一种树脂光学材料制造加工工艺,该树脂光学材料制造加工工艺采用一种树脂光学材料制造加工装置配合完成,本发明通过该树脂光学材料制造加工装置将一整块树脂光学材料分割成若干个结构相同且大小相等的树脂镜片,该树脂光学材料制造加工装置包括底支撑板1,底支撑板1呈水平固定于地面,底支撑板1的顶端设有直立固定于底支撑板1顶端的侧支撑肋板2,侧支撑肋板2的顶端设有呈水平固定的顶支撑板3,顶支撑板3的顶端固定安装有电动推杆4,电动推杆4向下伸出有推杆5,推杆5的底端设有长方块状的固定架6,固定架6 直立于侧支撑肋板2的前端面,固定架6的左右两侧开设有贯通的滑孔24,滑孔24内固定安装有螺纹丝杆25,固定架6的前端固定安装有三号电动机26,螺纹丝杆25的其中一端通过轴承穿过固定架6向固定架6的前端伸出,伸出于固定架6前端的螺纹丝杆25顶端与三号电动机26连接;
滑孔24内设有螺母套筒27,螺母套筒27的轴线位置开设有贯通的螺纹孔,螺母套筒27 的螺纹孔通过螺纹配合方式安装于螺纹丝杆25上,螺母套筒27的左右两侧对称固定有刀架 8,两侧刀架8对称设置于固定架6的左右两侧,每一侧刀架8底端均开设有扇形结构的第二让位槽28,对称设置于固定架6左右两侧的刀架8外侧壁对称安装有一号电动机9,一号电动机9的输出轴伸入于第二让位槽28内,伸入于第二让位槽28内的一号电动机9的输出轴顶端安装有圆盘状的切割刀10;
通过一号电动机9驱动固定架6左右两侧的刀架8沿螺纹丝杆25的轴线移动,控制切割刀10呈水平直线切割。
底支撑板1的顶端设置有水平输送的输送带13,输送带13的内圈两端设置有滚筒14固定支撑,两端滚筒14的中部设置有底支撑块22,底支撑块22的顶面为水平面,其中一端滚筒14的前端面固定安装有槽轮15,靠近于槽轮15的底支撑板1顶端固定安装有拨轮17,拨轮17的外圆面设有拨动槽轮15间歇性转动的拨杆18,底支撑块22的左侧固定安装有二号电动机20,二号电动机20的输出轴顶端固定安装有链轮21,链轮21与拨轮17之间通过安装有传送链19传动连接;
输送带13的外壁等间距固定有若干个链板11,相邻两个链板11之间开设有让位槽,每一个链板11的顶端且靠近于链板11顶端的前后两侧对称安装有夹爪23;
其中的,该树脂光学材料制造加工装置在底支撑板1的顶端安装有间歇性转动的输送带 13,输送带13的外壁等间距固定有若干个链板106,每一个链板106的顶端且靠近于链板106 顶端的前后两侧对称安装有夹爪23;树脂镜片通过夹爪23固定在链板106的顶端,通过输送带13的间歇性输送,使树脂镜片在切割刀10的下方等间距间歇性输送,通过在顶支撑板 3的顶端固定安装有电动推杆4,电动推杆4控制固定架6的升降并升降至任意高度均可自锁,使切割刀10向下切割树脂镜片,通过三号电动机驱动刀架8在固定架6的两侧直线滑动,使切割刀10片对树脂镜片进行直线裁剪切割,切割刀10向下降落切割树脂镜片过程中,相邻两个链板106之间开设有让位槽12,通过让位槽12使切割刀10向下切割的深度超过树脂镜片的厚度,便于对树脂镜片进行裁剪切断。
其中的,本发明通过在输送带13的内圈两端滚筒14的中部设置有底支撑块22,通过底支撑块22支撑,使底支撑块22顶端的相邻两个链板106的顶端通过底支撑块22支撑形成同一平面,对树脂镜片的底部进行承托,使切割片切割树脂镜片时,树脂镜片底部有底支撑块 22承托使树脂镜片受力更均匀,避免切割过程中因树脂镜片受力不均产生滑动,提高切割片向下切割时的准确性。
