At present, cross-border electronic commerce has become a black horse in foreign trade industry, and has become an important force for promoting the growth of foreign trade in China. The cross-border e-commerce industry is also in a healthy development towards a good direction, and meanwhile globalization trend and consumption upgrade push the continuous increase of the transaction scale of the cross-border e-commerce in China. However, at present, most cross-border companies still remain in the manual stage for managing various affairs of platform store commodities, so that the technical problem that the management efficiency of the existing cross-border e-commerce platform for commodities to be shelved is low is caused.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for commodity publishing, selling and inventory management of a cross-border e-commerce platform, namely, a corresponding commodity shelving strategy is automatically set according to each item of commodity information of a commodity, so that the manual labor is avoided, and the intelligence of the commodity shelving process is improved; by carrying out infringement judgment on the commodities to be put on shelves, infringement illegal commodities can be processed in time, and the risk of cross-border enterprises is reduced; the goods which are not infringed are put on shelves according to the corresponding putting-on-shelf strategy, so that the working efficiency of goods putting on shelves is improved, the operation cost is reduced, and the technical problem that the management efficiency of the existing cross-border e-commerce platform for goods to be put on shelves is low is solved. The cross-border e-commerce platform commodity publishing, selling and inventory management method is applied to the terminal.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a method for merchandise sales and inventory management on a cross-border e-commerce platform.
A first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for commodity publishing, selling and inventory management on a cross-border e-commerce platform, which comprises the following steps:
step S10, acquiring commodity information of a target commodity, and generating a commodity shelving strategy of the target commodity according to the commodity information, wherein the commodity information is price information and/or inventory information;
in this embodiment, the target product is a product to be placed on a shop on a platform. The target commodity can be selected by a commodity shelf manager or automatically selected according to a preset program. The commodity information may be price information, stock information, etc. of the target commodity. The commodity shelving strategy is a strategy for determining various commodity information to be marked when the target commodity is shelved, and specifically can be a price strategy, an inventory strategy and the like. And after determining the current expected target commodity on the shelf, the commodity management system on the terminal acquires the commodity information of the target commodity. The system generates a corresponding commodity shelving strategy based on the commodity information of the target commodity. Specifically, a manager of a cross-border e-commerce platform expects to put a food commodity on the shelf in the platform and select the food commodity as a target commodity in the system. The system acquires the information of the target commodity in the aspects of price and inventory and generates the price-on-shelf strategy and the inventory-on-shelf strategy of the target commodity according to the information.
Step S20, judging whether the target commodity is an illegal commodity;
in the present embodiment, the offending merchandise is merchandise that has been determined to have been infringed. In order to avoid risks of legal action and amount compensation after the infringing commodities are put on shelves, the commodity management system on the terminal needs to judge the infringing of the commodities before each commodity is put on shelves. The judgment of whether the commodity infringes can be carried out in a manual judgment mode, or a mode that a system carries out automatic detection on the commodity according to prestored infringement detection words is adopted to judge whether the commodity is an illegal commodity. Specifically, the setting in the specific embodiment in step S10 is continued. After the system generates the price-on-shelf strategy and the inventory-on-shelf strategy of the food commodity, the commodity is detected according to the preset infringement detection words, and whether infringement keywords exist in the commodity is judged.
And step S30, if the target commodity is not an illegal commodity, based on the commodity shelving strategy, shelving the target commodity to a target e-commerce platform to publish and sell the target commodity.
