Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a blood product light energy storage bag.
Background
With the development of economy and the intensive research of basic medicine, medical auxiliary equipment has become an indispensable role in medical treatment. In clinical medicine in particular, many operations or treatments require transfusions, which are classified as either whole blood transfusions or apheresis, depending on the blood component missing from the patient. Whether the blood transfusion is whole blood transfusion or component transfusion, the blood transfusion system needs to rely on more medical auxiliary equipment, such as a needle tube and the like in the blood collection stage; in the preservation stage, a preservation bag and the like are needed; in the transfusion phase, intravenous injection or the like is required. Because the timing of donor supply and patient demand is often difficult to match in real time, collected blood products need to be preserved for a period of time to meet the clinical needs that may arise at any time. However, as the storage time is prolonged, the blood cells in the blood product are gradually inactivated and killed, so that the clinical treatment effect is difficult to achieve. In order to improve the effect of surgery or treatment, it is necessary to improve the quality of blood products during storage as much as possible, and therefore, how to store blood products is a focus of attention in the medical field.
The existing blood products are usually placed in a transparent plastic bag and stored in a low-temperature state in a freezer to reduce the metabolism level of blood cells, and even in transportation, the blood products need to be placed in a specific storage environment which is low in temperature and light-proof, otherwise, once the blood products are separated from the specific storage environment, the blood products are easy to deteriorate due to the inactivation and death of a large amount of blood cells, so that the storage time of the blood products is short, and the blood products are inconvenient to use.

Optionally, a communicating pipe is arranged on the inner bag body, the communicating pipe penetrates through the outer bag body to be communicated with the outside, and a mouth sealer is arranged at a pipe orifice of the communicating pipe.
The beneficial effects of the invention include:
the invention provides a light energy storage bag for blood products, which comprises an inner bag body and an outer bag body. Wherein, the outer bag body is sleeved on the periphery of the inner bag body. The inner space of the inner bag body is used for containing the blood product to be preserved. An interlayer is formed between the outer bag body and the inner bag body, so that a certain arrangement space is provided for the light-emitting component. The light emitting component is arranged in the interlayerUnder the power-on state, the blood product contained in the inner bag body can emit weak light, the weak light refers to irradiation light which can not cause irreversible damage when the surface of a living body is directly irradiated, the wavelength can be within 280 plus 10000nm, particularly the wavelength is commonly within 380 plus 2000nm, the power output to the irradiation part is generally 0.01-90mW/cm2By adjusting the irradiation time, the energy density can be adjusted, for example, the red light with the wavelength of 635 +/-5 nm. There is a lot of evidence that when the blood product is irradiated by weak light, the light quantum in the laser is absorbed by the components in the blood product and converted into internal energy, so as to activate the components in the blood product, and thus the blood product can maintain a certain activity in an active manner, i.e. play a certain role in delaying or blocking the inactivation tendency of blood cells, or obtain certain quantity, property and state changes. The red light can also enhance the immune function of the red blood cells. Thereby further improving the preservation quality of the blood product under the same preservation period or prolonging the preservation time of the blood product when the blood product is in the preservation environment. After the blood product is separated from the preservation environment, the activity of the components in the blood product can be maintained for a longer time, so that the preservation time of the blood product in vitro or separated from the specific preservation environment is prolonged, more treatable time is provided for clinical treatment, and the effect of operation or treatment is effectively improved. Meanwhile, the yield in the process of storage and transportation can be improved, and even the quantity, the property and the function of the blood components in the storage can be changed and improved according to clinical expectation and requirements.

After the blood product is separated from a specific preservation environment, weak light irradiation can be continuously provided for the blood product, and the weak light is irradiated on the blood product, so that living cells in the blood product can be effectively activated and maintained, the yield of preservation and transportation of the blood product after separation can be improved, the blood product can be kept for certain activity by means of the stimulation, the preservation time is further prolonged, more treatable time is provided for clinical medical treatment, and the operation or treatment effect is effectively improved. Meanwhile, the blood product light energy storage bag in the application can be directly improved on the basis of the existing blood product storage bag, and can have related functions in the application by taking the blood product light energy storage bag as the inner bag body 101 and correspondingly arranging the outer bag body 100, the related light-emitting components and other structures on the inner bag body, so that the blood product light energy storage bag has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and use.
