After the zebra fish embryo is treated by 2.0% of lignum dalbergiae odoriferae essential oil and 1.0% of lignum dalbergiae odoriferae essential oil liposome, as shown in fig. 4, the influence of the lignum dalbergiae odoriferae essential oil liposome on melanin in the zebra fish body is shown, and the result shows that: compared with a blank control group, the growth of the melanin of the zebra fish embryo treated by 2.0 percent of dalbergia odorifera essential oil and 1.0 percent of dalbergia odorifera essential oil liposome is reduced to different degrees. In the blank control group, a small amount of black spots were observed on the upper and lower sides of the spinal column of the zebra fish from a side view, that is, a large amount of melanin pigmentation was observed in the embryo of the zebra fish, and a large amount of pigmentation was observed on the back and the entire spinal column of the embryo of the zebra fish from a back view. After being treated by the 1.0% lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae essential oil liposome, no matter the observation is performed on the back or side, the decrease of melanin can be observed on the spine and back of zebra fish embryo, and the effect is similar to that of the positive control group 2.0% lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae essential oil, and the optimal implementation concentration is obtained.

(3) adding pure water into the round-bottom flask obtained in the step (2), ultrasonically washing a membrane to obtain a crude liposome solution, treating for 1-3 times under the high-pressure micro-jet of 40-120 Mpa, and freeze-drying to obtain the lignum dalbergiae odoriferae essential oil liposome.
