Two implementation steps
1) The nutrient solution in the embodiment 1-4 is respectively poured into 4 groups of balcony hydroponic pipeline planting systems, wherein the nutrient solution in the embodiment 1-3 is diluted by 250 times for the solution A and the solution B, 1000 times for the solution C and 100 times for the solution D and the solution E according to the volume of a nutrient solution circulating barrel before being poured into the balcony hydroponic pipeline planting systems, the required amount of A, B, C, D, E solution is calculated, and then the required amounts of the solution A and the solution B are respectively poured into the nutrient solution circulating barrel filled with clear water to be stirred and mixed to be used as standard culture solution;
2) soaking a sponge block for seedling culture in a flat plate for seedling culture, spreading spinach and celery seeds on the sponge block, spraying water for 2-3 times every day to ensure that the sponge block is wet, and planting the grown seedlings in a water culture pipeline after 10 days; 100 spinach plants and 100 celery plants are planted in each balcony hydroponic pipeline planting system;
3) after the cultured fusarium cake was shaken on a shaker for 7 days, the spore suspension was counted on a hemocytometer and adjusted to a concentration of 1 × 10-7Pouring the spore suspension into balcony hydroponic pipeline planting systems filled with the nutrient solution in the examples 1-4, wherein each planting system is poured with 20 mL;

As can be seen from Table 1, the spinach and celery cultured in the case that fusarium is poured into the nutrient solution of the examples 1-3 have extremely low proportion of yellow leaves and rotten cores which are below 4%, while the spinach and celery cultured in the nutrient solution of the example 4 have much higher proportion of yellow leaves than the spinach and celery cultured in the nutrient solution of the examples 1-3, so that the nutrient solution protected by the invention has balanced nutrition, and the growth vigor of the spinach and celery is still good even if the microbial inoculum is poured into the nutrient solution protected by the invention, therefore, the nutrient solution protected by the invention is suitable for the growth of balcony hydroponic leafy vegetables;
secondly, the root rot ratio of the celery and the spinach planted in the nutrient solution in the embodiments 1 to 3 is far lower than that of the celery and the spinach cultured in the nutrient solution in the embodiment 4, and the prevention effect can reach more than 70 percent.
