本发明公开了一种转动件的生产工艺,依次包括以下步骤:MIM喂料、注射成型、脱脂、烧结、热处理、整形、磁力研磨、取料等,完成了转动件的生产。本发明具有精度高,耐磨度高,不易变形磨损,成本低,产能高,稳定性好等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于转动件生产技术领域,具体涉及一种转动件的生产工艺。
背景技术
当前市场上的转动件,如手机上的转动件属于消费类电子配件,需求旺盛且设计越来越复杂,对产品要求高精度,高耐磨度,为了防止变形,对强度也有较高要求。如果采用塑胶注射工艺可以成型这种复杂的结构,但是塑胶强度不够,易变形易碰损,用传统的PM、压铸等五金工艺制作,成本高,产能低,稳定性差,不能满足手机转动件的要求。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种精度高,耐磨度高,不易变形磨损,成本低,产能高,稳定性好的一种转动件的生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种转动件的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、MIM喂料:选取符合MIM要求生产转动件的金属材料粉末和粘结剂放进造粒机进行造粒,得到用于注射的颗粒状MIM喂料,造粒机的转速范围为20r~30r/min,造粒机的造粒温度范围为180℃~200℃,混炼时间范围为2H~4H;
S2、注射成型:将步骤S1中的颗粒状的MIM喂料放入注射机内的注射模具内利用注射机进行胚料注射,得到转动件工件;
S3、脱脂:将转动件工件放入脱脂炉腔内并向脱脂炉腔内通入硝酸进行脱脂,脱脂炉腔内的温度范围为115℃~125℃,通入硝酸的质量范围为3g/min~4.5g/min,脱脂的时间为115min~125min;
S4、烧结:将完成脱脂的转动件工件放入烧结炉内进行烧结,烧结的温度范围为850℃~1285℃;
S5、热处理:将完成烧结的转动件工件放入真空热处理炉内加热至470℃,加热时间为100min,然后将转动件工件在真空热处理炉内保温,保温的温度范围为460℃~470℃,保温的时间范围为290min~310min,保温完成后,向真空热处理炉内充入保护气体,且以7℃/min的速度将真空热处理炉内的转动件冷却至60℃;
S6、整形:将热处理完毕变形的转动件工件进行矫正;
S7、磁力研磨:将整形完毕的转动件工件放入磁力研磨机内进行磁力研磨;
S8、取料:将完成磁力研磨的转动件工件从磁力研磨机内取出。
所述步骤S3中脱脂炉腔内的温度为120℃,脱脂的时间为120min。
所述步骤S5中保温的温度为465℃,保温的时间为300min,保护气体为氩气。
采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明将生产转动件的的金属材料粉末和粘结剂放进造粒机进行造粒,在经过注射机注射成型,接着经脱脂、烧结、热处理、整形及磁力研磨等步骤,最终得到转动件工件,与现有技术中利用传统的PM、压铸等五金工艺制作成型相比,本发明采用MIN喂料,然后注射成型的方式,成本低,产能高,稳定性好,且本发明与现有技术中采用塑胶注射工艺成型的方式相比,强度高,精度高,耐磨性能好,不易变形磨损;
(2)本发明将转动件生产成型后放入磁力研磨机内进行磁力研磨,可以适用于产品终端使用;
综上所述,本发明具有精度高,耐磨度高,不易变形磨损,成本低,产能高,稳定性好等优点。

基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的一种转动件的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、MIM喂料:选取符合MIM要求生产转动件的金属材料粉末和粘结剂放进造粒机进行造粒,其中金属材料粉末的重量份为配比为85份,粘结剂的重量份配比为15份,得到用于注射的颗粒状MIM喂料,造粒机的转速范围为20r~30r/min,造粒机的造粒温度范围为180℃~200℃,混炼时间范围为2H~4H,混合好的料在造粒机内经过两次片状及两次棒状的挤压制粒,得到的MIM喂料均匀,密实;
S2、注射成型:将步骤S1中的颗粒状的MIM喂料放入注射机内的注射模具内利用注射机(如120吨的海天注射机,见下表为本发明利用海天注射机注射成型时的具体参数)进行胚料注射,得到转动件工件,在使用时,将MIM喂料倒入注射机料斗,MIM喂料在注射机的螺杆送料区加热至200℃左右恒定温度,然后注射机的螺杆以120MPa注射压力,注射进注射模具的型腔内,浇注时间为0.2s,然后MIM喂料在注射模具型腔中冷却形成胚料;

S3、脱脂:将转动件工件放入脱脂炉腔内并向脱脂炉腔内通入硝酸进行脱脂,脱脂炉腔内的温度范围为115℃~125℃,通入硝酸的质量范围为3g/min~4.5g/min,脱脂的时间为115min~125min,脱脂炉腔内的温度优选为120℃,脱脂的时间优选为120min在对转动件工件脱脂前和脱脂后还包括对转动件的前冲洗段和后冲洗段具体如下表;

S4、烧结:将完成脱脂的转动件工件放入烧结炉内进行烧结,烧结的温度范围为850℃~1285℃;
S5、热处理:将完成烧结的转动件工件放入真空热处理炉内加热至470℃,加热时间为100min,然后将转动件工件在真空热处理炉内保温,保温的温度范围为460℃~470℃,优选为465℃,保温的时间范围为290min~310min,优选为300min,保温完成后,向真空热处理炉内充入保护气体,保护气体优选氩气,且以7℃/min的速度将真空热处理炉内的转动件冷却至60℃,对金属机械性能,内应力的释放及切削加工性能有较好的改良;
S6、整形:将热处理完毕变形的转动件工件进行矫正;
S7、磁力研磨:将整形完毕的转动件工件放入磁力研磨机内进行磁力研磨;
S8、取料:将完成磁力研磨的转动件工件从磁力研磨机内取出。

Claims (3)

1.一种转动件的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、MIM喂料:选取符合MIM要求生产转动件的金属材料粉末和粘结剂放进造粒机进行造粒,得到用于注射的颗粒状MIM喂料,造粒机的转速范围为20r~30r/min,造粒机的造粒温度范围为180℃~200℃,混炼时间范围为2H~4H;
S2、注射成型:将步骤S1中的颗粒状的MIM喂料放入注射机内的注射模具内利用注射机进行胚料注射,得到转动件工件;
S3、脱脂:将转动件工件放入脱脂炉腔内并向脱脂炉腔内通入硝酸进行脱脂,脱脂炉腔内的温度范围为115℃~125℃,通入硝酸的质量范围为3g/min~4.5g/min,脱脂的时间为115min~125min;
S4、烧结:将完成脱脂的转动件工件放入烧结炉内进行烧结,烧结的温度范围为850℃~1285℃;
S5、热处理:将完成烧结的转动件工件放入真空热处理炉内加热至470℃,加热时间为100min,然后将转动件工件在真空热处理炉内保温,保温的温度范围为460℃~470℃,保温的时间范围为290min~310min,保温完成后,向真空热处理炉内充入保护气体,且以7℃/min的速度将真空热处理炉内的转动件冷却至60℃;
S6、整形:将热处理完毕变形的转动件工件进行矫正;
S7、磁力研磨:将整形完毕的转动件工件放入磁力研磨机内进行磁力研磨;
S8、取料:将完成磁力研磨的转动件工件从磁力研磨机内取出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种转动件的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中脱脂炉腔内的温度为120℃,脱脂的时间为120min。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种转动件的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中保温的温度为465℃,保温的时间为300min,保护气体为氩气。
