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner further comprises: a central connecting cylinder 7. The central connecting cylinder 7 is arranged coaxially with the inner cylinder 1, the sewage collecting part 5 is connected with the upper side peripheral wall of the central connecting cylinder 7, and the water inlet part 3 is connected with the lower side peripheral wall of the central connecting cylinder 7. In this manner, removal, cleaning, and replacement of the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 is facilitated.
Specifically, the upper side peripheral wall of the central connecting cylinder 7 is formed with a first avoidance hole, the lower end of the sewage collecting member 5 (for example, the lower end of the sewage collecting member 5 shown in fig. 4) passes through the first avoidance hole and extends into the central connecting cylinder 7, the lower side peripheral wall of the central connecting cylinder 7 is formed with a second avoidance hole, and the upper end of the water inlet member 3 (for example, the upper end of the water inlet member 3 shown in fig. 4) passes through the second avoidance hole and extends into the central connecting cylinder 7. Therefore, the connection between the sewage collecting component 5 and the water inlet component 3 is more compact, the structure is firm, the damage is not easy to damage, and the service life of the cleaning cylinder component 100 is prolonged.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the sewage collecting member 5, the water inlet member 3 and the center connector 7 are integrally formed. Thus, the water inlet part 3 and the sewage collecting part 5 are designed in an integrated way, the structure is compact, the water channels are centralized,
in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the water through holes 101 include a plurality of water through holes 101, and the plurality of water through holes 101 are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction and/or the axial direction of the inner barrel 1. That is to say, the water holes 101 can be uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the inner barrel 1, the water holes 101 can also be uniformly spaced along the axial direction of the inner barrel 1, and the water holes 101 can also be uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the inner barrel 1. Therefore, the sponge cylinder 2 can be more favorably and uniformly supplemented with clean water.
Referring to fig. 1, both ends of the inner cylinder 1 in the axial direction are opened, and the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 further includes: left and right end caps 8 and 9, and left and right bearings 10 and 11. The left end cover 8 and the right end cover 9 are respectively covered at two axial ends of the inner cylinder 1, one of the left end cover 8 and the right end cover 9 is connected with a driving gear, the left bearing 10 is connected with the left end cover 8 to support the left end cover 8, and the right bearing 11 is connected with the right end cover 9 to support the right end cover 9. Thus, the driving force drives the inner cylinder 1 to rotate through the driving gear, and the sewage collecting part 5, the water inlet part 3 and the central connecting cylinder 7 can rotate relative to the inner cylinder 1.
Alternatively, the power input may be a gear drive or a belt drive.
The working principle of the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner according to the first embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below:
when the cleaning cylinder assembly 100 of the floor cleaner is in operation, clean water enters the water inlet channel 301 from the water inlet 305 at one end of the water inlet assembly 3 (e.g., the left end of the water inlet assembly 3 shown in fig. 3), then the clean water flows out from the water spraying opening at the other end of the water inlet channel 301 (for example, the right end of the water inlet channel 301 shown in fig. 3), and flows to the first plate part 401 and the second plate part 402 of the guide plate 4 which extend in the directions away from each other, so that the clean water sprayed from the water spraying holes 302 is uniformly distributed, and then flows out from a spray opening 304 defined between the lower edge of the baffle 4 (such as the lower edge of the baffle 4 shown in fig. 4) and the side wall of the clean water tank 303, flows into the inner cylinder 1 of the cleaning cylinder assembly 100, then, the clean water flows out from the water passing holes 101 on the inner cylinder 1, the clean water gradually permeates from the interior of the sponge cylinder 2 to the outside, the clean water supplemented to the sponge cylinder 2 is more uniform, and the water quantity on the outer surface of the sponge cylinder 2 is more uniform.
The clear water is extruded when the sponge cylinder 2 contacts with the ground, and can be completely absorbed by the sponge cylinder 2 when leaving the ground, so that the residual water on the ground is less, and the mopping effect is better. The rotating roller 6 abuts against the sponge cylinder 2.
According to the cleaning cylinder assembly 100 of the floor cleaner of the embodiment of the present invention, the water path is provided inside the sponge cylinder 2, and the sewage collecting part 5, the water inlet part 3 and the central connection cylinder 7 are integrally formed. From this, made things convenient for the washing or the change in water route, avoided long service life cleaning barrel subassembly 100 to go mildy, smelly, and then avoided breeding of bacterium and mould, reduced the influence to health, still avoided the jam in sewage water route, reduced the residue of ground moisture, promoted and mopped the ground effect.
A floor cleaner in accordance with an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention comprises a cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of a floor cleaner in accordance with an embodiment of the first aspect of the invention.
According to the floor cleaner of the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, by applying the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 of the floor cleaner of the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention to the floor cleaner, the failure rate of the cleaning cartridge assembly 100 is reduced, and the floor cleaner has a simple structure, is convenient to manufacture, and is low in production cost.
