本发明涉及彩钢板技术领域,尤其涉及一种防水秸秆彩钢板及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
彩钢夹芯板是当前建筑材料中常见的一种产品,不仅能够很好的阻燃隔音而且环保高效。彩钢夹芯板由上下两层金属面板和中层高分子隔热内芯压制而成。具有安装简便,质量轻环保高效的特点。而且填充系统使用的闭泡分子结构,可以杜绝水汽的凝结。
彩钢夹芯板产品是由两层成型金属面板(或其他材料面板)和直接在面板中间发泡、熟化成型的高分子隔热内芯组成。这些夹芯板成品便于安装、轻质、高效。填充系统使用的也是闭泡分子结构,可以杜绝水汽的凝结。夹芯板外形美观,色泽艳丽,整体效果好,它集承重,保温,防火,防水于一体,且无需二次装修,安装快捷方便,施工周期短,综合效益好,是一种用途广泛,极具潜力的高效环保建材。
岩棉板(Stone wool board)又称岩棉保温装饰板,是以玄武岩为主要原材料,经高温熔融加工而成的无机纤维板,1981年6月量试成功岩棉板是一种新型的保温、隔燃、吸声材料。
岩棉板是经过高温融熔加工成的人工无机纤维,具有质量轻、导热系数小、吸热、不燃的特点,初始研制在建筑中是常见的应用类型多用于工业建筑应符合《建筑绝热材料的应用类型和基本要求》的规定。
但是现有岩棉板生产时对工人影响大,且岩棉板强度低,力学性能差,现有技术显得略有不足。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中彩钢板存在的耐水性差、力学性能差、阻燃性差等技术问题,本发明提供一种防水秸秆彩钢板及其制备方法及应用。

作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述秸秆为稻草秸秆或麦秸秆,秸秆的含水率为6-11%,稻草秸秆或麦秸秆经筛洗除杂、防虫抗菌液喷淋、烘干和脱水三道工序制成;所述防虫抗菌液由艾叶油20份、洋甘菊30份、大青叶20份、金银花10份、樟脑油20份混合煎煮而成,煎煮时加入总质量8-10倍的水,煎煮时间为30-50min;煎煮后的溶液晾凉后加入80倍质量的纯净水,混合均匀后即可喷淋使用。

3.根据权利要求1所述的防水秸秆彩钢板,其特征在于:所述秸秆为稻草秸秆或麦秸秆,秸秆的含水率为6-11%,稻草秸秆或麦秸秆经筛洗除杂、防虫抗菌液喷淋、烘干和脱水三道工序制成;所述防虫抗菌液由艾叶油20份、洋甘菊30份、大青叶20份、金银花10份、樟脑油20份混合煎煮而成,煎煮时加入总质量8-10倍的水,煎煮时间为30-50min;煎煮后的溶液晾凉后加入80倍质量的纯净水,混合均匀后即可喷淋使用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水秸秆彩钢板,其特征在于:所述深冲薄钢板采用不锈钢板或热镀锌板,所述深冲薄钢板均经过脱脂工序、水洗工序和钝化工序。
5.根据权利要求2所述防水秸秆彩钢板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述前热压装置的热压温度为195-205℃,热压时间为60-90s,后热压装置的热压温度为160-170℃,热压时间为50-60s。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防水秸秆彩钢板,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂采用纳米氯化锡或纳米氯化锌。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防水秸秆彩钢板,其特征在于:所述双组份豆粕蛋白基胶黏剂的原料按质量份数配比为:大豆豆粕粉20~30份、复合改性溶液30~100份,复合改性溶液为水、草酸、硫酸、氢氧化钠、磷酸、盐酸、柠檬酸、硼酸、尿素、酰胺类聚合物、马来酸酐、聚乙烯亚胺中的任意几种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防水秸秆彩钢板,其特征在于:所述固化剂采用甲基苯磺酸和/或磷酸。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防水秸秆彩钢板,其特征在于:所述保护漆层的原料按质量份数配比为:丙烯酸酯100份、HDDA11-15份、甲基丙烯酸酯0.1-0.5份、海泡石粉2-3份、气相二氧化硅2-3份、凹凸棒土2-3份、成膜助剂30-50份、防冻剂6-10份、羟乙基纤维素5-15份、改性高岭土0.5-1份、半水石膏10-20份;先将丙烯酸酯100份、HDDA11-15份、甲基丙烯酸酯0.1-0.5份、海泡石粉2-3份、气相二氧化硅2-3份、凹凸棒土2-3份、改性高岭土0.5-1份、半水石膏10-20份投入分散机中,分散30-50min,分散速度为1200-1800r/min,投入羟乙基纤维素5-15份,分散15-35min,分散速度为1800-2000r/min,然后调整分散速度为800-1000r/min,加入成膜助剂30-50份、防冻剂6-10份,分散40-50min制得保护漆,所述的改性高岭土的制备方法如下:将高岭土置于 680-720℃下煅烧3-5h,冷却至常温后置于浓度为 10-15%的盐酸溶液中,水浴加热至70-80℃,保温 30-40min,过滤,用蒸馏水将滤渣洗涤至中性,烘干,然后加入相当于高岭土重量6-10% 的海泡石粉、4-6%的蛭石粉、3-5%的石棉粉、2-4%的木质素磺酸钙和0.5-1%的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,高速研磨20-30min;最后加入相当于高岭土重量10-15%的硅溶胶、3-5%的三聚磷酸钠和5-10%的草木灰,高速搅拌10-15min,烘干,960-1120℃下煅烧1-2h,冷却至常温,粉碎过筛即可。