该树脂光学材料制造加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、树脂镜片安装:将待加工的树脂镜片安装在输送带13的顶端链板11上,通过链板 11顶端的夹爪23夹紧固定;
S2、树脂镜片输送:对步骤S1中固定安装在输送带13顶端的树脂镜片,通过槽轮15驱动树脂镜片在切割刀10下方做间 歇性移动,槽轮15每转动一定的角度,树脂镜片在切割刀10下方移动一块链板11的宽度;
S3、树脂镜片裁剪:对步骤S2中间歇性移动至切割刀10下方的树脂镜片进行裁剪,使树脂镜片被裁剪成方形块状;
S4、树脂镜片转移:对步骤S3中裁剪完成的树脂镜片进行转移,通过槽轮15驱动树脂镜片在切割刀10下方做间 歇性移动,裁剪完成的树脂镜片被其中的一块链板11夹紧,通过链板11转移至滚筒14位置,将其拆下,完成对树脂镜片的制造加工。
切割刀10包括平面101、刮削环102、斜边103,切割刀10的两端靠近于外圆边缘对称设有锥形结构的刃厚104,切割刀10的两端中部设有凹陷的圆槽105,两端圆槽105的底面设有多圈环形结构的刮削环102,每一圈刮削环102的外圆面和刮削环102的内圆面对称设有倾斜的斜边103,每一圈刮削环102的顶端面设置有平面端101,刮削环102平面端101与斜边103的顶端交汇处形成有刮削刃。
其中的,本发明通过在圆盘状的切割刀10两端且靠近于外圆边缘对称设有锥形结构的刃厚104,刃厚104为倾斜状的锥形结构,使切割刀10的边缘较薄,切割刀10的中部较厚,提高切割刀10的结构强度,通过切割刀10的边缘对树脂镜片切开一个槽口,便于切割刀10 的中部伸入切开的树脂镜片内,切割刀10两端的中部设有凹陷的圆槽105,圆槽105的底面设有多圈环形结构的刮削环102,通过刮削环102顶端的平面与斜边的顶端交汇处形成有刮削刃,使切割片在树脂镜片切开的槽口内水平移动时,通过刮削刃刮削树脂镜片槽口两侧的毛刺,通过多道等间距的刮削环102对毛刺进行多次刮除,命使树脂镜片切开的槽口两侧更加平整,便于对切割后的树脂镜片两侧切割平整。
夹爪23包括夹爪支撑杆2301、锁紧孔2302、销钉2303、销轴2304、夹紧块2305,夹爪支撑杆2301对称设置于链板11顶端的前后两侧,每一个夹爪支撑杆2301的顶端中部开设有凹槽,夹爪支撑杆2301顶端的凹槽两侧壁对称开设有两个贯通的锁紧孔2302,夹紧块2305为长方块状的四棱板结构,夹紧块2305通过铰接安装于夹爪支撑杆2301顶端的凹槽内,夹紧块2305的中部左右两侧壁对称设有凸起的销轴2304,夹紧块2305两侧壁的销轴2304通过滑动配合方式嵌入于其中一对贯通的锁紧孔2302内,使得夹紧块2305可以转动,夹紧块2305的另一端开设有贯通的圆孔,销钉2303依次穿过锁紧孔2302伸入于夹紧块2305的圆孔内。通过销钉2303插入在锁紧孔2302和夹紧块2305的圆孔内,将夹紧块2305锁紧固定,通过销钉2303从锁紧孔2302和夹紧块2305的圆孔内拔出,使夹紧块2305在夹爪支撑杆2301 可以摆动,便于对树脂镜片进行夹持。
