本发明公开了一种SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料,包含以下重量份的组分:SEBS 10~30份、SEPS 10~30份、SIBS 5~8份、马来酸酐接枝的乙烯‑丙烯酸酯的共聚物2~4份、增塑剂40~70份、抗氧剂0.1~1份、发泡剂0.05~5份和发泡助剂0.02~2份。本发明所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料制得的文胸罩杯具有较好的柔韧性和回弹性,可取代常规文胸的罩杯原料,适用于任何杯型,罩杯可以制作成有透气孔或无透气孔均可,使文胸的穿着体验感更强,更健康环保。本发明还公开了所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料的制备方法以及采用该SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料制备而成的SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯。

Description

一种SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子材料,具体涉及一种SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料。
背景技术
SEBS材料无毒无味,是天然的橡胶合成,不会对人体产生过敏、变异及排斥反应,具有回弹性好,气密性好,耐高温,耐老化性能,能使用高温蒸煮和紫外线直接消毒,因此可以作为医疗器械的基础材料或美容材料,如外科手术套、手术衣、输液管、止血带、血液分离器、胶塞等,应用于文胸上罩杯上,能减少化合物合成材料对胸部皮肤的刺激。并且该材料的透水透气性能好,分子小,分子间有气孔,做出来的文胸罩杯能增强胸部与皮肤和氧气的接触,增强吸湿排汗的效果。此外,SEBS材料还可以回收,节省资源。
市场上添加了SEBS材料文胸罩杯中还添加了乳胶成分,容易变形和老化,且回弹性较差,使用寿命期限内容易发生形变,并且材料在制备过程中难以发泡均匀,不均匀的泡孔对回弹性有不良影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供一种SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:一种SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料,包含以下重量份的组分:SEBS 10~30份、SEPS 10~30份、SIBS 5~8份、马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物2~4份、增塑剂40~70份、抗氧剂0.1~1份、发泡剂0.05~5份和发泡促进剂0.02~2份。
SEBS是饱和型苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS),或称氢化SBS,是由特种线型SBS加氢使双键饱和而制得,SBS在催化剂存在下适度定向加氢,则使聚丁二烯链段氢化成聚乙烯(E)和聚丁烯(B)链段,故称为SEBS。苯乙烯-乙烯/丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEPS)是由苯乙烯-异戊二烯聚合物经选择加氢而得的产品。马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物是在引发剂的作用下将马来酸酐接枝到乙烯-丙烯酸酯二元共聚物主链上的接枝共聚物,本发明中优选MAH的重量百分含量为2~4%。
本发明所述脂肪胶文胸罩杯采用SEBS和SEPS作为弹性体,苯乙烯-异戊二烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SIBS)和马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物中含有极性基团,能够增加SEBS和SEPS的相容性和物理交联效应,马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物的加入能够提高熔体强度,使气体在高温下难以从混合物中溢出,以使制得的文胸罩杯内部和表面形成更为均匀的泡孔,从而使制得的文胸罩杯具有更好的回弹性。在本发明特定配比下,制得的文胸罩杯具有较好的柔软性和回弹性,可取代常规文胸的罩杯原料,通过压制或者灌注成型可制成不同形状不同大小的罩杯,适用于任何杯型,罩杯可以制作成有透气孔或无透气孔均可,使文胸的穿着体验感更强,更健康环保。
优选地,所述SEBS和SEPS的重量之比为:SEBS:SEPS=12~18:12~18。两种弹性体以该配比配合时,具有更佳的回弹性能。更优选地,所述SEBS和SEPS的重量之比为:SEBS:SEPS=1:1。两种弹性体以该配比配合时,具有回弹性能最佳。
优选地,所述SEBS和SEPS的重量之和与SIBS的重量之比为:SEBS和SEPS的重量之和:SIBS=30:5~8。弹性体SEBS和SEPS的重量之和与SIBS的重量之比为上述比值时,相容性较好,能充分发挥SIBS在混合物中的作用,提高柔韧性和回弹性。更优选地,所述SEBS和SEPS的重量之和与SIBS的重量之比为:SEBS和SEPS的重量之和:SIBS=5:1。在上述配比时,回弹性和柔韧性可提高至最佳。
优选地,所述SEBS和SEPS的重量之和与马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物的重量之比为:SEBS和SEPS的重量之和:马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物=30:2~4。弹性体SEBS和SEPS的重量之和与马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物采用上述配比时,泡孔的形成更均匀,过低或过高均容易导致泡孔密度小或局部泡孔较大,不利于提高材料的回弹性。更优选地,所述SEBS和SEPS的重量之和与马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物的重量之比为:SEBS和SEPS的重量之和:马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物=10:1。尤其是上述配比时,材料的柔韧性和回弹性能提高效果最好。
优选地,所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料包含以下重量份的组分:SEBS 15份、SEPS15份、SIBS 6份、增塑剂58份、马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物3份、抗氧剂0.5份、发泡剂2份和发泡促进剂0.5份。SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料采用上述配方时柔韧性和回弹性能可达到最佳。
优选地,所述SEBS为线性结构,重均分子量≤100000,所述SEPS的苯乙烯含量为30~40%。SEBS为线性结构时,且分子量在该范围内,材料具有较好的回弹性和柔韧性,SEPS的苯乙烯含量在上述范围内可以使材料具有较好的柔韧性。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010和/或抗氧剂168,所述增塑剂为15#白油和/或26#白油。
优选地,所述发泡剂为对甲苯磺酰肼;所述发泡助剂为氧化锌和/或硬脂酸锌。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种上述所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将SEBS、SEPS、SIBS和马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物、增塑剂、抗氧剂和发泡助剂在105~140℃下混合均匀;
(2)将发泡剂加入步骤(1)所得混合物中,在110~120℃下熔融挤出,即得所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种采用上述所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料制备而成的所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料,本发明所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料制得的文胸罩杯具有较好的柔软性和回弹性,可取代常规文胸的罩杯原料,适用于任何杯型,罩杯可以制作成有透气孔或无透气孔均可,使文胸的穿着体验感更强,更健康环保。本发明还提供了所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料的制备方法以及采用该SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料制备而成的SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例和对比例中,各原料均购自市场,其中,SEBS购自巴陵石化有限公司YH501;SEPS巴陵石化有限公司YH4010;SIBS购自美国科腾D1173;马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯购自法国阿科玛EMA 5500。
为更好地说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~15和对比例1~3
实施例1~15和对比例1~3所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料的配方见表1~2。
实施例1~15和对比例1~3所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将SEBS、SEPS、SIBS和马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物、增塑剂、抗氧剂和发泡助剂在105~140℃下混合均匀;
(2)将发泡剂加入步骤(1)所得混合物中,在110~120℃下熔融挤出,即得所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料。

