世界范围内发现和确认的新发传染病几乎每年都在递增,常见的感染原因是接触灰尘污染或外科医生与患者及病原体表上含尘空气的污染,因此,医护人员需要穿着防护服装以降低感染的风险。现有用于医用的面料湿润性差,降低了对细菌和病毒的过滤效果。因此,研制一种改善了面料过滤效果,尤其是对细菌和病毒的过滤效果的医用防护服面料成为本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种用于抗菌面料的制造工艺,该制造工艺获得的抗菌面料提高了防护层的亲水性,从而改善了面料过滤效果,尤其是对细菌和病毒的过滤效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于抗菌面料的制造工艺,所述抗菌面料包括基布层和位于基布层上的防护层,此防护层由母料熔喷加工而成,此母料进一步由以下组分组成:聚丙烯组合物100份、聚氨酯弹性体20~25份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚5~10份、环氧烷烃类化合物3~5份、硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵2~3份、羧甲基纤维素钠1~2份、硬脂酸钙1~2份、抗氧化剂0.1~0.3份;
所述母料通过以下步骤获得:
步骤一、将所述聚丙烯组合物、聚烯烃弹性体、烷基聚氧乙烯醚、烃类化合物、聚氧化丙烯二胺、硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵、羧甲基纤维素钠、硬脂酸钙和抗氧化剂搅拌混合;所述聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯混合而成;所述聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:4~6的重量份混合而成;所述聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:4~6的重量份混合而成;

步骤一、将聚丙烯组合物、聚氨酯弹性体、烷基聚氧乙烯醚、烃类化合物、硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵、羧甲基纤维素钠、硬脂酸钙和抗氧化剂搅拌混合;所述聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯混合而成;
步骤二、将得到的混合物加到双螺杆挤出机中双螺杆挤出机内的温度控制为约180℃,螺杆转速控制为300转/分钟,之后在140℃的挤出温度下挤出反应产物;
步骤三、将双螺杆挤出机中获得的挤出产物加到冷却水槽中进行冷却,之后进入造粒机中进行造粒获得所述母料。
对比例1~2:一种面料的制造工艺,所述面料包括基布层和位于基布层上的防护层,此防护层由母料熔喷加工而成,此母料进一步由以下组分组成,如表2所示:

对比例2的聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:5的重量份混合而成。
对比例的母料制造工艺同实施例。
上述实施例1~4和对比例1~2制得面料性能如表3所示:

注:实施例和对比例的水接触角按照ISO15989:2004的方法检测。
如表3的评价结果所示,本发明实施例相对于对比例,面料水接触角小于30°,提高了防护层的亲水性,从而改善了面料过滤效果,尤其是对细菌和病毒的过滤效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于抗菌面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌面料包括基布层和位于基布层上的防护层,此防护层由母料熔喷加工而成,此母料进一步由以下组分组成:聚丙烯组合物100份、聚氨酯弹性体20~25份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚5~10份、环氧烷烃类化合物3~5份、硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵2~3份、羧甲基纤维素钠1~2份、硬脂酸钙1~2份、抗氧化剂0.1~0.3份;
所述母料通过以下步骤获得:
步骤一、将所述聚丙烯组合物、聚烯烃弹性体、烷基聚氧乙烯醚、烃类化合物、聚氧化丙烯二胺、硬脂基辛基二甲基硫酸甲酯铵、羧甲基纤维素钠、硬脂酸钙和抗氧化剂搅拌混合;所述聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯混合而成;所述聚丙烯组合物由均聚聚丙烯和嵌段共聚丙烯按照10:4~6的重量份混合而成;
步骤二、将得到的混合物加到双螺杆挤出机中双螺杆挤出机内的温度控制为约200~300℃,之后在120~150℃的挤出温度下挤出反应产物;
步骤三、将双螺杆挤出机中获得的挤出产物加到冷却水槽中进行冷却,之后进入造粒机中进行造粒获得所述母料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于抗菌面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为四[甲基-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯,或者,β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八醇酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于抗菌面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)和防护层(2)通过胶粘剂或者热压连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于抗菌面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述均聚聚丙烯在230℃、2.16kg负荷条件下,熔体流动速率为30~100g/10min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于抗菌面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述嵌段共聚丙烯在230℃、2.16kg负荷条件下,熔体流动速率为5~60g/10min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于抗菌面料的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中混合物加到双螺杆挤出机中双螺杆挤出机内的温度控制为约180℃,螺杆转速控制为300转/分钟。