刮削环102的平面101与切割刀10两端面的刃厚104等高,便于刮削环102的刮削刃对树脂镜片槽口两侧的毛刺进行刮削,提高对树脂镜片槽口两侧毛刺的去除性。
链板11设置为长方块状的平板结构,底支撑块22顶端的相邻两个链板11的顶端通过底支撑块22支撑形成同一平面,对树脂镜片的底部进行承托,使切割片切割树脂镜片时,树脂镜片底部有底支撑块22承托使树脂镜片受力更均匀,避免切割过程中因树脂镜片受力不均产生滑动,提高切割片向下切割时的准确性。
工作原理:在使用本发明采用的一种树脂光学材料制造加工装置将一整块树脂光学材料分割成若干个结构相同且大小相等的树脂镜片时,首先,将待加工的树脂镜片安装在输送带 13的顶端链板11上,通过链板11顶端的夹爪23夹紧固定;其次,对固定安装在输送带13 顶端的树脂镜片,通过槽轮15驱动树脂镜片在切割刀10下方做间 歇性移动,槽轮15每转动一定的角度,树脂镜片在切割刀10下方移动一块链板11的宽度;然后,对间歇性移动至切割刀10下方的树脂镜片进行裁剪,使树脂镜片被裁剪成方形块状;最终,对裁剪完成的树脂镜片进行转移,通过槽轮15驱动树脂镜片在切割刀10下方做间 歇性移动,裁剪完成的树脂镜片被其中的一块链板11夹紧,通过链板11转移至滚筒14位置,将其拆下,完成对树脂镜片的制造加工。
另外,本发明切割刀10的切割原理如下:
通过在顶支撑板3的顶端固定安装有电动推杆4,电动推杆4控制固定架6的升降并升降至任意高度均可自锁,使切割刀10向下切割树脂镜片,通过三号电动机26驱动刀架8在固定架6的两侧直线滑动,使切割刀10对树脂镜片进行直线裁剪切割,切割刀10向下降落切割树脂镜片过程中,相邻两个链板106之间开设有让位槽12,通过让位槽12使切割刀10 向下切割的深度超过树脂镜片的厚度,便于对树脂镜片进行裁剪切断。
通过在圆盘状的切割刀10两端且靠近于外圆边缘对称设有锥形的刃厚104,刃厚104为倾斜状的锥形结构,使切割刀10的边缘较薄,切割刀10的中部较厚,提高切割刀10的结构强度,通过切割刀10的边缘对树脂镜片切开一个槽口,便于切割刀10的中部伸入切开的树脂镜片内,切割刀10两端的中部设有凹陷的圆槽105,圆槽105的底面设有多圈环形结构的刮削环102,通过刮削环102顶端的平面与斜边的顶端交汇处形成有刮削刃,使切割片在树脂镜片切开的槽口内水平移动时,通过刮削刃刮削树脂镜片槽口两侧的毛刺,通过多道等间距的刮削环102对毛刺进行多次刮除,命使树脂镜片切开的槽口两侧更加平整,便于对切割后的树脂镜片两侧切割平整。

1.一种树脂光学材料制造加工工艺,该树脂光学材料制造加工工艺采用一种树脂光学材料制造加工装置配合完成,该树脂光学材料制造加工装置包括底支撑板,其特征在于:所述底支撑板的顶端设有直立固定于底支撑板顶端的侧支撑肋板,所述侧支撑肋板的顶端设有呈水平固定的顶支撑板,所述顶支撑板的顶端固定安装有电动推杆,所述电动推杆向下伸出有推杆,所述推杆的底端设有长方块状的固定架,所述固定架直立于侧支撑肋板的前端面,所述固定架的左右两侧开设有贯通的滑孔,所述滑孔内固定安装有螺纹丝杆,所述固定架的前端固定安装有三号电动机,所述螺纹丝杆的其中一端通过轴承穿过固定架向固定架的前端伸出,伸出于固定架前端的所述螺纹丝杆顶端与三号电动机连接;
所述滑孔内设有螺母套筒,所述螺母套筒的轴线位置开设有贯通的