In this embodiment, when the product management system on the terminal determines that the target product to be currently shelved is not an illegal product, the target product may be shelved into the platform store according to the shelving policy corresponding to the target product generated in step S10. Specifically, the setting in the specific embodiment in step S20 is continued. The system detects that no infringement detection words exist in the food type commodity, then the commodity can be judged to be not an illegal commodity, the shelving price and the shelving inventory of the commodity are determined according to the previously generated shelving price strategy and the shelving inventory strategy, the commodity is shelved to the shop, and the shelving price and the shelving inventory are displayed in the commodity information of the commodity.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, before the goods are placed on the shelf, a target goods currently planned to be placed on the shelf needs to be selected, and a price policy, an inventory policy and an infringement policy may be executed on the target goods at the same time. And obtaining the platform shop price of the commodity by executing a price strategy, obtaining the platform shop inventory number of the commodity by executing an inventory strategy, and judging whether the commodity is an infringing commodity or not by executing an infringing strategy. If the commodity is an infringing commodity, the commodity has no shelf qualification, and the publishing of the commodity on the platform is stopped; if the commodity is not a prohibited commodity, the commodity data is edited according to the platform store price and the platform store inventory number obtained by executing the price strategy and the inventory strategy, and the commodity data is put on the platform store. In addition, after the commodities are published, the infringement strategy and the inventory strategy can be continuously executed on the commodities in the platform, so that the latest commodity infringement condition on the platform can be obtained, and the inventory quantity can be updated in time.
In the embodiment, a commodity information of a target commodity is obtained, and a commodity shelving strategy of the target commodity is generated according to the commodity information, wherein the commodity information is price information and/or inventory information; judging whether the target commodity is an illegal commodity; and if the target commodity is not the illegal commodity, based on the commodity shelving strategy, shelving the target commodity to a target e-commerce platform so as to publish and sell the target commodity. Through the mode, the corresponding commodity shelving strategy is automatically set according to each item of commodity information of the commodity, so that the manual labor is avoided, and the intelligence of the commodity shelving process is improved; by carrying out infringement judgment on the commodities to be put on shelves, infringement illegal commodities can be processed in time, and the risk of cross-border enterprises is reduced; the goods which are not infringed are put on shelves according to the corresponding putting-on-shelf strategy, so that the working efficiency of goods putting on shelves is improved, the operation cost is reduced, and the technical problem that the management efficiency of the existing cross-border e-commerce platform for goods to be put on shelves is low is solved.
Further, not shown, a second embodiment of the method for merchandise sales and inventory management on a cross-border e-commerce platform according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 2. In the present embodiment, step S10 includes:
and acquiring the purchase price of the target commodity and a commodity competition tag marked according to the competition degree, and generating a price strategy of the target commodity according to the purchase price and the commodity competition tag.
In this embodiment, the purchase price is a price taken to purchase the target product, and the product competition tag is a tag that is marked for the product according to the degree of competition of the product in the platform store. For example, A, B, C, D, E five labels may be set, where A represents the minimum degree of competition, the degree of competition increases from A to E, E represents the competition is very large, and the profit set by the price strategy is low. The price strategy is a strategy for reasonably configuring parameters used in the price formula, such as parameters of labor cost, payment procedure cost, exchange rate loss, profit margin and the like. And when the commodity management system on the terminal acquires the purchase price of the current target commodity and the corresponding competition tag, the price strategy of the target commodity can be generated.
Further, in the present embodiment, step S30 includes:
and determining the shelving price of the target commodity according to a preset price formula and the price strategy, and shelving the target commodity to the target e-commerce platform according to the shelving price.
In this embodiment, the preset price formula is a formula designed in advance according to each parameter, and specifically may be: the price on shelf (purchase price + labor cost) × (1+ payment procedure rate) × (1+ profit margin) × (1+ exchange rate loss). Wherein, the purchase price and the labor cost need to be converted into dollars. The commodity management system on the terminal can calculate the price of the target commodity on the shelf according to a preset price formula and a price strategy obtained by the purchase price and the commodity competition label, and the commodity is put on the shelf to the platform shop according to the calculated price on the shelf.
Further, in the present embodiment, step S10 includes:
and acquiring the virtual inventory and the inventory label of the target commodity, and generating an inventory strategy of the target commodity according to the virtual inventory and the inventory label.
