manufacturing a single element, assembling and welding a first side pull plate and an anchor head unit, assembling and welding a baffle plate unit and a second side pull plate, assembling and welding an end bearing plate, assembling and welding a horizontal connecting plate and a vertical rib plate, assembling and bolting an end component and end face processing, assembling and bonding a sliding pair; the single element comprises a partition plate unit, a stay cable sleeve unit and an anchor head unit; the unit piece manufacturing includes:
placing the anchor box block on a scribing platform, and scribing a machining line of steel gaskets at two sides of the anchor box and a machining line of an anchor plate; machining the top surface of the anchor box anchor plate and two sides of the anchor box web anchor plate and boring after the scribing inspection is qualified;
the assembly welding first side pulling plate and the anchor head unit comprise:
adopting a side mounting method to assemble an anchor head unit according to the central line of the inhaul cable, the web plate and the anchor backing plate positioning line on the first side pull plate; when the anchor is assembled, the edge of the first side pulling plate is closely attached to a tire type baffle angle, a leveling rule is adopted to detect and adjust the plane extension line of the anchor backing plate to coincide with an anchor head positioning line on the first side pulling plate, the error is controlled to be +/-0.5 mm, an anchor hole centering tool is adopted to detect the center distance of an anchor hole in cooperation with an angle square and a steel tape, and the error is controlled to be +/-2 mm;

the assembling bolting end component and the end surface processing comprises the following steps:
splicing the bolting end component with the assembled anchor box on the platform, throwing a first side pull plate bolt hole of the anchor box by using a splice plate, and scribing an upper end surface machining line and a lower end surface machining line by taking a horizontal girth of the first side pull plate of the anchor box as a reference; after disassembly, drilling a first side pulling plate and a second side pulling plate bolt hole group by the clamping template, and machining upper and lower end surfaces;
the trial assembly and bonding sliding pair comprises:
the number of the trial assembly sections is not less than 6, one section is reserved for next trial assembly, the anchor box section trial assembly is used for casting the bolt holes of the lower part of the anchor box of one section by taking the group of the holes of the upper part of the anchor box as the standard, and after marking, the bolt holes of the connecting plate are disassembled and drilled; when the sliding pair is bonded, the control and the adjacent connecting plates are in the same plane.
