Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agriculture, relates to a plant planting nutrient solution, and particularly relates to a nutrient solution for improving the survival rate of haloxylon ammodendron trees in arid regions and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The annual rainfall capacity of China is below 150 mm in the area of about 100 million square kilometers, the wide area is not only vulnerable and bad in own ecological environment, but also brings extreme climate and sand storm environmental influences to other areas. In order to improve the ecological environment of the desert regions, the government also invests huge resources to plant the haloxylon ammodendron for many years, but because of drought climate, barren land and salinization, the survival rate is extremely low (only about 20 percent under the condition of watering 6 times per year), the effect is very little, the huge investment waste of the country is caused, the enthusiasm of people for afforestation is not high, the afforestation is in the situation of twice the effort, and the ecological environment is very difficult to control. Water resources are extremely short in the arid area in the north, and how to effectively save water and fertilizer and improve the planting survival rate of the haloxylon ammodendron trees becomes a difficult problem to be solved urgently for improving the ecological environment and greening the soil in the arid area in the north.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the nutrient solution for improving the survival rate of the haloxylon ammodendron in the arid area and the preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of nutrient solution for improving the survival rate of haloxylon ammodendron in arid areas comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a culture medium: mixing brown sugar and well water at a ratio of 1:3, heating to 100 deg.C, dissolving brown sugar completely, filtering to remove impurities, and cooling to 30 deg.C;
(2) fermenting strains: adding EM strain, actinomycetes, bacillus subtilis and trichoderma harzianum, fully stirring with polyglutamic acid and urea uniformly, sealing in a fermentation tank after no obvious particulate matters exist, and keeping the environmental temperature of the fermentation tank between 25 and 35 ℃; fermenting for 5-7 days, and culturing to obtain nutrient medium solution;
(3) mixing to obtain a finished product: diluting the fermented nutrient base solution with well water, and finally mixing the nutrient base solution with ferrous sulfate, farmer trace element water-soluble fertilizer, fulvic acid A and bio-organic fertilizer to obtain the nutrient solution.
Further, in the step (2), the ratio of the EM strain to the actinomycetes to the bacillus subtilis to the trichoderma harzianum is 200:1:1: 1.
Further, in the step (2), the ratio of the polyglutamic acid to the urea is 1: 1.
Further, in the step (3), the nutrient base solution is diluted by well water according to the proportion of 1: 600.
Further, in the step (3), the ratio of the nutrient base solution, the ferrous sulfate, the farmer trace element water-soluble fertilizer, the fulvic acid A and the biological organic fertilizer is 1: 0.0001: 0.002:0.001: 0.01.
further, in the step (1) or (3), the well water can be replaced by tap water which is left standing for 24 hours.
The nutrient solution prepared by the preparation method acts on the roots of the haloxylon ammodendron and soil near the roots, and enhances the moisture and nutrient absorption capacity and stress resistance of the haloxylon ammodendron by strengthening the growth and propagation of endophytic mycorrhizal fungi and exogenously mycorrhizal fungi, enlarging the growth range of the roots, enlarging the absorption area of the trees, accelerating the transportation rate of nutrient moisture, secreting and activating and the like; meanwhile, the flora effectively improves the soil structure, changes the pH value of rhizosphere soil, activates refractory phosphate, improves the absorption and utilization of ammoniacal nitrogen, activates elements such as potassium, boron, magnesium, calcium, iron and the like to become absorbable elements, further plays the roles of guaranteeing nutrition and keeping moisture on the whole tree, protects plant cells through microorganisms, nourishes and interferes, controls the respiration and photosynthesis of the plant cells, enables the growth of the haloxylon to actively adapt to the natural environment, and enables the tree to normally grow under severe natural conditions. Under the condition of adopting the traditional method for planting the haloxylon ammodendron trees, one third of watering amount is reduced, 6 times of annual watering is reduced to about 3 times, and the survival rate of the haloxylon ammodendron trees is improved by using nutrient solution. If roots are irrigated continuously every year, the inoculated minced pork can improve the yield and the quality.
The nutrient solution is simple to use, 5-6 months per year, the average ground temperature is more than 10 ℃, and the root of the haloxylon ammodendron planted in the current year and the root of the haloxylon ammodendron planted in the last year are irrigated once and are irrigated for 2 years continuously.
Has the advantages that: the nutrient solution prepared by the invention greatly reduces the cost and the labor intensity and saves a large amount of water resources. Under the condition of reducing the watering amount by one third or half, the survival rate of the haloxylon ammodendron trees in the northern arid area is improved, the speed of greening the soil in the northern arid area can be greatly improved, the greening cost is effectively reduced, and the desert greening is realized.
