The massage instrument is a new generation of health care equipment developed according to physical, bionics, bioelectricity, traditional Chinese medicine and years of clinical practice. The multifunctional acupuncture and moxibustion device has multiple simulation functions, and can ensure that a user can actually realize multiple functions of acupuncture, massage, hammering, cupping, scraping, slimming, immunoregulation, toxin expelling, pressure relieving, blood circulation promoting, joint pain treating and the like. In particular, it has very good therapeutic effects on rheumatism, arthritis, scapulohumeral periarthritis, lumbar muscle strain, neurasthenia, soreness of waist and back, shoulder and neck pain, leg pain, dizziness, headache, fatigue, cervical vertebra pain and other symptoms, so the demand for massage devices is increasing, and the types of massage devices are increasing, such as massage chairs, wearable massage devices, waist massage devices, back massage chairs and the like. In the process of using the massage device, if the use mode is improper, the expected effect is not achieved, and the massage device can seriously hurt the human body, so that how to properly use the massage device is particularly important. The present application describes a wearable massage device as an example.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for adjusting a wearable massager according to a first embodiment of the present invention. Comprising the following steps:
step S11: the wearable massage device establishes a connection with the terminal.
Specifically, the wearable massage instrument is connected with the terminal in a connection mode including one or any combination of Bluetooth network technology, near field communication technology (NFC), ultra wideband technology (UWB), wi-Fi and purple peak network technology (ZigBee). The terminal may be a device such as a cell phone, a computer, a smart watch, etc.
In a specific embodiment, the wearable massager establishes a bluetooth function connection with the terminal, and the connection mode includes: the wearable massage device and the terminal simultaneously start the Bluetooth function, search Bluetooth signals of the terminal through the wearable massage device, and send connection signals to the terminal after searching the Bluetooth signals so as to establish connection. Or searching Bluetooth signals of the wearable massage device through the terminal, and after searching the Bluetooth signals, sending connection signals to the wearable massage device so as to establish connection.
In another embodiment, for example, the wearable massager establishes a WIFI connection with the terminal, and specific ways of establishing the WIFI connection include: the terminal starts a hotspot, the wearable massager starts a WIFI function, the hotspot information of the terminal is searched, and after the hotspot information is searched, connection is established with the terminal. Or the wearable massager starts a hotspot, the terminal starts a WIFI function, the hotspot information of the wearable massager is searched, and after the hotspot information is searched, connection is established with the wearable massager. Or in another embodiment, the wearable massager and the terminal are connected on the same WIFI network.
In this embodiment, the connection between the wearable massager and the terminal is not limited thereto, and other connection modes are also included, so long as information transmission between the wearable massager and the terminal can be achieved, and details are not repeated here.
Step S12: and collecting physiological information of human body.
Specifically, when the wearable massage device is used, the wearable massage device collects relevant information of a human body, for example, blood pressure data of a user is collected through the blood pressure detection device module, body temperature data of the user is detected through the temperature detection device module, heartbeat data of the user is detected through the heartbeat detection device, and heart rate data of the user is detected through the heart rate detection device.
Step S13: and sending the human physiological information to the terminal.
Specifically, the wearable massage device sends the physiological information of the human body to the terminal after collecting the physiological information of the human body of the user.
Step S14: and receiving a control instruction from the terminal, and responding to the control instruction to perform corresponding operation.
Specifically, if the terminal detects that the current human physiological information of the user does not accord with the human physiological information in the preset range, a control instruction is sent to the wearable massage instrument, and the wearable massage instrument receives the control instruction and performs corresponding operation according to the control instruction.
Specifically, if the terminal detects that the current human body physiological information of the user does not reach the human body physiological information within the preset range, a first control instruction is sent to the wearable massage instrument, so that the wearable massage instrument responds to the first control instruction to gradually enhance the current first intensity data and adjust the current first intensity data to second intensity data matched with the first control instruction. Specifically, in order to prevent discomfort caused by the enhancement of the first intensity data to the second intensity data in a short time, referring to fig. 3, the present embodiment employs a stepwise adjustment method when enhancing the first intensity data to the second intensity data. Comprising the following steps:
step S31: and acquiring a preset intensity data increment amplitude value and a first time interval value.