螺纹孔,所述螺母套筒的螺纹孔通过螺纹配合方式安装于螺纹丝杆上,所述螺母套筒的左右两侧对称固定有刀架,两侧所述刀架对称设置于固定架的左右两侧,每一侧所述刀架底端均开设有扇形结构的第二让位槽,对称设置于固定架左右两侧的所述刀架外侧壁对称安装有一号电动机,所述一号电动机的输出轴伸入于第二让位槽内,伸入于第二让位槽内的所述一号电动机的输出轴顶端安装有圆盘状的切割刀;
所述底支撑板的顶端设置有水平输送的输送带,所述输送带的内圈两端设置有滚筒支撑,两端所述滚筒的中部设置有底支撑块,其中一端所述滚筒的前端面固定安装有槽轮,靠近于所述槽轮的底支撑板顶端固定安装有拨轮,所述拨轮的外圆面设有拨动槽轮间歇性转动的拨杆,所述底支撑块的左侧固定安装有二号电动机,所述二号电动机的输出轴顶端固定安装有链轮,所述链轮与拨轮之间通过安装有传送链传动连接;
所述输送带的外壁等间距固定有若干个链板,相邻两个所述链板之间开设有让位槽,每一个所述链板的顶端且靠近于链板顶端的前后两侧对称安装有夹爪;
该树脂光学材料制造加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、树脂镜片安装:将待加工的树脂镜片安装在输送带的顶端链板上,通过链板顶端的夹爪夹紧固定;
S2、树脂镜片输送:对步骤S1中固定安装在输送带顶端的树脂镜片,通过槽轮驱动树脂镜片在切割刀下方做间 歇性移动;
S3、树脂镜片裁剪:对步骤S2中间歇性移动至切割刀下方的树脂镜片进行裁剪,使树脂镜片被裁剪成方形块状;
S4、树脂镜片转移:对步骤S3中裁剪完成的树脂镜片进行转移,通过槽轮驱动树脂镜片在切割刀下方做间 歇性移动,裁剪完成的树脂镜片被其中的一块链板夹紧,通过链板转移至滚筒位置,将其拆下,完成对树脂镜片的制造加工;
所述切割刀包括平面、刮削环、斜边,所述切割刀的两端靠近于外圆边缘对称设有锥形结构的刃厚,所述切割刀的两端中部设有凹陷的圆槽,两端所述圆槽的底面设有多圈环形结构的刮削环,每一圈所述刮削环的外圆面和所述刮削环的内圆面对称设有倾斜的斜边,每一圈所述刮削环的顶端面设置为平面端,所述刮削环的平面端与斜边的顶端交汇处形成有刮削刃;
所述刮削环的平面与切割刀两端面的刃厚等高。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种树脂光学材料制造加工工艺,其特征在于:所述夹爪包括夹爪支撑杆、锁紧孔、销钉、销轴、夹紧块,所述夹爪支撑杆对称设置于链板顶端的前后两侧,每一个所述夹爪支撑杆的顶端中部开设有凹槽,所述夹爪支撑杆顶端的凹槽两侧壁对称开设有两个贯通的锁紧孔,夹紧块为长方块状的四棱板结构,夹紧块的中部左右两侧壁对称设有凸起的销轴,夹紧块两侧壁的销轴通过滑动配合方式嵌入于其中一对贯通的锁紧孔内,所述夹紧块的另一端开设有贯通的圆孔,所述销钉依次穿过锁紧孔伸入于夹紧块的圆孔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种树脂光学材料制造加工工艺,其特征在于:所述链板设置为长方块状的平板结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种树脂光学材料制造加工工艺,其特征在于:所述底支撑块顶端的相邻两个链板的顶端通过底支撑块支撑形成同一平面。