When the blood product is irradiated by weak light, the activation of the weak light can reduce the levels of alpha 1-antitrypsin and alpha 2-globulin on the one hand, so that the fibrinolytic system is activated and the fibrinogen is reduced. Meanwhile, the chromophore, the activation and the metabolism in the blood product can be increased. Thereby effectively activating components in the blood product, such as causing the structural and functional change of cell membranes, changing the distribution of membrane enzymes, receptors and surface charges, improving the stability of the membranes and enhancing the deformability of red blood cells.
On the other hand, when the blood product is left for a long time, coagulation occurs, mainly due to the aggregation of red blood cells in the blood product. The main factors affecting the aggregation index of erythrocytes are long-chain bridging between erythrocytes and reduction of the surface charge of erythrocytes, while the main factors affecting long-chain bridging between erythrocytes are the content of fibrinogen, the more fibrinogen, the stronger the bridging between erythrocytes, and the stronger the aggregation ability of erythrocytes appears. Fibrinogen is produced primarily by the plasminogen-plasmin system, plasminogen activator is composed of a number of biological enzymes, the direction of displacement of the protein molecules is specific, the movement of the nucleolus in the protein is conformational, and rotation about a single bond requires much less energy than rotation about a long bond or changing the angle between bonds. If the electronic energy levels change, the atomic nucleus undergoes conformational movement and the electron and conformational interaction cause the enzyme to catalyze the action, so that when the frequency of laser irradiation approaches the natural frequency between certain energy levels of the plasminogen activator molecule, the electrons in the plasminogen activator molecule transition between these energy levels. Therefore, the movement of the atomic nucleus in the plasminogen activator molecule generates allosteric effect, provides power for the fractal catalysis process of enzyme, activates the plasminogen-plasmin system, decomposes more plasmin in plasma, dissolves fibrin in the plasma, reduces bridging fibrin acting between red blood cells, reduces the aggregation capability of the red blood cells, and simultaneously reduces the viscosity and the blood sedimentation of the blood. Meanwhile, because the activity of the red blood cells is increased, the immunity is improved, and the movement of the red blood cells is enhanced and is not easy to gather. Namely, the activity of the components in the blood product is effectively improved by various modes such as activating the activity of various enzymes, improving the rheology of blood, increasing the expression of related genes and the like.
It should be noted that, firstly, the above-mentioned weak light should be distinguished by the intensity of the biological effect generated after it is irradiated on the biological tissue, and based on the non-reversible damage to the target tissue (i.e. only generating positive, beneficial promoting and stimulating light to the biological tissue), its wavelength can be in 280-10000nm, especially in 380-2000nm, and its power output is in 0.01-90mw/cm2In the meantime. The laser light is not limited to stimulated emission in this application, but may be other types of light emission that emit spontaneously, etc., such as neon, fluorescent, LED, etc. For the sake of understanding, the following description will be schematically made by taking a weak laser as an example (which should not be construed as limiting the present application, and other types of light are similar to the weak laser), and the weak laser is not medically distinguished by the strength of the laser measured by the physical parameters of the laser itself, but by the strength of the biological effect generated after the laser acts on the biological tissue. The weak laser in the application refers to a weak reaction level laser which cannot cause irreversible damage to target tissues when a low-intensity laser is used for directly irradiating organisms, stimulates the organisms to generate a series of physiological and biochemical response reactions, and plays a role in regulating, enhancing or inhibiting functions, so that the aim of activating cell activity is fulfilled. The laser is different from strong laser and is characterized by low output energy and no light thermal effect, so that the local temperature rise caused by the weak laser is not more than 0.1-0.75 ℃, and the biological change of local tissues can not be caused. The weak laser usually means that the power output to the irradiated part is between 10 and 90mw, and the energy density is between 1 and 4J/cm2。
Second, the weak laser light described above may be a He-Ne laser light (wavelength at 632.8nm), a GaAlAs laser light (wavelength 820, 830nm), a GaAs laser light (wavelength 904nm), or the like. Parameters of the weak light: the wavelength is generally632.8, 820, 830 or 904 nm; the power is 10-90mw at most (a few may be less than 10mw or more than 100 mw); the waveform is continuous wave and pulse wave (1-4000 Hz); the energy density is 1-4J/cm2。
Thirdly, the light emitting module may be a He — Ne laser, a semiconductor laser, an LED lamp, or other various types.