Specifically, a difference between the second intensity data and the first intensity data is obtained, the difference is divided into n equal parts, and an enhanced time interval value is set.
Step S32: and gradually adjusting the first intensity data to the second intensity data according to the preset intensity data increment amplitude value and the first time interval value.
Specifically, a preset intensity data increment amplitude value is added on the basis of the first intensity data in a first time interval value, and two preset intensity data increment amplitude values are added on the basis of the first intensity data in a second time interval value; thereby progressively increasing the first intensity data to the second intensity data.
If the terminal detects that the current human body physiological information of the user exceeds the human body physiological information in the preset range, a second control instruction is sent to the wearable massage instrument, so that the wearable massage instrument responds to the first control instruction to gradually reduce the current first intensity data and adjust the current first intensity data to third intensity data matched with the first control instruction. Specifically, in order to prevent discomfort caused by reducing the first intensity data to the third intensity data in a short time, referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment employs a stepwise adjustment method when reducing the first intensity data to the second intensity data. Comprising the following steps:
step S41: and obtaining a preset intensity data reduction amplitude value and a second time interval value.
Specifically, a difference between the third intensity data and the first intensity data is obtained, the difference is divided into n equal parts, and an enhanced time interval value is set.
Step S42: and gradually adjusting the first intensity data to the third intensity data according to the preset intensity data reduction amplitude value and the second time interval value.
Specifically, when the first time interval value is set, a preset intensity data reduction amplitude value is reduced on the basis of the first intensity data; reducing the two preset intensity data reduction amplitude values on the basis of the first intensity data at the second first time interval value; thereby gradually reducing the first intensity data to the third intensity data.
According to the adjusting method of the wearable massager, the human physiological information is obtained through the wearable massager and is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal compares the human physiological information with human physiological information in a preset range in the information base, and when the comparison result is inconsistent, the terminal feeds back a control instruction to the wearable massager, so that the wearable massager can adjust the current first intensity data to the matched second intensity data or third intensity data. So that the wearable massage device is more properly used. In order to avoid uncomfortable reactions generated by a user in the intensity data adjustment process of the wearable massager, the current intensity data is adjusted in a mode of gradually increasing in a preset time period or gradually decreasing in the preset time period, so that the user obtains better experience.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the adjusting method of the wearable massager of the present invention. Specifically, step S21, step S22 and step S25 are the same as step S11, step S12 and step S14 in the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, except that step S13 further includes:
step S23: and comparing the human physiological information with human physiological information in a preset range.
Specifically, in this embodiment, after the human physiological information of the user is collected, the wearable massage apparatus may further compare the human physiological information with the human physiological information within the preset range, so as to detect whether the blood pressure, the body temperature, the heartbeat, the heart rate, and the like of the user are normal when the current massage apparatus is used. The physiological information of the human body in the preset range is the normal blood pressure, body temperature, heartbeat and heart rate range of the human body, and can be automatically generated by the massager or manually set by a user, and the detailed description is omitted.
The heart beat frequency of the person with heart disease history is different from that of the normal person, so in one embodiment, the human physiological information in the preset range is obtained according to at least one of age, medical history, weight and height of the user.
Comparing the acquired human physiological information with human physiological information in a preset range, if the human physiological information accords with the human physiological information in the preset range, namely the current human physiological information of the user accords with the use intensity of the current massage instrument, the massage instrument is normally used, and the human physiological data of the user is monitored in real time. And if the human physiological information does not accord with the human physiological information in the preset range, the wearable massage instrument sends the human physiological information to the terminal.
Step S24: and if the human physiological information does not accord with the preset range, the wearable massage device sends the human physiological information to the terminal.
Specifically, the current human physiological information of the user does not conform to the human physiological information within the preset range includes: the current human physiological information of the user is larger than the human physiological information in the preset range or smaller than the human physiological information in the preset range.
In an embodiment, if the current human physiological information of the user does not conform to the human physiological information within the preset range, the wearable massage device sends the current human physiological information and the current first intensity data of use of the wearable massage device to the terminal.
