The light-transmitting plate 16 on the roof of the garbage chamber 12 and the storage chamber 13 allows the outside sunlight to enter the garbage chamber 12 and the storage chamber 13, thereby keeping the garbage chamber 12 and the storage chamber 13 dry and sterilizing the inside of the garbage chamber 12 and the storage chamber 13 by using ultraviolet rays in the sunlight. The potted plant placed in the housing compartment 14 can purify the air around the room body 1, thereby maintaining a good environment of the surrounding air. The temperature control device 4 mixes the hot water in the hot water tank 42 and the cold water in the cold water tank 43 in proportion to keep the temperature of the heat preservation chamber 15 inside the wall of the house body 1 constant, and further keeps the temperature around the potted plant in a certain range, so that the plant grows healthily.
