Abstract
本发明公开一种医用防护面料,所述医用防护服面料包括基布层和位于基布层上的防护层,此防护层由母料熔喷加工而成,此母料进一步由以下组分组成:聚丙烯组合物100份、聚烯烃弹性体15~30份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚3~8份、环氧烷烃类化合物3~6份、聚氧化丙烯二胺1~3份、硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵1~2份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.4~1份、硬脂酸钙1~2份、抗氧化剂0.1~0.3份。本发明医用防护面料在能够有效阻隔细菌的同时,也使得静电电压小于220V之间,表面电阻在4×107~8×107Ω范围,具有良好的抗静电性能,从而减少了对医疗电子设备的电磁干扰。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,尤其涉及一种医用防护面料。
背景技术
世界范围内发现和确认的新发传染病几乎每年都在递增,常见的感染原因是接触灰尘污染或外科医生与患者及病原体表上含尘空气的污染,因此,医护人员需要穿着防护服装以降低感染的风险。随着科学技术的发展,医护人员常常需要借助医疗电子设备对病患进行诊疗,但是由于现有的医用防护服面料极易产生静电干扰医疗电子设备,导致测试数据存在较大误差,严重影响病人的诊疗效果。因此,研制一种既能够有效阻隔细菌,又具有良好的抗静电性能,减小医疗电子设备测试误差的抗静电医用防护服面料成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种医用防护面料,该医用防护面料在能够有效阻隔细菌的同时,也使得静电电压小于220V之间,表面电阻在4×107~8×107Ω范围,减少了对医疗电子设备的电磁干扰,且改善了面料过滤效果,尤其是对细菌和病毒的过滤效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种医用防护面料,包括基布层和位于基布层上的防护层,此防护层由母料熔喷加工而成,此母料进一步由以下组分组成:
聚丙烯组合物 100份,
聚烯烃弹性体 15~30份,
烷基聚氧乙烯醚 3~8份,
环氧烷烃类化合物 3~6份,
聚氧化丙烯二胺 1~3份,
硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵 1~2份,
羧甲基纤维素钠 0.4~1份,
硬脂酸钙 1~2份,
抗氧化剂 0.1~0.3份;
所述聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:3~5的重量份混合而成。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述基布层和防护层通过胶粘剂或者热压连接。
2. 上述方案中,所述抗氧剂为四[甲基-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯,或者,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八醇酯。
3. 上述方案中,所述均聚聚丙烯在230℃、2.16kg负荷条件下,熔体流动速率为30~100g/10min。
4. 上述方案中,所述嵌段共聚丙烯在230℃、2.16kg负荷条件下,熔体流动速率为5~60g/10min。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明医用防护面料,其位于基布层上防护层的母料基于由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯混合而成聚丙烯组合物,进一步添加聚氧化丙烯二胺1~3份、硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵0.5~2份,在能够有效阻隔细菌的同时,也使得静电电压小于220V之间,表面电阻在4×107~8×107Ω范围,具有良好的抗静电性能,从而减少了对医疗电子设备的电磁干扰;还有,其位于基布层上防护层的母料基于硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵进一添加羧甲基纤维素钠,提高了防护层的亲水性,从而改善了面料过滤效果,尤其是对细菌和病毒的过滤效果。

实施例1~4:一种医用防护面料,包括基布层1和位于基布层1上的防护层2,此防护层2由母料熔喷加工而成,此母料进一步由以下组分组成,如表1所示:

实施例1的聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:3的重量份混合而成,基布层1和防护层2通过胶粘剂连接,所述防护层2的厚度为37克/平米;
实施例2的聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:4的重量份混合而成,基布层1和防护层2通过热压连接,所述防护层2的厚度为53克/平米;
实施例3的聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:3的重量份混合而成,基布层1和防护层2通过热压连接,所述防护层2的厚度为42克/平米;
实施例4的聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:4的重量份混合而成,基布层1和防护层2通过胶粘剂连接,所述防护层2的厚度为51克/平米。
上述均聚聚丙烯在230℃、2.16kg负荷条件下,熔体流动速率为30~100g/10min。
上述嵌段共聚丙烯在230℃、2.16kg负荷条件下,熔体流动速率为5~60g/10min。
一种用于上述医用防护面料的制造工艺,包括基布层1和位于基布层1上的防护层2,此防护层2由母料熔喷加工而成,所述母料通过以下步骤获得:
步骤一、将聚丙烯组合物、聚烯烃弹性体、烷基聚氧乙烯醚、烃类化合物、聚氧化丙烯二胺、硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵、羧甲基纤维素钠、硬脂酸钙和抗氧化剂搅拌混合;所述聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯混合而成;
步骤二、将得到的混合物加到双螺杆挤出机中双螺杆挤出机内的温度控制为约180℃,螺杆转速控制为300转/分钟,之后在140℃的挤出温度下挤出反应产物;
步骤三、将双螺杆挤出机中获得的挤出产物加到冷却水槽中进行冷却,之后进入造粒机中进行造粒获得所述母料。
对比例1~2:一种防护服面料,包括基布层1和位于基布层1上的防护层2,此防护层2由母料熔喷加工而成,此母料进一步由以下组分组成,如表2所示:

对比例2的聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:3的重量份混合而成。
对比例3的聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:3的重量份混合而成。
对比例的母料制造工艺同实施例。
上述实施例1~4和对比例1~2制得防护服面料性能如表3所示:

注:实施例和对比例的水接触角按照ISO15989:2004的方法检测。
如表3的评价结果所示,本发明实施例相对于对比例,在能够有效阻隔细菌的同时,也使得静电电压小于220V之间,表面电阻在4×107~8×107Ω范围,具有良好的抗静电性能,从而减少了对医疗电子设备的电磁干扰;还有,面料水接触角小,提高了防护层的亲水性,从而改善了面料过滤效果,尤其是对细菌和病毒的过滤效果。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种医用防护面料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1)和位于基布层(1)上的防护层(2),此防护层(2)由母料熔喷加工而成,此母料进一步由以下组分组成:
聚丙烯组合物 100份,
聚烯烃弹性体 15~30份,
烷基聚氧乙烯醚 3~8份,
环氧烷烃类化合物 3~6份,
聚氧化丙烯二胺 1~3份,
硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵 1~2份,
羧甲基纤维素钠 0.4~1份,
硬脂酸钙 1~2份,
抗氧化剂 0.1~0.3份;
所述聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:3~5的重量份混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)和防护层(2)通过胶粘剂或者热压连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述嵌段共聚丙烯在230℃、2.16kg负荷条件下,熔体流动速率为5~60g/10min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述均聚聚丙烯在230℃、2.16kg负荷条件下,熔体流动速率为30~100g/10min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为四[甲基-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯,或者,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八醇酯。
