Abstract
本发明公开了一种硫化氢清洗除臭剂,所述清洗除臭剂包括下述原料:分散剂、螯合剂、有机缓蚀剂、脱硫剂、清洗剂、乳化剂和水。本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂可有效清除硫化氢、氨氮、硫醇、有机胺等污染物,能有效防止硫化亚铁自燃,具有良好的除油效果,轻油乳化能力大于50g/l,解决了一般硫化亚铁清洗钝化剂不能除油垢的难题,本发明所述清洗除臭剂具有良好的除臭钝化效果,可避免对需清洗装置和环境的破坏。所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂不含铬、锰等重金属元素,不存在杀生性物质,在清洗过程对环境不会造成污染,排出的清洗废液不会杀灭或抑制污水处理单元活性菌的活性,且对活性污泥安全,易于降解对环境无污染。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及石油化工技术领域,具体涉及一种高效、环保、无毒、清洗效果好且对装备和环境无损害的硫化氢清洗除臭剂及其制备、使用方法。
背景技术
炼油装置长周期运行后,在塔、换热器、容器、管线等设备的表面会沉积大量油泥、油浆、渣油、催化剂粉尘及FeS、H2S等有毒有害有味物质,在装置停工吹扫及检修打开设备时会散发出恶臭,有时会发生硫化亚铁自燃,即污垢的存在不仅容易引发安全事故和设备事故,给以后的生产和现场安全施工留下隐患,因此应定期对装置进行清洗。
硫化氢是具有臭鸡蛋气味的气体,低浓度时,它能引起眼炎、眼部分泌物增多,角膜混浊畏光,易发生支气管炎、咳嗽甚至咽部水肿;如长期吸硫化氢会导致人体质变弱、抵抗力下降,易发生肠炎、心脏衰弱、神经紊乱、多发性神经炎症等,目前对单台设备清洗应用较多,但关于系统清洗的研究报道比较少;常用的炼油装置清洗方法为蒸汽吹扫法,蒸汽吹扫法费用低,对设备无腐蚀作用,但是清洗时间较长效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高效、环保、无毒、清洗效果好且对装备和环境无损害的硫化氢清洗除臭剂及其制备、使用方法。
一种硫化氢清洗除臭剂,包括分散剂、螯合剂、有机缓蚀剂、脱硫剂、清洗剂、乳化剂和水,其中分散剂的重量百分比为5%-10%、螯合剂的重量百分比为10%-15%、有机缓蚀剂的重量百分比为10%-15%、脱硫剂的重量百分比为20%-25%、清洗剂的重量百分比为10%-15%、乳化剂的重量百分比为5%-10%、余量为水。
优选地,分散剂的重量百分比为6%-8%、螯合剂的重量百分比为12%-14%、有机缓蚀剂的重量百分比为12%-14%、脱硫剂的重量百分比为22%-24%、清洗剂的重量百分比为12%-14%、乳化剂的重量百分比为6%-8%、余量为水。
优选地,分散剂的重量百分比为7%、螯合剂的重量百分比为13%、有机缓蚀剂的重量百分比为13%、脱硫剂的重量百分比为23%、清洗剂的重量百分比为13%、乳化剂的重量百分比为7%、余量为水。
本发明所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂所含各原料可与硫化氢、硫化亚铁、氨氮、硫醇、有机胺等污染物发生中和、鳌合、络合等反应,达到清除污染、恶臭、清除硫化亚铁,且不会腐蚀设备,起到保护环境及设备、人身安全的效果。
优选地,所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠的至少一种。
优选地,所述螯合剂为柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸的至少一种。
优选地,所述有机缓蚀剂为羟基乙叉二磷酸HEDP、膦酸的至少一种。
优选地,所述脱硫剂为碳酸钠、N-甲基二乙醇胺的至少一种;所述清洗剂为乙醇胺、工业酒精、片碱的至少一种;所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸钾皂的至少一种。
分散剂具有较好的分散性和优异的高温稳定性。其作用是使用润湿分散剂减少完成分散过程所需要的时间和能量,稳定所分散的颜料分散体,改性颜料粒子表面性质,调整颜料粒子的运动性,具体体现在以下几个方面:缩短分散时间,提高光泽,提高着色力和遮盖力,改善展色性和调色性,防止浮色发花,防止絮凝,防止沉降。
螯合剂又称螯合配体、螯合集团或多齿配体,配体中有两个或两个以上配位原子,且同时与一个中心原子形成螯合环。在化学工业和工业生产过程中,加入螯合剂使金属离子生成性质完全不同的螯合物,是降低和控制金属离子浓度的主要方法。
有机缓蚀剂,缓蚀剂是常见的保护金属材料不被腐蚀的产品,按照化学成分划分,缓蚀剂主要有效成分为有机物,因此称之为有机缓蚀剂。
脱硫剂一般指脱除燃料、原料或其他物料中的游离硫或硫化合物的药剂。
清洗剂由表面活性剂和各种助剂、辅助剂配制成的,在洗涤物体表面上的污垢时,能降低水溶液的表面张力,提高去污效果的物质。
所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的制备方法为:按上述重量百分比称取各原料混合搅拌均匀,得所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂。
所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用水稀释所述除臭剂,得清洗液;
(2)在需被清洗的炼油装置上连接临时管路,使其成为循环体系;按照需清洗装置的原物料运转流程将清洗液依次运送到各个反应装置对炼油装置进行清洗,待清洗完毕,拆除临时管路,排出清洗液。
将清洗液注入待清洗装置,按照需清洗装置的原物料运转流程对装置设备进行清洗,待流转完毕,收集由装置出料口流出的清洗液,在循环泵的作用下,将收集所得清洗液再次注入待清洗装置,对需清洗装置进行循环清洗。