Specifically, the first intensity data includes the vibration frequency, the lifting height, the heating temperature, the frequency and intensity of the functions of knocking, rubbing, etc. of the current wearable massager, which are not limited herein.
According to the adjusting method of the wearable massager, the human physiological information is obtained through the wearable massager and compared with the human physiological information in the preset range in the information base, when the comparison result is inconsistent, the human physiological information is sent to the terminal, or the human physiological information and the currently used first intensity data of the wearable massager are sent to the terminal, and a feedback control instruction from the terminal is received, so that the wearable massager can adjust the current first intensity data to the matched second intensity data or third intensity data.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of a fifth embodiment of the method for adjusting a wearable massager of the present invention includes:
step S51: the terminal is connected with the wearable massage device.
Specifically, the terminal is connected with the wearable massage device in a connection manner including, but not limited to, one or any combination of Bluetooth network technology, near field communication technology (NFC), ultra wideband technology (UWB), wi-Fi and purple peak network technology (ZigBee).
In a specific embodiment, the wearable massager establishes a bluetooth function connection with the terminal comprising: the wearable massage device and the terminal simultaneously start the Bluetooth function, search Bluetooth signals of the terminal through the wearable massage device, and send connection signals to the terminal after searching the Bluetooth signals so as to establish connection. Or searching Bluetooth signals of the wearable massage device through the terminal, and after searching the Bluetooth signals, sending connection signals to the wearable massage device so as to establish connection.
In another embodiment, the wearable massager establishes the WIFI connection with the terminal, including the terminal opening a hotspot, the wearable massager opening a WIFI function, searching hotspot information of the terminal, and establishing a connection with the terminal after searching the hotspot information. Or the wearable massager starts a hotspot, the terminal starts a WIFI function, the hotspot information of the wearable massager is searched, and after the hotspot information is searched, connection is established with the wearable massager.
In this embodiment, the connection between the wearable massager and the terminal is not limited thereto, and other connection modes are also included, so long as information transmission between the wearable massager and the terminal can be achieved, and details are not repeated here.
Step S52: human physiological information from the wearable massage device is received, and the human physiological information is compared with human physiological information in a preset range.
Specifically, the human body physiological information from the wearable massager is received, and the human body physiological information comprises blood pressure data of a user collected through a blood pressure detection device module, further comprises body temperature data of the user detected through a temperature detection device module, further comprises heartbeat data of the user detected through a heartbeat detection device, and further comprises heart rate data of the user detected through a heart rate detection device. The human physiological information of the terminal is compared with the human physiological information stored in the terminal within a preset range to detect whether the blood pressure, the body temperature, the heartbeat, the heart rate and the like of the user are normal or not under the use of the current massage instrument. The physiological information of the human body in the preset range is the normal blood pressure, body temperature, heartbeat and heart rate range of the human body, and the physiological information can be automatically generated by the terminal or manually set by a user, and is not repeated here.
Step S23: when the human physiological information does not accord with the human physiological information in the preset range, a control instruction is sent to the wearable massage instrument so that the wearable massage instrument can perform corresponding operation.
In an embodiment, if the terminal compares the current human physiological information of the user to obtain the human physiological information in a range greater than or less than the preset range, the terminal sends a control instruction to the wearable massager so as to control the wearable massager to perform corresponding operation.
Specifically, in an embodiment, when the physiological information of the human body is smaller than the physiological information of the human body within the preset range, the terminal formulates second intensity data matched with the physiological information of the human body according to the received physiological information of the human body, generates a first control instruction according to the second intensity data, and sends the first control instruction to the wearable massager so that the wearable massager can enhance the first intensity data to the second intensity data.
In another embodiment, when the human physiological information is greater than the human physiological information in the preset range, the terminal formulates third intensity data matched with the human physiological information according to the human physiological information, and generates a second control instruction according to the third intensity data; and sending a second control instruction to the wearable massage device so that the wearable massage device reduces the first intensity data to the third intensity data.
Specifically, after receiving the physiological information of the human body, the terminal can evaluate the physiological information of the human body according to big data on the health platform so as to obtain the massage strength suitable for the physiological information of the human body.
