Abstract
本发明公开了一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的中部顶面的后部固定有竖直支撑板,竖直支撑板的顶面固定有水平板,水平板的顶面固定有升降机构,升降机构的升降板上固定有横向移动机构。本发明采用双钻头,并通过钻头旋转竖直升降和横向移动可以对机架的顶板上放置固定的待加工盒体的横向通孔进行自动扩孔打磨,其效果好,效率高,大大降低人工劳动量。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置。
背景技术
现有的医药药片其一般大小一定,重量一定,而有些时候,根据使用者的体重和年龄,需要使用小剂量的药片,而现在并没有这种小剂量药片,需要进行切片,而现有的便携式切片盒中放置药片的切割放置槽的侧壁上需要插入调节螺栓,通过调节螺栓上螺接调节螺母,使得调节螺栓固定在切割放置槽上,而调节螺栓的内端处固定有夹紧块,夹紧块插入切割放置槽中,使得切割放置槽中的药品夹持在两个夹紧块之间,以方便切割,而调节螺栓插套的切割放置槽上的通孔在模具成型中,其通孔直径较小,需要扩孔和打磨,现有的方式是人工打磨,效率低,效果差,而且容易触碰到盒体的底板,影响加工效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置,它采用双钻头,并通过钻头旋转竖直升降和横向移动可以对机架的顶板上放置固定的待加工盒体的横向通孔进行自动扩孔打磨,其效果好,效率高,大大降低人工劳动量。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的中部顶面的后部固定有竖直支撑板,竖直支撑板的顶面固定有水平板,水平板的顶面固定有升降机构,升降机构的升降板上固定有横向移动机构;
所述横向移动机构包括固定在升降板的左右两侧底面固定有的侧支撑板,横向移动螺杆两端通过轴承铰接在两个侧支撑板上,其一个侧支撑板的外侧壁上固定有移动电机,移动电机带动横向移动螺杆转动,移动块螺接在横向移动螺杆上;
移动块的底面固定有水平连接板,水平连接板的底面固定有主竖直板,主竖直板上安装有扩孔机构,扩孔机构上安装有钻头;
所述机架的顶板的中部顶面上放置有待加工盒体,待加工盒体的底板的中部顶面成型有槽体,槽体的内侧壁上成型有横向通孔,钻头对着横向通孔。
所述升降机构包括升降气缸,升降气缸固定在水平板的顶面上,升降气缸的推杆穿过水平板的底面并固定有升降板。
所述扩孔机构包括旋转电机,旋转电机固定在主竖直板的一侧壁的上部,旋转电机的输出轴穿过主竖直板的另一侧壁并固定有驱动轮,主竖直板的下部通过轴承铰接有连接头,连接头的左部和右部均固定有钻头,连接头的外侧壁上固定有传动轮,传动带张紧在传动轮和驱动轮上。
所述升降板的顶面固定有多个竖直导向杆,竖直导向杆插套在对应的水平板上的竖直导向通孔中。
所述升降板的底面上固定有多个上导向套,竖直导向杆插套在对应的上导向套中。
所述升降板的底面固定有横向导向条,移动块的顶面固定有滑块,横向导向条插套在滑块的顶面具有的滑槽中。
本发明的突出效果是:与现有技术相比,它采用双钻头,并通过钻头旋转竖直升降和横向移动可以对机架的顶板上放置固定的待加工盒体的横向通孔进行自动扩孔打磨,其效果好,效率高,大大降低人工劳动量。

具体实施方式
实施例,见如图1至图3所示,一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板的中部顶面的后部固定有竖直支撑板20,竖直支撑板20的顶面固定有水平板21,水平板21的顶面固定有升降机构30,升降机构30的升降板31上固定有横向移动机构40;
所述横向移动机构40包括固定在升降板31的左右两侧底面固定有的侧支撑板44,横向移动螺杆42的两端通过轴承铰接在两个侧支撑板44上,其一个侧支撑板44的外侧壁上固定有移动电机43,移动电机43带动横向移动螺杆42转动,移动块41螺接在横向移动螺杆42上,移动电机43的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在横向移动螺杆42的一端具有的花键孔中;
