The disintegration is expressed by measuring the disintegration time, generally specified to be qualified after less than 3min, and the measuring method is as follows: at 25 ℃, adding 0.5g of sample particles into a 100mL stoppered measuring cylinder (the cylinder height is 22.5cm, the inner diameter is 28mm) containing 90mL of distilled water, clamping the middle part of the measuring cylinder, rotating at a constant speed along the center at a speed of 8r/min until the sample is completely disintegrated in the water, and recording the time, namely the disintegration time.
TABLE 2 quality change of water dispersible granule prepared by compounding flutolanil and metrafenone
As can be seen from Table 2, the products of example 14 had poor quality before and after hot storage, the products of examples 8 to 13 had poor quality after hot storage, and the products of examples 2 to 7 using the preferred auxiliaries had good quality both before and after hot storage, from which it can be seen that the preferred auxiliaries play a critical role in product quality.
Furthermore, as can be seen from examples 2-7, in the case of selecting the preferred adjuvant, the performance of the resulting water dispersible granule was similar when the content of the pharmaceutically active ingredient was varied within the range of 30-75%, which indicates that the effect of the drug content on the dosage form performance was less with the preferred adjuvant ingredients and contents. As can be seen from examples 8-13, in the case of using the common auxiliary agent, the performance of the obtained water dispersible granule is relatively poor, and the replacement auxiliary agent has no obvious effect improvement, which shows that the components and content of the preferred auxiliary agent have obvious effect on improving the performance of the flutolanil-metrafenone water dispersible granule, and the common auxiliary agent does not.