Fourth, the inner bag body 101 and the outer bag body 100 may be both flexible bag bodies, or the inner bag body 101 may be a flexible bag body, and the outer bag body 100 may be a bag body having a certain strength, so as to protect the inner bag body 101 to a certain extent. For example, in one embodiment, the outer bag body 100 and the inner bag body 101 may be made of Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, softness and elasticity. In addition, in another embodiment, the outer bag body 100 and the inner bag body 101 may also be made of 1,1,2, 2-Tetraphenylethylene (TPE), which is mainly characterized by high elasticity, high strength and high resilience, and at the same time, the molecule mainly composed of TPE is C26H20Therefore, the paint also has the characteristics of environmental protection, no toxicity, safety, weather resistance, fatigue resistance, temperature resistance and the like. When the outer bag body 100 is a bag body with a certain strength, it may be made of polypropylene (PP), and it not only has chemical resistance and good high wear-resistant processing performance, but also has high-strength toughness, so that its finished product can have a certain strength, thereby forming a good protection capability for the inner flexible inner bag body 101.
Fifth, correspondingly, in order to further ensure the stability of the arrangement of the light emitting component, the light emitting component may be fixedly arranged or detachably arranged on the outer surface of the inner bag body 101, and may also be fixedly arranged or detachably arranged on the inner surface of the outer bag body 100.
In addition, as for the arrangement form of the light emitting component, one embodiment is as follows: the light-emitting component only contains weak light with fixed wavelength and fixed power output, and is arranged in the interlayer between the inner bag body 101 and the outer bag body 100, when a blood product is arranged in the inner bag body 101, the switch button connected with the light-emitting component can be controlled to be in an open state, so that the light-emitting component emits the weak light with the specific wavelength and the specific power output to the blood product, and the function of activating the component activity in the blood product is achieved. Because of the different blood components used in whole blood transfusions and apheresis, blood products also typically include a number of different plasma products, such as platelet products, coagulation factor products, fibrinogen products, and the like. In order to further improve the activation effect of the weak light on the blood product, the weak light which is suitable for the blood product with different components can be arranged corresponding to the blood product, so that the scientificity and flexibility of the light energy storage bag for the blood product in the application are further improved from the viewpoint of using effect. Meanwhile, different marks can be arranged on the outer surface of the outer bag body 100 of the blood product light energy storage bag corresponding to blood products with different components, for example, different colors can be used for distinguishing, and colors, symbols or fonts can be used for distinguishing, so that confusion is not easy to happen in actual use, and the use convenience is improved.
Another embodiment: the light emitting component comprises a plurality of weak light generators (which can be lamp strips 102 or lamp beads) with different wavelengths and different output powers, and the weak light generators are reasonably arranged in the interlayer (so that blood products in the inner bag body 101 can be irradiated more uniformly). Meanwhile, the outer bag body 100 can be further provided with a mode selection knob, a touch screen, a mode button and the like, and the mode selection knob, the touch screen, the mode button and the like are connected with the light-emitting component, so that the blood product light energy storage bag can flexibly select a corresponding mode according to the type of a blood product filled in the blood product light energy storage bag during use, the activation effect of the blood product light energy storage bag can be improved, and the use range and the automation degree of the blood product light energy storage bag can be improved. The following description will be schematically made in the form of a mode selection knob, which corresponds to both a mode and B mode, and may be provided with an off mode, i.e., an off power-off mode. In use, the corresponding mode may be selected according to the type of blood product loaded. In addition, four modes, five modes and the like (the same as the three modes) can be provided, so that the blood product light energy storage bag can support more blood products with different components. In order to further reduce the manufacturing and using cost, the outer bag body 100 and the inner bag body 101 may be detachably connected (for example, by using a connection method such as a zipper or a velcro tape), so that the manufacturing and using cost is reduced by using the outer bag body 100 and the light emitting element for many times.
Optionally, the blood product light energy storage bag further comprises a first connecting member 103, wherein one end of the first connecting member 103 is connected with the outer surface of the inner bag body 101, and the other end is connected with the inner surface of the outer bag body 100.
