A device for visually identifying a stack as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the triggering unit comprises at least one triggering sensor (7) for detecting whether the cigarette stack (1) reaches a collecting position, and the triggering sensor (7) is connected with the control unit through a line and is arranged on the conveying unit at a position close to the center of the collecting unit; the trigger sensor (7) sends the collected information of the cigarette stack (1) to the control unit, and the control unit receives the corresponding information and controls the collection unit to operate.

The apparatus for visually identifying a cigarette pack of claim 7, wherein: the triggering unit also comprises at least one in-place sensor (8) for detecting whether the cigarette stack (1) reaches the intercepting part, and the in-place sensor (8) is connected with the control unit through a line and is arranged on the conveying unit at a position close to the front end of the acquisition unit; the in-place sensor (8) sends the collected information of the cigarette stack (1) to the control unit, and the control unit receives the corresponding information and controls the operation of the intercepting unit.

A device for visual identification of a stack according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that: the intercepting unit comprises at least one clamping cylinder (9), and the clamping cylinder (9) is fixedly arranged on the conveying unit at a position close to the front end of the acquisition unit and is connected with the control unit through a line; the clamping cylinder (9) horizontally stretches along the direction vertical to the conveying direction of the cigarette stack (1) to clamp the cigarette stack (1).
10. A device for visual identification of a stack according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that: the conveying unit is a belt conveyor (10).
