(1) Manufacturing a hawse pipe: the processing workshop is used for carrying out numerical control blanking on two semicircular cylinders, marking the four-bisector positions of each semicircular cylinder by powder spraying outside the two semicircular cylinders, marking the eight positions by using a milling point and then processing; after the two semicircular cylinders are welded and assembled into an anchor chain cylinder, the positions of the eight equal division points are checked again, and the positions of the eight points made by the ocean punch points are corrected;
(2) Manufacturing an anchor platform: the anchor table wrapping plate and the anchor table panel are subjected to numerical control blanking, and corresponding eight-equal-division powder spraying marks are made on the anchor table wrapping plate and the anchor table panel corresponding to the eight-equal-division marks of the hawse pipe; after the powder injection mark is inspected to be qualified, a permanent punch line is formed at the powder injection mark; the method comprises the steps that powder spraying lines at eight equal division positions on an anchor platform wrapping plate are in one-to-one correspondence with positioning lines on an anchor platform panel, the line shape of a lower opening of the anchor platform wrapping plate is based on the outline of the anchor platform panel, an upper opening of the anchor platform wrapping plate is determined according to an outer plate scribing template, an outer support is used for fixing the upper opening, the anchor platform panel and the anchor platform wrapping plate are welded and fixed after the anchor platform wrapping plate is positioned, an outer toggle plate is installed, the outer toggle plate is positioned according to corresponding position lines on the anchor platform panel and combined with an installation angle template, 8 outer toggle plates are firstly welded on the inner wall of the anchor platform panel in a spot welding mode, and meanwhile, the positioning lines of the outer toggle plate are marked at mark positions of a jettison point on the front surface of the anchor platform panel to serve as an involution line for sectionally positioning the anchor platform; marking four equal division points on the anchor lip steel casting, and positioning by utilizing the four equal division points of the anchor lip and corresponding position lines on the anchor platform panel; preheating the metal at the butt welding seam of the anchor lip by using a heating device, enabling the preheating temperature of the steel casting to reach 100-150 ℃, then welding, and after welding, preserving heat and slowly cooling by using a heat preservation material; polishing the welded joints of the hawse pipe, the anchor table wrapping plate, the anchor table panel, the outer toggle plate and the anchor lip;
(3) And (3) positioning a hawse pipe and mounting an inner toggle plate: determining the center of an anchor chain cylinder body on a segmented bow building deck, a main deck and an outer plate according to the center coordinates of the anchor chain cylinder, surveying the center line and the long and short axes of the anchor chain pipe, making permanent marks, and then perforating at the center position of each hole; the outer plate hole is retracted from the periphery to the center by 50mm on the basis of scribing, and the outer plate hole line is led to the inner side of the outer plate from the outer side; meanwhile, marking out positioning lines of 8 inner toggle plates installed on the hawse pipe, wherein the positioning lines at least extend out of the outline of the anchor platform by 200mm; the wire is used as an involution wire for the installation of a subsequent anchor platform; filling the hawse pipe from the top to the bottom from the bow deck through the main deck until the hawse pipe extends out of the outer plate, and checking whether the intersecting line of the hawse pipe and the outer plate is consistent with the original scribing line according to the template; determining the length of the anchor cylinder extending out of the outer plate according to the chain cylinder layout drawing and the intersecting line marking template of the anchor lip drawing and the anchor platform wrapping plate outer plate, ensuring that the central line of the anchor cylinder extends out of the outer plate 1550mm, marking the distance of the cylinder extending out of the outer plate on the eight sections according to the marking positions of eight anchor points on the anchor cylinder, and ensuring the installation angle of the anchor platform; measuring the angle of the hawse pipe barrel after positioning, and welding or cutting the allowance of the barrel after passing the angle; respectively welding the hawse pipe with a bow building deck, a main deck and an outer plate, and welding an inner toggle plate on the hawse pipe according to the anchor lip drawing and the positioning lines on the hawse pipe/outer plate;
(4) And (3) installing an anchor platform wrapping plate: positioning an anchor platform wrapping plate under the condition of guaranteeing the center of the anchor chain tube and the length of eight section positions, wherein eight section position lines on the anchor platform wrapping plate are required to coincide with corresponding involution lines on the outer plate, sampling the installation angles of the eight section positions on the anchor platform wrapping plate after the anchor platform is positioned, modifying the allowance of the anchor platform wrapping plate after the angle is determined, welding and fixing the anchor platform wrapping plate with the outer plate after the anchor platform wrapping plate is installed and positioned, and simultaneously welding and fixing the lower end face of the anchor chain tube with the anchor platform panel.

The method of claim 1, wherein a gap is provided between the inner and outer toggle plates, the inner toggle plates of the three toggle plates below the outer wall of the hawse pipe are provided with arc-shaped notches, and the inner toggle plates with arc-shaped notches and the corresponding outer toggle plate members form arc-shaped holes.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the anchor cylinder is formed by welding two semi-cylinders.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the anchor lip is an arc surface.