For example, referring to fig. 2, a first connecting member 103 is further disposed in the interlayer, and the inner bag body 101 is connected to the outer bag body 100 through the first connecting member 103, so that a certain connection relationship can be formed between the inner bag body and the outer bag body, and mutual rotation between the inner bag body 101 and the outer bag body 100 can be effectively prevented, thereby avoiding occurrence of phenomena such as winding and dislocation. Simultaneously, also can make the weak light that light emitting component sent more stable to blood products's shining, avoid at transportation etc. in-process, because of taking place to rotate between the interior outer bag body for the weak light that light emitting component sent is difficult to effectual shining blood products. The stability of the light energy storage bag for blood products in the embodiment when the blood products are stored is improved, namely the yield of the blood products in transportation or use is improved. It should be noted that the form of the first connecting member 103 may be various, and the present application does not specifically limit the form, and two of them will be schematically given below by way of example:
as shown in fig. 2, when the first connecting member 103 is a glue column, a plurality of glue columns may be disposed in the interlayer, the setting position may be as shown in fig. 2, only one circle is disposed between the inner bag body 101 and the outer bag body 100, this setting form can effectively save raw materials, reduce manufacturing cost, and is suitable for a scene with a weak vibration environment, for example, blood collection is performed in a blood donation point, and after the blood collection is completed, the light energy blood product storage bag in the present application is placed in a low temperature environment of a blood bank of a blood station for storage, so as to facilitate subsequent use. Simultaneously, the position of setting can also be along the surface equipartition setting of inner bag body 101 to make the inner bag body all can form even restriction through the connection of gluing the post in every position, reduce the relative rocking between the two bag bodies, be applicable to the stronger scene of vibration environment, for example, after gathering the completion, place it in the place that accords with the regulation earlier and preserve, but when needs transport afterwards, then need longer distance's transportation, can strengthen the intensity of the bag body, further improvement blood products is the yield in the transportation.
The inner bag 101 of the present invention may be a conventional blood storage bag, and a transparent bag is generally used. Meanwhile, the outer bag body 100 may be configured as a foldable bag body, and the specific folding form may be that one side has an opening, or that three sides have openings (in this form, when folded, the fourth side may be used as a rotation center to completely unfold the two opposite side walls of the outer bag body 100), and then the existing blood storage bag is placed therein, and the side of the outer bag body 100 where the opening is provided is closed, thereby realizing the irradiation of weak light. The convenience in use is further improved, and the cost in use can be effectively reduced.
In addition, the first connecting member 103 may also be a protrusion disposed on the inner wall of the outer bag body 100 and a groove disposed on the outer wall of the inner bag body 101, respectively, so that the outer bag body 100 and the inner bag body 101 form a stable connection relationship by performing interference fit with the protrusion and the groove. Meanwhile, the inner bag body 101 and the outer bag body 100 can be conveniently detached when needed. Optionally, the light emitting component is a light strip 102, and the light strip 102 is disposed around the periphery of the inner bag 101.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, the light emitting component may be a light strip 102, that is, weak light is emitted by using a linear light source, and in order to enable the light strip 102 to have a good biological stimulation effect on the blood product in the inner bag 101, the light strip 102 may be disposed in a manner of surrounding the periphery of the inner bag 101. Thereby ensuring that the blood product in the inner bag body 101 can be well irradiated by weak light all the time. The manner in which the light strip 102 surrounds the inner bag 101 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a spiral winding, or a manner in which a plurality of annular strips are wound in the following embodiments. As long as it ensures that the blood product is constantly illuminated with a low level of light.
Optionally, the light strip 102 includes a first light strip 1021 and a second light strip 1022, where the first light strip 1021 is disposed around a periphery of the inner bag 101 along a first direction, and the second light strip 1022 is disposed around a periphery of the inner bag 101 along a second direction, where the first direction and the second direction intersect.
As an example, the light strip 102 may further include a plurality of light strips, wherein the first light strip 1021 is disposed around the periphery of the inner bag 101 along a first direction, as shown in fig. 3, when the first light strip 1021 is disposed in a spiral winding manner, only one light strip may be disposed, in order to further improve the uniformity of the weak light irradiation, the second light strip 1022 may also be disposed as one light strip, directions in which the two light strips 102 extend in a spiral manner intersect, so as to form uniform weak light irradiation on the blood product in the inner bag 101 in a crossed structure manner, wherein, in order to ensure the full irradiation, both the starting end and the ending end of the first light strip 1021 and the second light strip 1022 should be disposed at positions at both ends of the inner bag 101. In this embodiment, can also make the inner bag body 101 be current blood bag (current blood bag is a bag body similar to infusion bag, and generally be transparent plastic material), make up it with the outer bag body 100, for the convenient change of the reuse rate of the further improvement outer bag body 100 and the inner bag body 101, can all set up first lamp area 1021 and second lamp area 1022 on the inner wall of the outer bag body 100, but the position that sets up of first lamp area 1021 and second lamp area 1022, the light-emitting direction all corresponds with the blood goods in the inner bag body 101. Therefore, the yield of blood products can be improved, the manufacturing cost of the blood product light energy storage bag can be effectively reduced, and the blood product light energy storage bag can be conveniently applied on a large scale.
