Abstract

一种空气分离设备中供应后备产品的系统和方法，以及一种在空气分离设备的正常操作期间，即低温液体泵(2)处于冷备状态时，经低温液体泵(2)加压向用户供应较低压力产品的系统和方法。通过这种系统和方法，可以充分利用后备低温液体泵(2)处于冷备状态时的低速运转，从储罐(1)取出的低温液体产品经低温液体泵(2)加压后产生较低压力产品并输送至用户的产品供应管路(7，8)，从而实现向用户供应较低压力产品的功能。这种系统和方法不但减少了低温液体泵(2)长期处于冷备状态的能量损失，而且避免了由于这一部分低温液体产品被循环送回储罐(1)所产生的低温液体产品的放散率，在保证低温液体泵(2)从冷备状态快速启动的优点的同时，还能满足用户对较高压力产品和较低压力产品的需求。