因循环清洗后的清洗液不含有锰、铬等重金属离子,不含有杀生性物质,且无毒无害,此外本发明所述除臭剂易于生物降解,待使用后可直接排放,对环境不会造成污染。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所用水的量与所述除臭剂的重量比为10-12:1;步骤(2)中,清洗液在炼油装置中循环清洗的时间为8-12h。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂,可有效清除硫化氢、氨氮、硫醇、有机胺等污染物,能有效防止硫化亚铁自燃,具有良好的除油效果,轻油乳化能力大于50g/l,解决了一般硫化亚铁清洗钝化剂不能除油垢的难题,本发明所述清洗除臭剂具有良好的除臭钝化效果,可避免对需清洗装置和环境的破坏。
本发明所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂不含铬、锰等重金属元素,不存在杀生性物质,在清洗过程对环境不会造成污染,排出的清洗废液不会杀灭或抑制污水处理单元活性菌的活性,且对活性污泥安全,易于降解对环境无污染。
本发明所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的使用较安全。使用所述清洗除臭剂清洗施工过程中不产生有毒有害物质,不会发生暴沸或突沸现象;对设备的腐蚀率较低,使用时对碳钢设备腐蚀率小于2.0g/m2·h,对不锈钢设备腐蚀率小于1.0g/m2·h。
本发明所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂使用较方便,在使用时,无需改动待清洗装置的工艺流程,便可实现对整个装置设备的清洗,且集清洗钝化一体,减少了清洗液的使用量、缩短了清洗时间、保证了检修时间统筹。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
实施例1
一种硫化氢清洗除臭剂,包括分散剂、螯合剂、有机缓蚀剂、脱硫剂、清洗剂、乳化剂和水,其中分散剂的重量百分比为5%、螯合剂的重量百分比为10%、有机缓蚀剂的重量百分比为10%、脱硫剂的重量百分比为20%、清洗剂的重量百分比为10%、乳化剂的重量百分比为5%、余量为水。
所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的制备方法为:按上述重量百分比称取各原料混合搅拌均匀,得所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂。
所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用水稀释所述除臭剂得清洗液,所用水的量与所述除臭剂的重量比为:10:1;
(2)在需被清洗的炼油装置上连接临时管路,使其成为循环体系;按照需清洗装置的原物料运转流程将清洗液依次运送到各个反应装置对炼油装置清洗8h,待清洗完毕,拆除临时管路,排出清洗液。
实施例2
一种硫化氢清洗除臭剂,包括分散剂、螯合剂、有机缓蚀剂、脱硫剂、清洗剂、乳化剂和水,其中分散剂的重量百分比为6%、螯合剂的重量百分比为12%、有机缓蚀剂的重量百分比为12%、脱硫剂的重量百分比为22%、清洗剂的重量百分比为12%、乳化剂的重量百分比为6%、余量为水;
本实施例中,所用分散剂为六偏磷酸钠;所用螯合剂为柠檬酸;所用有机缓蚀剂为羟基乙叉二磷酸HEDP;所用脱硫剂为碳酸钠;所用清洗剂为乙醇胺;所用乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的制备方法为:按上述重量百分比称取各原料混合搅拌均匀,得所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂。
所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用水稀释所述除臭剂得清洗液,所用水的量与所述除臭剂的重量比为:11:1;
(2)在需被清洗的炼油装置上连接临时管路,使其成为循环体系;按照需清洗装置的原物料运转流程将清洗液依次运送到各个反应装置对炼油装置清洗9h,待清洗完毕,拆除临时管路,排出清洗液。
实施例3
一种硫化氢清洗除臭剂,包括分散剂、螯合剂、有机缓蚀剂、脱硫剂、清洗剂、乳化剂和水,其中分散剂的重量百分比为8%、螯合剂的重量百分比为14%、有机缓蚀剂的重量百分比为14%、脱硫剂的重量百分比为24%、清洗剂的重量百分比为14%、乳化剂的重量百分比为8%、余量为水;
本实施例中,所用分散剂为焦磷酸钠;所用螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸;所用有机缓蚀剂为膦酸;所用脱硫剂为N-甲基二乙醇胺;所用清洗剂为工业酒精、;所用乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的制备方法为:按上述重量百分比称取各原料混合搅拌均匀,得所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂。
所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用水稀释所述除臭剂得清洗液,所用水的量与所述除臭剂的重量比为:10:1;
(2)在需被清洗的炼油装置上连接临时管路,使其成为循环体系;按照需清洗装置的原物料运转流程将清洗液依次运送到各个反应装置对炼油装置清洗10h,待清洗完毕,拆除临时管路,排出清洗液。
实施例4
一种硫化氢清洗除臭剂,包括分散剂、螯合剂、有机缓蚀剂、脱硫剂、清洗剂、乳化剂和水,其中分散剂的重量百分比为10%、螯合剂的重量百分比为15%、有机缓蚀剂的重量百分比为15%、脱硫剂的重量百分比为25%、清洗剂的重量百分比为15%、乳化剂的重量百分比为10%、余量为水;
