s31: mixing dilute sulfuric acid with the concentration of 60-78% with phosphate rock powder;
s32: preparing powdery calcium superphosphate through the working procedures of formation and curing;
s33: 3 kg of powdery calcium superphosphate is taken, 100 kg of water is added, the mixture is fully stirred and is filtered after being placed for 24 hours.
The preparation method of the foliar fertilizer comprises the following steps:
s1: taking the materials according to the percentage, putting the materials into special fertilizer equipment for mixing and stirring;
s2: raising the temperature to 56 ℃, controlling the temperature to be 55-70 ℃ and the time to be 3 hours;
s3: dissolving the raw materials completely, and bottling.

Claims (9)

1. The foliar fertilizer is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage: 16% of silicon dioxide, 3% of chitosan, 12% of organic matter, 3% of calcium superphosphate water and the balance of water.
2. The foliar fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the chitosan comprises the following steps:
s21: removing legs of shrimp shell, removing impurities, washing with running water, cleaning residual shrimp meat, oven drying at 60 deg.C, grinding, and sieving with 200 mesh sieve;
s22: taking 3 parts of 10g shrimp shells, soaking in 100ml of 5% HCl for 4h until no bubbles emerge, adding 50ml of 5% HCl, soaking for 2h, taking out calcium and inorganic salt, and washing with deionized water to be neutral after suction filtration;
s23: adding 100ml of 10% NaOH, heating in a water bath at 50 ℃ for 2h, removing protein, filtering, reacting in a water bath at 80 ℃ with deionized water for 4h, washing with water to neutrality, filtering, and drying to obtain a white powdery product;
s24: dissolving a white powdery product in 2% HAc aqueous solution to prepare 1.5% -2.0% chitosan acetic acid aqueous solution, filtering insoluble impurities, dripping 4% NaOH solution while stirring, adjusting the pH value to 8-9, washing for 2 times respectively, and drying in vacuum to obtain the chitosan.
3. A foliar fertiliser as claimed in claim 2 wherein the organic material includes chelated nitrogen, phosphorus pentoxide and potassium oxide.
4. The foliar fertilizer as claimed in claim 3, wherein the preparation method of the calcium superphosphate water comprises the following steps:
s31: mixing dilute sulfuric acid with the concentration of 60-78% with phosphate rock powder;
s32: preparing powdery calcium superphosphate through the working procedures of formation and curing;
s33: 3 kg of powdery calcium superphosphate is taken, 100 kg of water is added, the mixture is fully stirred and is filtered after being placed for 24 hours.
5. The foliar fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein the component percentages are replaced by the following components: 14% of silicon dioxide, 2% of chitosan, 11% of organic matter, 2% of calcium superphosphate water and the balance of water.
6. The foliar fertilizer according to claim 5, wherein the component percentages are replaced by the following components: 15% of silicon dioxide, 3% of chitosan, 12% of organic matter, 2% of calcium superphosphate water and the balance of water.
7. The foliar fertilizer according to claim 6, wherein the component percentages are replaced by the following components: 15% of silicon dioxide, 3% of chitosan, 10% of organic matter, 2% of calcium superphosphate water and the balance of water.
8. The foliar fertilizer according to claim 7, wherein the component percentages are replaced by the following components: 15% of silicon dioxide, 2% of chitosan, 11% of organic matter, 3% of calcium superphosphate water and the balance of water.
9. The preparation method of the foliar fertilizer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: taking the materials according to the percentage, putting the materials into special fertilizer equipment for mixing and stirring;
s2: raising the temperature to 55 ℃, controlling the temperature to be 50-60 ℃ and keeping the time to be 3 hours;
s3: dissolving the raw materials completely, and bottling.
