Abstract
The invention relates to a sewage filtering and extracting device of a floor-scrubbing machine cleaning roller, which comprises an inner core and a cover plate, wherein the inner core is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet; the outer side surface of the inner core is provided with a plurality of rows of water inlet holes arranged along the axial direction of the inner core, the side wall of the inner core is provided with a plurality of first sewage channels with the same number as the rows of the water inlet holes along the axial direction, and each first sewage channel is correspondingly communicated with all the water inlet holes in one row of the water inlet holes; the cover plate comprises a shaft part, a cover plate part, a connecting part and a water outlet part which are sequentially connected and coaxially arranged, and a water outlet channel is arranged at the center of the connecting part and the water outlet part; the cover plate is also provided with a second sewage channel; the sewage filtering and extracting device of the floor mopping machine cleaning roller can collect sewage to the water outlet channel through the sewage channel after the sewage is preliminarily filtered by the cleaning filter sleeve through negative pressure water absorption, and the space in the middle of the inner core can be used for installing devices such as a water pump and the like, so that the overall layout of the floor mopping machine is optimized, and the floor mopping machine is greatly helpful for developing towards miniaturization and lightness.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ground cleaning machinery, and particularly relates to a sewage filtering and extracting device of a cleaning roller of a floor mopping machine.
Background
The floor cleaning machine is a common hard floor cleaning machine which cleans and cleans the floor, sucks the sewage and takes the sewage away from the site, and the floor cleaning machine usually needs to spray clean water to enhance the cleaning effect.

The invention aims to provide a sewage filtering and extracting device of a novel cleaning roller of a floor cleaning machine, which can efficiently remove the sewage on the ground.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention discloses a sewage filtering and extracting device of a floor-scrubbing machine cleaning roller, which comprises a cylindrical inner core and a cover plate arranged on one side of the inner core; the outer side surface of the inner core is provided with a plurality of rows of water inlet holes arranged along the axial direction of the inner core, the side wall of the inner core is provided with a plurality of first sewage channels with the same number as the rows of the water inlet holes along the axial direction, and each first sewage channel is correspondingly communicated with all the water inlet holes in one row of the water inlet holes; the first sewage channel is opened on the end surface of the first opening;
one side of the inner core is provided with a first opening, the other side of the inner core is provided with a second opening, and the cover plate is hermetically arranged at the first opening; the cover plate comprises a shaft part, a cover plate part, a connecting part and a water outlet part which are sequentially connected and coaxially arranged, and a water outlet channel is arranged at the center of the connecting part and the water outlet part; the cover plate is also provided with a second sewage channel communicated with the water outlet channel and the first sewage channel;
the detachable cover in the inner core outside is equipped with clean filter sleeve.
Preferably, the second sewage channels are arranged on one side, close to the cover plate part, of the joining part and uniformly arranged in a radial mode around the water outlet channels, and the number of the second sewage channels is the same as that of the first sewage channels and the second sewage channels are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
Preferably, one end of the second sewage channel is opened on the outer side wall of the connecting part, namely an outer opening, and the other end of the second sewage channel is opened on the water outlet channel, namely an inner opening.
Preferably, a boss for connecting the second sewage channel with the first sewage channel in a sealing manner is arranged on one side wall of the cover plate part close to the joining part, and the boss is arranged on an extension line of the sewage channel and connected with the outer opening.
Preferably, the upper end surface of the boss is a concave surface which is adaptive to the curvature of the sewage channel and is connected with the sewage channel.
Preferably, one end of the boss, which is far away from the water outlet channel, is processed into an arc surface which is adaptive to the curvature of the sewage channel.
Preferably, the opening of the first sewage channel is provided with a positioning notch for partially accommodating the boss, the positioning notch is arranged on one side, close to the axis of the inner core body, of the opening of the first sewage channel, and the opening of the first sewage channel is communicated with the positioning notch.
Preferably, the shape of the boss is matched with that of the opening of the sewage channel, and the boss is inserted into the opening of the sewage channel so that the first sewage channel is connected with the second sewage channel in a sealing mode.
Preferably, a plurality of first mounting holes are further processed on the end face of the first opening, and second mounting holes are processed on the cover plate portion corresponding to the first mounting holes.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a sewage filtering and extracting device of a cleaning roller of a floor-scrubbing machine comprises a cylindrical inner core 1 and a cover plate 2 arranged on one side of the inner core; the inner core and the cover plate are connected through a sealing gasket 22, a plurality of rows of water inlet holes 3 arranged along the axial direction of the inner core are processed on the outer side surface of the inner core, first sewage channels 4 with the same number as the rows of the water inlet holes are processed in the side wall of the inner core along the axial direction, and each first sewage channel is correspondingly communicated with all the water inlet holes in one row of the water inlet holes; the first sewage channel is opened on the end surface of the first opening;
one side of the inner core is provided with a first opening 5, the other side of the inner core is provided with a second opening 6, and the cover plate is hermetically arranged at the first opening; as shown in fig. 7, the cover plate comprises a shaft part 7, a cover plate part 8, a connecting part 9 and a water outlet part 10 which are connected in sequence and coaxially arranged, and a water outlet channel 11 is arranged at the center of the connecting part and the water outlet part; the cover plate is also provided with a second sewage channel 12 which is communicated with the water outlet channel and the first sewage channel;
the outer side of the inner core is detachably sleeved with a cleaning filter sleeve 13.
The second sewage channels are arranged on one side, close to the cover plate portion, of the joining portion and radially and uniformly arranged around the water outlet channels, and the number of the second sewage channels is the same as that of the first sewage channels, and the second sewage channels are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode.
One end of the second sewage channel is opened on the outer side wall of the connecting part, namely an outer opening 14, and the other end of the second sewage channel is opened on the water outlet channel, namely an inner opening 15.
And a boss 16 used for connecting the second sewage channel and the first sewage channel in a sealing manner is arranged on one side wall of the cover plate part close to the joint part, and the boss is arranged on an extension line of the sewage channel and is connected with the outer opening.
The upper end surface 17 of the boss is a concave surface which is adaptive to the curvature of the sewage channel and is connected with the sewage channel.
One end 18 of the boss, which is far away from the water outlet channel, is processed into a cambered surface which is adaptive to the curvature of the sewage channel.
The opening part of the first sewage channel is provided with a positioning notch 19 for partially accommodating the boss, the positioning notch is arranged on one side, close to the axis of the inner core body, of the opening of the first sewage channel, and the opening of the first sewage channel is communicated with the positioning notch.
The boss is matched with the opening of the sewage channel in shape, and the boss is inserted into the opening of the sewage channel to enable the first sewage channel to be connected with the second sewage channel in a sealing mode.
A plurality of first mounting holes 20 are further formed in the end face of the first opening, and second mounting holes 21 are formed in the cover plate portion and correspond to the first mounting holes.
The diameters of the cover plate part, the connecting part and the water outlet part are reduced in sequence; the shaft portion is integrally formed with the cover plate portion.
The cleaning filter sleeve is made of a material with good air permeability and water absorption. The cleaning filter sleeve can be made of sponge or fabric and has wiping and filtering functions, the ground is wiped to be cleaned through rotation of the ventilating cleaning filter sleeve, and meanwhile, the ventilating cleaning filter sleeve can filter hairs in sewage and the like to prevent the water inlet hole in the inner core from being blocked, so that two purposes are achieved at one time; the cleaning filter sleeve is worn by friction with the ground when in work and should be replaced at intervals.
When the device is used, the water outlet channel is connected with the air pump or the water pump to generate negative pressure, sewage on the ground is preliminarily filtered by the cleaning filter sleeve, then is collected to the water outlet channel through the sewage channel and then is collected into an external container through a pipeline, and the treatment of the sewage is continuous and efficient; the space in the middle of the inner core can be used for installing devices such as a water pump and the like, and the floor mopping machine is greatly helpful for optimizing the overall layout of the floor mopping machine and developing the floor mopping machine to be small and light and thin.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 8, similarly to embodiment 1, it is different in that the joining portion of the cover plate is not provided with an annular groove, but an annular recess 23 for placing a seal ring is formed; the boss is lengthened to provide a thicker gasket.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 9, similar to embodiment 1, it is different in that the outside of the second opening of the core is processed to be stepped to facilitate installation and connection with other fittings; a counter bore 24 is machined on one side, close to the second opening, of the inner core, so that accessories arranged inside the inner core and the inner core body can be conveniently installed and fixed through bolts and the like.