本实施例中,所用分散剂为三聚磷酸钠;所用螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸;所用有机缓蚀剂为羟基乙叉二磷酸HEDP;所用脱硫剂为N-甲基二乙醇胺;所用清洗剂为片碱;所用乳化剂为脂肪酸钾皂。
所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的制备方法为:按上述重量百分比称取各原料混合搅拌均匀,得所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂。
所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用水稀释所述除臭剂得清洗液,所用水的量与所述除臭剂的重量比为:12:1;
(2)在需被清洗的炼油装置上连接临时管路,使其成为循环体系;按照需清洗装置的原物料运转流程将清洗液依次运送到各个反应装置对炼油装置清洗12h,待清洗完毕,拆除临时管路,排出清洗液。
对比例1
对比例1所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂,所用螯合剂的重量百分比为8%,其余原料、重量份及制备和使用方法均与实施例2相同。
对比例2
对比例2所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂,所用螯合剂的重量百分比为18%,其余原料、重量份及制备和使用方法均与实施例2相同。
对比例3
对比例3所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂,所用分散剂的重量百分比为3%,其余原料、重量份及制备和使用方法均与实施例2相同。
本发明所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的技术指标如表1所示:

本发明所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂符合国家标准和行业标准的要求。
本发明所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的清洗效果研究:
检测方法:在污染程度相当需被清洗的6台设备中补充一定量的水,再把该除臭剂加入到被清洗设备中,根据设备内硫化氢、硫化亚铁和氨氮的量使其浓度维持在5%~10%,用外部清洗泵或设备本身动力使清洗液循环运行,8~12小时后停止清洗,将清洗液排放到污水井中,用水清洗。
检测方法参见:GBT-16489-1996-水质-硫化物的测定-亚甲基蓝分光光度法;HJ535-2009氨氮的测定-纳氏试剂分光光度法

从表2可以看出,本申请实施例1-4所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的清洗效果优于对比例1-3所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的清洗效果。

Claims (10)
1.一种硫化氢清洗除臭剂,其特征在于,包括分散剂、螯合剂、有机缓蚀剂、脱硫剂、清洗剂、乳化剂和水,其中分散剂的重量百分比为5%-10%、螯合剂的重量百分比为10%-15%、有机缓蚀剂的重量百分比为10%-15%、脱硫剂的重量百分比为20%-25%、清洗剂的重量百分比为10%-15%、乳化剂的重量百分比为5%-10%、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂,其特征在于,分散剂的重量百分比为6%-8%、螯合剂的重量百分比为12%-14%、有机缓蚀剂的重量百分比为12%-14%、脱硫剂的重量百分比为22%-24%、清洗剂的重量百分比为12%-14%、乳化剂的重量百分比为6%-8%、余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂,其特征在于,分散剂的重量百分比为7%、螯合剂的重量百分比为13%、有机缓蚀剂的重量百分比为13%、脱硫剂的重量百分比为23%、清洗剂的重量百分比为13%、乳化剂的重量百分比为7%、余量为水。
4.根据权利要求1所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂,其特征在于,所述有机缓蚀剂为羟基乙叉二磷酸HEDP、膦酸的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂,其特征在于,所述脱硫剂为碳酸钠、N-甲基二乙醇胺的至少一种;所述清洗剂为乙醇胺、工业酒精、片碱的至少一种;所述乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸钾皂的至少一种。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的制备方法,其特征在于,按上述重量百分比称取各原料混合搅拌均匀,得所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂。
9.权利要求1-7任一项所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)用水稀释所述除臭剂,得清洗液;
(2)在需被清洗的炼油装置上连接临时管路,使其成为循环体系;按照需清洗装置的原物料运转流程将清洗液依次运送到各个反应装置对炼油装置进行清洗,待清洗完毕,拆除临时管路,排出清洗液。
10.根据权利要求9所述硫化氢清洗除臭剂的使用方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所用水的量与所述除臭剂的重量比为10-12:1;步骤(2)中,清洗剂在炼油装置中循环清洗的时间为8-12h。
