一种空分冷箱密封气系统,包括,空分冷箱,其上设空气进气管路、产品氮气管路、密封气进气管路及污氮管路;产品氮气管路上设氮气压缩机,并接入氮气管网;氮气管网上设第一连接管路连接至空分冷箱的密封气进气管路;该连接管路上设第一切换阀、减压阀;高压氮气后备罐,其出口管路连接至一液氮汽化器,液氮汽化器出口管路接减压阀后再连接至氮气管网;污氮管路通过第二连接管路连接至密封气进气管路,第二连接管路上设第二切换阀。本实用新型在空分装置正常运行阶段使用污氮气作为冷箱的密封气,实现了低成本生产;在空分装置停机较短期间内,切换使用纯氮气作为密封气,确保没有水分进入冷箱,保证了冷箱的保温效果,确保空分的稳定运行。

技术领域
本实用新型属于空气分离领域,具体涉及一种空分冷箱密封气系统。
背景技术
空气分离在工业上最常用的方法就是低温分离法。空气中的氧、氮等组分在低温下通过精馏被分离出来。低温设备需要放入一个充满隔热材料的冷箱内进行保冷。为了保证冷箱的保冷效果及安全,冷箱内需要确保干燥无水、无氧。
国内目前采取的措施是使用空分设备的污氮气作为冷箱的密封气通入冷箱,驱赶掉里面的水分及氧气。采用这种方法的优点是成本低,缺点是当空分停机时密封气就没有了,这时空气中的水分就会随空气一起进入冷箱,变成冰。水一旦变成冰,再次通入污氮气很难将其清除。这就会极大地降低冷箱的保温效果,影响空分的正常运行。
国外部分厂家使用来自氮气管网的纯氮气作为冷箱的密封气,这种纯氮气通常由液氮汽化提供后备。这种方法的优点是即使空分停车也能够保证密封气的连续供应。缺点是由于氮气的价值比污氮高,造成空分运行成本的提高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种空分冷箱密封气系统,获得低运行成本、高可靠性的密封气。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种空分冷箱密封气系统,包括,空分冷箱,其上设空气进气管路、产品氮气管路、密封气进气管路及污氮管路;产品氮气管路上设氮气压缩机,并接入氮气管网;其特征在于,还包括,所述的氮气管网上设第一连接管路连接至空分冷箱的密封气进气管路;该连接管路上设第一切换阀、减压阀;高压氮气后备罐,其出口管路连接至一液氮汽化器,液氮汽化器出口管路接减压阀后再连接至氮气管网;所述的污氮管路通过第二连接管路连接至密封气进气管路,第二连接管路上设第二切换阀。
进一步,本实用新型还包括一控制器,所述的第一、第二切换阀、减压阀分别连接该控制器,并由控制器发送控制信号至第一、第二切换阀、减压阀。
本实用新型使空分冷箱的密封气能够根据需要切换使用外来氮气或空分自己生产的污氮气作为密封气。
本实用新型的有益效果
本实用新型在空分装置正常运行阶段使用污氮气作为冷箱的密封气,实现了低成本生产,克服了单纯使用纯氮气的高成本缺陷;同时在空分装置停机较短期间内,切换使用纯氮气作为密封气,确保没有水分进入冷箱,保证了冷箱的保温效果,确保空分的稳定运行。克服了只使用污氮气作为密封气方法的严重缺陷。

参见图1,本实用新型的空分冷箱密封气系统,包括,空分冷箱1,其上设空气进气管路101、产品氮气管路102、102’、密封气进气管路103及污氮管路104;产品氮气管路102上设氮气压缩机2,并接入氮气管网3;所述的氮气管网3上设第一连接管路4连接至空分冷箱1的密封气进气管103路;该第一连接管路4上设第一切换阀5、减压阀6;高压氮气后备罐7,其出口管路连接至一液氮汽化器8,液氮汽化器8出口管路接减压阀9后再连接至氮气管网3;所述的污氮管路104通过第二连接管路10连接至密封气进气管路103,第二连接管路10上设第二切换阀11。
进一步,本实用新型还包括一控制器,所述的第一、第二切换阀、减压阀分别连接该控制器,并由控制器发送控制信号至第一、第二切换阀、减压阀。
本实用新型在空分停机阶段,通过关闭污氮管路上的阀门,打开氮气管网的氮气管路上的阀门,使用来自氮气管网、或有液氮汽化作为其备用的不间断纯氮气作为密封气。对于无氮气管网的工厂,则直接使用高压氮气后备罐的液氮经汽化汽化器汽化后使用。
当空分装置刚开始开机时,依然使用纯氮气作为密封气。等到空分装置运行稳定,污氮气的纯度满足密封气的要求时,打开污氮管路上的阀门,关闭纯氮气管路上的阀门,从而使用污氮气作为冷箱的密封气。

空分冷箱,其上设空气进气管路、产品氮气管路、密封气进气管路及污氮管路;产品氮气管路上设氮气压缩机,并接入氮气管网;其特征在于,还包括,
所述的氮气管网上设第一连接管路连接至空分冷箱的密封气进气管路;该连接管路上设第一切换阀、减压阀;
高压氮气后备罐,其出口管路连接至一液氮汽化器,液氮汽化器出口管路接减压阀后再连接至氮气管网;
所述的污氮管路通过第二连接管路连接至密封气进气管路,第二连接管路上设第二切换阀。
2.如权利要求1所述的空分冷箱密封气系统,其特征在于,还包括一控制器,所述的第一、第二切换阀、减压阀分别连接该控制器,并由控制器发送控制信号至第一、第二切换阀、减压阀。