In this embodiment, the virtual inventory is the virtual inventory number of the target product before being placed on the shelf. The inventory tags are a plurality of tags classified according to the performance of the stores, and for example, A, B, C, D, E five tags can be classified, and each tag corresponds to a different inventory strategy. The days in the label inventory strategy of A is 30, and the grade is 5; b, the number of days in the label stock strategy is 25, and the grade is 4; the number of days in the C label inventory strategy is 20, and the grade is 3; d, the number of days in the label stock strategy is 15, and the grade is 2; the number of days in the E-tag inventory policy is 10, with a rating of 1. The inventory policy is a policy that is reasonably configured for parameters used in the inventory formula, such as days, levels, etc.
Further, in the present embodiment, step S30 includes:
and determining the racking inventory of the target commodity according to a preset inventory formula and the inventory strategy, and racking the target commodity to the target e-commerce platform by using the racking inventory.
In this embodiment, the preset inventory formula is a preset design formula according to each inventory related parameter, and specifically may be: the on-shelf inventory is the average daily sales of the store in the last week + the number of store warnings. The commodity management system on the terminal can calculate the stock on shelf of the target commodity according to the preset stock formula and the stock strategy obtained by the preset stock formula and the stock strategy, and the commodity is put on shelf to the platform shop according to the calculated stock on shelf.
Further, in this embodiment, after step S30, the method further includes:
and updating the shelved inventory of the target commodity according to the inventory strategy and a preset inventory formula every other preset time.
In this embodiment, the preset time is an automatic update period of the stock quantity of the target commodity after being put on shelf, and may be flexibly set according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. And the commodity management system on the terminal can update the stock of the target commodity after being put on the shelf according to the stock strategy every other preset time. Specifically, if the preset duration is set to 15 days, the number of days in the inventory strategy is 15 days, the level is 2, and the preset inventory formula is that the average sales per day of the store in the last week is the number of days + the early warning number of the store. The system can calculate the latest on-shelf inventory according to the latest average daily sales volume of the stores in the last week and the early warning number of the stores, and by combining the days and the levels in the inventory strategy, so as to update the current on-shelf inventory number.
In the embodiment, price strategies of different platform stores are further automatically set according to the purchase price of the commodity and the competition degree of the commodity, so that the commodity price of the platform stores can be rapidly and accurately calculated according to the price strategies and a preset price formula, and the price is uniformly controlled; the number of stocks on shelves is calculated through the stock strategy and a preset stock formula, and the stock number of the platform stores is automatically updated according to the stock strategy, so that automatic management is realized to a certain extent, the working efficiency is improved, and the stock turnover rate is improved.
Further, not shown, a third embodiment of the method for merchandise sales and inventory management on a cross-border e-commerce platform according to the present invention is provided based on the first embodiment shown in fig. 2. In the present embodiment, step S20 includes:
reading preset infringement detection words one by one in a preset illicit word bank;
judging whether the infringement detection words exist in the target commodities or not;
if so, judging that the target commodity is an illegal commodity;
if not, judging that the target commodity is not an illegal commodity;
and reading all preset infringement detection words in the forbidden word library until the reading of all the preset infringement detection words in the forbidden word library is completed.
In this embodiment, the default illicit word library is an infringement word library which is pre-entered into the commodity management system, and is also a word library which is not allowed to appear by the third-party platform. And the infringement detection words are words in the forbidden word bank. Specifically, if 100 infringement detection words exist in the preset forbidden word library, the system detects whether one or more of the 100 infringement detection words exist in the target commodity. If one or more infringement keywords exist in the target commodity, the system can judge that the current target commodity is a non-compliant commodity and is not provided for the shelf, and the publishing of the commodity on the platform is stopped; if no infringement keyword exists in the target commodity, the system can judge that the current target commodity is not an illegal commodity, and the shelving processing can be carried out.
In addition, it should be noted that the second preset time period may also be set, and the second preset time period may be flexibly set according to an actual situation, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. The second preset time is a period for detecting the infringement of the commodities in the shop. After the commodities are put on shelf, the forbidden word bank can be continuously updated, and an infringement detection task is initiated. And the infringement detection task is a small program automatically running every second preset time, circularly reads a piece of data from the illicit word library, detects the commodities of each platform shop, and if the illicit commodities in the platform shops are detected, puts off the shelves of the illicit commodities.