When the ring-shaped winding is performed in the manner shown in fig. 1, in order to ensure that the blood product inside the inner bag body 101 can be uniformly irradiated by weak light, a plurality of first light strips 1021 may be provided and may be arranged in parallel with each other. Similarly, the second light strip 1022 may also be provided with a plurality of strips, which are arranged in parallel. And the corresponding first light strip 1021 and second light strip 1022 are perpendicular (not shown), so as to form a grid-like illumination structure (refer to the grid-like structure in which the first direction and the second direction intersect in fig. 3), which meets the requirement of the blood product on uniform weak light illumination. Meanwhile, when the inner bag body 101 is an existing blood bag, the first light strip 1021 and the second light strip 1022 may be disposed on the inner wall of the outer bag body 100, and the setting requirements refer to the requirements of the spiral setting.
Optionally, the light emitting assembly includes a plurality of light emitting members 104 disposed on the inner surface of the outer bag body 100, and the plurality of light emitting members 104 are uniformly disposed along the inner surface of the outer bag body 100.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, the light emitting component may also be a plurality of light emitting elements 104 disposed on the inner surface (i.e., inner wall) of the outer bag 100, that is, emitting weak light in a manner of a point light source, such as an LED light. The inner bag body 101 and the outer bag body 100 are integrated together, so that the space required by an interlayer can be reduced, the space utilization rate of the inner bag body 101 is improved, and the volume of the light energy storage bag for blood products is effectively reduced. Meanwhile, when the outer bag body 100 is a flexible bag body, the flexibility thereof may not be affected as much as possible. In order to make the blood product stored in the inner bag 101 uniformly and stably irradiated by weak light, a plurality of LED light beads may be uniformly arranged on the inner wall of the outer bag 100, so that the LED light beads can emit the same weak light to the inner bag 101 from various angles in the power-on state. It should be noted that the light emitting element 104 may be disposed on a side wall of the inner wall of the outer bag body 100, and the side wall on which the light emitting element 104 is disposed should be placed downward when in use, that is, the blood product light energy storage bag is turned over by 180 degrees in fig. 4, so that the weak light is irradiated from the bottom upward, thereby facilitating the uniform light reception of the blood. In addition, the light emitting members 104 may be disposed on both inner walls of the outer bag 100.
Optionally, an insulating layer is further disposed on the outer bag body 100.
For example, in order to further improve the yield and the preservation time of the blood product, an insulating layer may be disposed on the outer bag body 100, so that the inner bag body 101 enclosed in the outer bag body 100 is at a suitable temperature for preservation as much as possible, and the preservation time of the blood product may be effectively improved by combining the weak light irradiation in the foregoing embodiment. It should be noted that the heat-insulating layer may be made of the heat-insulating material of the outer bag body 100 itself, or may be formed by providing a heat-insulating structure layer on the outer wall of the outer bag body 100, or by providing a heat-insulating structure layer on the inner wall of the outer bag body 100, or by providing both sides of the outer bag body 100.
Optionally, the inner bag body 101 is a transparent bag body, and the outer bag body 100 is a light-shielding bag body.
For example, in order to further increase the irradiation area of the inner bag 101 so that the weak light can provide stable irradiation to the blood product at each position, the inner bag 101 may be a transparent bag (i.e., a transparent material through which light can pass). In order to avoid deterioration of the blood product caused by direct irradiation of external light, the outer bag body 100 can be further configured as a light-shielding bag body (i.e., an opaque material), so that the biological stimulation of weak light can be utilized to prolong the storage time of the blood product in the inner bag body 101, and the influence of external environment light on the inner bag body can be avoided. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the inner bag body 101 may be an existing blood bag, and the inner bag body may be combined with the light-shielding outer bag body 100 (the first connecting member 103, the light strip 102, the light-emitting member 104, and the like in other embodiments may be provided), so as to improve the yield of blood products and the application range of the light-energy blood product storage bag in this embodiment. Meanwhile, besides the outer bag body 100 is made of opaque materials, a light shielding layer can be arranged on the outer bag body 100 and can reflect light or absorb light, and therefore the purpose of shielding light is achieved.