As shown in fig. 10, similarly to embodiment 2, the difference is that the shaft portion is fixedly attached to the cover plate portion.

Claims (10)
1. A sewage filtering and extracting device of a floor cleaning roller is characterized by comprising a cylindrical inner core and a cover plate arranged on one side of the inner core; the outer side surface of the inner core is provided with a plurality of rows of water inlet holes arranged along the axial direction of the inner core, the side wall of the inner core is provided with a plurality of first sewage channels with the same number as the rows of the water inlet holes along the axial direction, and each first sewage channel is correspondingly communicated with all the water inlet holes in one row of the water inlet holes; the first sewage channel is opened on the end surface of the first opening;
one side of the inner core is provided with a first opening, the other side of the inner core is provided with a second opening, and the cover plate is hermetically arranged at the first opening; the cover plate comprises a shaft part, a cover plate part, a connecting part and a water outlet part which are sequentially connected and coaxially arranged, and a water outlet channel is arranged at the center of the connecting part and the water outlet part; the cover plate is also provided with a second sewage channel communicated with the water outlet channel and the first sewage channel;
the detachable cover in the inner core outside is equipped with clean filter sleeve.

The dirt water filtering and extracting apparatus for a scrub roller of claim 3, wherein a protrusion for sealingly connecting the second dirt water passage to the first dirt water passage is formed on a side wall of the cover plate portion near the joint portion, and the protrusion is formed on an extension line of the dirt water passage and connected to the outer opening.
5. The dirt water filtering and extracting system for the scrub roller of claim 4, wherein the upper surface of the projection is concave to conform to the curvature of the dirt water passage and is connected to the dirt water passage.
6. The sewage filtering and extracting device of the cleaning roller of the floor wiping machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein one end of the boss, which is far away from the water outlet channel, is processed into a cambered surface which is adaptive to the curvature of the sewage channel.

The sewage filtering and extracting device of the cleaning roller of the floor wiping machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein a positioning notch for partially accommodating the boss is formed at the opening of the first sewage passage, the positioning notch is formed at one side of the opening of the first sewage passage, which is close to the axis of the inner core body, and the opening of the first sewage passage is communicated with the positioning notch.

The dirt water filtering and extracting system of a cleaner roller of a floor wiping machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the projection is adapted to the shape of the opening of the dirt water passage, and the projection is inserted into the opening of the dirt water passage so that the first dirt water passage is connected to the second dirt water passage in a sealing manner.
