Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of wine bottle processing and manufacturing, and discloses a novel wine bottle processing and manufacturing method based on an embedding technology, wherein a series of processing is carried out on a wine bottle to manufacture a novel wine bottle in an embedding mode by using a high-transparent organic high polymer resin material which is safe and nontoxic and can reach the food safety level; the resin material can be filled with Ginseng radix, cornu Cervi Pantotrichum decoction pieces, Hirudo, and Scorpio. The novel wine bottle processing and manufacturing method based on the embedding technology provided by the invention adopts the embedding technology to package wine bottles. The novel wine bottle manufactured by the novel wine bottle processing and manufacturing method based on the embedding technology is filled with some medicinal materials such as ginseng, pilose antler medicinal slices and the like in the resin material, so that a user can know the formula of the wine at a glance, the reliability and the attractiveness are enhanced, and a certain science popularization effect is achieved; can be stored for a long time, and is convenient to use and store; the embedded medicinal material types can be changed according to the requirements of customers.

seventhly, putting the prepared novel embedded wine bottle into a vacuum pump to extract vacuum;
and step eight, finishing the health preserving wine bottle by using the upper part of the wine bottle made of organic glass.

s104: pouring the bubble-removed mixed gel into a mold 1/3;
s105: after the gel is solidified, putting the medicinal materials to be manufactured and the wine bottle specimen into a mould;
s106: cleaning and airing the prepared mould repeatedly every 6 hours, and horizontally placing the mould (the height of the grinding tool is only 2/3) twice;
s107: putting the prepared novel embedded wine bottle into a vacuum pump to extract vacuum;
s108: the upper part of the wine bottle made of organic glass is used for preserving the health of the wine bottle.
In step S101 of the invention, Chinese medicinal materials with proper sizes are selected, and are disinfected for 24 hours by using a disinfectant after being dried by a 100-mesh screen to remove impurities; drying the medicinal materials for 10 hours by a dryer.
In step S103 of the invention, a mold is made of organic glass or silica gel, and is polished, and then impurities are removed by using a feather duster, and the mold is cleaned, dried and horizontally placed.

In step S106, after the colloid is solidified for 8 hours, if the colloid is completely solidified, the remaining 1/4 colloid is poured, and the mold is completely filled with the colloid. fourthly, pouring the mixed glue without bubbles into a mould;
fifthly, after the gel is solidified, putting the medicinal materials to be manufactured and the wine bottle specimen into a mould;
sixthly, repeatedly cleaning and airing the prepared mould, and horizontally placing for two times;
seventhly, putting the prepared novel embedded wine bottle into a vacuum pump to extract vacuum;
and step eight, finishing the health preserving wine bottle by using the upper part of the wine bottle made of organic glass.

The method for processing and manufacturing a novel wine bottle based on embedding technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first step is to select traditional Chinese medicinal materials, dry the traditional Chinese medicinal materials with a 100-mesh screen to remove impurities, and sterilize the traditional Chinese medicinal materials with a disinfectant for 24 hours; drying the medicinal materials for 10 hours by a dryer.
