Preferably, the method comprises the following raw materials: 50-70 parts of biological organic fertilizer, 15-20 parts of inorganic fertilizer, 1-5 parts of alkali, 5-15 parts of agricultural microorganism, 2-8 parts of slow release material, 0.1-5 parts of humic acid substance and 0.5-2 parts of environment-friendly enzyme.

The ecological environment-friendly fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials: 50-70 parts of biological organic fertilizer, 15-20 parts of inorganic fertilizer, 1-5 parts of alkali, 5-15 parts of agricultural microorganism, 2-8 parts of slow release material, 0.1-5 parts of humic acid substance and 0.5-2 parts of environment-friendly enzyme.
3. An eco-friendly fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein said base comprises one or more of inorganic bases, preferably one or more of metal oxides, metal hydroxides and weak acid salts.
4. The ecological environment-friendly fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the humic acid substance is one or more of sodium humate and potassium humate containing 50-70% or more of humic acid.
5. The ecological environment-friendly fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant straw is one or a mixture of peanut straw, wheat straw, corn straw and sesame straw; the livestock and poultry manure is one or a mixture of chicken and duck manure, cattle and sheep manure and pig manure.