Optionally, an observation window is further disposed on the outer bag body 100 near the output end.
For example, an observation window may be further disposed on the light-shielding outer bag body 100, so that a medical care worker or an operator can observe the related state information of the blood product in the inner bag body 101 through the observation window from the outside, for example, the remaining amount of the blood product in the inner bag body 101 is observed through the observation window, or whether the color of the blood product in the inner bag body 101 is normal is observed through the observation window, and whether the blood product has a sign of deterioration is preliminarily determined. The observation window can be in the form of a hollow window, can be in the shape of a square, a rectangle, a circle and the like, and can be 0.5 square centimeter, 1 square centimeter and the like in size; the observation window can also be by the region of fretwork and with the cover plate of the transparent material of the regional size matching of fretwork and constitute, both form the sealed of outer bag body 100 inside supporting, strengthen its dustproof and waterproof ability. In addition, in order to control the state of the blood bag in use, and because the output end of the blood bag faces downwards in use, the blood product in the inner bag body 101 is fed into the patient body through the output end via the infusion tube, the observation window can be arranged at one side close to the output end, so that the remaining amount of the blood product in the blood product light energy storage bag can be conveniently controlled. The specific position, size and specific form of the observation window are not limited in the application.
Optionally, the blood product light energy storage bag further comprises a storage battery, the storage battery is arranged in the interlayer, and the storage battery is electrically connected with the light emitting assembly.
For example, a storage battery may be disposed in an interlayer between the inner bag body 101 and the outer bag body 100, and the storage battery is electrically connected to the light emitting assembly, so as to supply power to the light emitting assembly under certain conditions. In addition, a switch can be arranged between the storage battery and the light-emitting component, and whether the light-emitting component emits weak light or not can be controlled by controlling the on and off of the switch. Meanwhile, the control switch can also be an adjusting switch, so that the light-emitting component is controlled to emit weak light with different powers by adjusting the position of the switch. The storage battery may be a rechargeable storage battery, and the outer bag body 100 is provided with a charging interface electrically connected to the rechargeable storage battery, so that the storage battery can be directly charged externally when necessary. Avoiding the complex operation of frequently replacing the storage battery.
Optionally, a communication pipe 105 is provided on the inner bag body 101, the communication pipe 105 passes through the outer bag body 100 to communicate with the outside, and a sealing device is provided at a nozzle of the communication pipe 105.
As shown in fig. 4, a communication pipe 105 may be further disposed on the inner bag 101, one end of the communication pipe 105 is communicated with the inner space of the inner bag 101, and the other end is communicated with the outside, that is, a structural form is formed in which one end of the communication pipe 105 extends into the inner bag 101, and the other end passes through the interlayer between the outer bag 100 and the inner bag 101 and the bag wall of the body of the outer bag 100. In order to ensure the sealing property of the internal space of the inner bag 101, a sealing device may be provided at a nozzle at one end of the communication pipe 105 communicating with the outside. The sealing device may be made of medical grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or may be made of medical rubber, and may be coated on the outer wall of the communication pipe 105, or may be filled in the inner passage of the communication pipe 105.
In actual use, when a blood product needs to be introduced into the inner bag 101, the operator first takes the sealing device at the nozzle of the communication pipe 105 off, then communicates the end of the communication pipe 105 communicating with the outside with the blood product, guides the blood product to flow into the space inside the inner bag 101 through the pipe of the communication pipe 105, and finally installs the sealing device at the nozzle, thereby completely sealing the inner space of the inner bag 101. When the blood product needs to be output to the outside, the infusion tube can be directly inserted into the sealing device, so that the blood in the inner bag body 101 can be output to the outside through the infusion tube. The sealer may be removed from the opening of the communication pipe 105 and then output to the outside. By arranging the communication pipe 105 and the sealing device, the operator can conveniently input the blood product into the inner bag body 101 or output the blood product in the inner bag body 101 to the outside, and the good sealing performance of the blood product in the inner bag body 101 can be further ensured.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