测试实施例1~15和对比例1~3所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料的冲击回弹率和断裂伸长率,其中,冲击回弹率按照GB/T 1681-2009测试,断裂伸长率按照ISO/DIS13934.1-94测试,测试结果见表3。

从表3的结果可以看出,本发明所述SEBS脂肪胶文胸罩杯材料均具有较好的回弹性能和柔韧性,添加了SEPS、SIBS和马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物的材料具有更高的冲击回弹率和断裂伸长率,尤其是SEBS和SEPS的重量之比为:SEBS:SEPS=12~18:12~18时具有更高的冲击回弹率和断裂伸长率,尤其是SEBS和SEPS的重量之比为1:1时回弹性能和柔韧性表现为最佳。弹性体SEBS和SEPS的重量之和与SIBS的重量之比为:SEBS和SEPS的重量之和:SIBS=30:5~8时,具有更高的冲击回弹率和断裂伸长率,尤其是弹性体SEBS和SEPS的重量之和与SIBS的重量之比为5:1时,回弹性和柔韧性的提升程度最高。SEBS和SEPS的重量之和与马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物的重量之比为:SEBS和SEPS的重量之和:马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物=30:2~4时,具有更高的冲击回弹率和断裂伸长率,尤其是弹性体SEBS和SEPS的重量之和与马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物的重量之比为10:1时,马来酸酐接枝的乙烯-丙烯酸酯的共聚物对材料的回弹性和柔韧性的提升程度最高。各组分以实施例1的配比添加时,冲击回弹率和断裂伸长率表现为最高。