移动块41的底面固定有水平连接板45,水平连接板45的底面固定有主竖直板46,主竖直板46上安装有扩孔机构50,扩孔机构50上安装有钻头51;
所述机架10的顶板的中部顶面上放置有待加工盒体100,待加工盒体100的底板的中部顶面成型有槽体101,槽体101的内侧壁上成型有横向通孔102,钻头51对着横向通孔102。
进一步的说,所述升降机构30包括升降气缸32,升降气缸32固定在水平板21的顶面上,升降气缸32的推杆穿过水平板21的底面并固定有升降板31。
进一步的说,所述扩孔机构50包括旋转电机52,旋转电机52固定在主竖直板46的一侧壁的上部,旋转电机52的输出轴穿过主竖直板46的另一侧壁并固定有驱动轮53,主竖直板46的下部通过轴承铰接有连接头54,连接头54的左部和右部均固定有钻头51,连接头54的外侧壁上固定有传动轮55,传动带56张紧在传动轮55和驱动轮53上。
进一步的说,所述升降板31的顶面固定有多个竖直导向杆33,竖直导向杆33插套在对应的水平板21上的竖直导向通孔中。
进一步的说,所述升降板31的底面上固定有多个上导向套34,竖直导向杆33插套在对应的上导向套34中。
进一步的说,所述升降板31的底面固定有横向导向条35,移动块41的顶面固定有滑块411,横向导向条35插套在滑块411的顶面具有的滑槽中。
本实施例中,其升降气缸32均通过连接管与控制阀相连通,控制阀通过连接管与气泵相连通,控制阀、气泵、旋转电机52和移动电机43均通过电连接线与控制主机电连接,通过控制主机控制,其中,气泵、控制阀、控制主机等部件均为常用部件,不再详述,附图中也未显示。
本实施例在使用时,将待加工盒体100放置在机架10的顶板的顶面上并通过固定机构固定,如可以通过螺栓固定连接块将待加工盒体100夹持在固定连接块处等,其为可以采用常规结构,不再详述,然后,通过升降气缸32的推杆推动,使得钻头51下降并对着横向通孔102,然后,通过旋转电机52运行,使得钻头51旋转,同时,移动电机43运行,同时,钻头51向左移动或向右移动,从而对横向通孔102的内侧壁进行切削实现扩孔和打磨,完成后,所有部件复位即可将加工好的盒体取出,非常方便,其效果好,效率高。

1.一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置,包括机架(10),其特征在于:所述机架(10)的顶板的中部顶面的后部固定有竖直支撑板(20),竖直支撑板(20)的顶面固定有水平板(21),水平板(21)的顶面固定有升降机构(30),升降机构(30)的升降板(31)上固定有横向移动机构(40);
所述横向移动机构(40)包括固定在升降板(31)的左右两侧底面固定有的侧支撑板(44),横向移动螺杆(42)的两端通过轴承铰接在两个侧支撑板(44)上,其一个侧支撑板(44)的外侧壁上固定有移动电机(43),移动电机(43)带动横向移动螺杆(42)转动,移动块(41)螺接在横向移动螺杆(42)上;
移动块(41)的底面固定有水平连接板(45),水平连接板(45)的底面固定有主竖直板(46),主竖直板(46)上安装有扩孔机构(50),扩孔机构(50)上安装有钻头(51);
所述机架(10)的顶板的中部顶面上放置有待加工盒体(100),待加工盒体(100)的底板的中部顶面成型有槽体(101),槽体(101)的内侧壁上成型有横向通孔(102),钻头(51)对着横向通孔(102)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置,其特征在于:所述升降机构(30)包括升降气缸(32),升降气缸(32)固定在水平板(21)的顶面上,升降气缸(32)的推杆穿过水平板(21)的底面并固定有升降板(31)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置,其特征在于:所述扩孔机构(50)包括旋转电机(52),旋转电机(52)固定在主竖直板(46)的一侧壁的上部,旋转电机(52)的输出轴穿过主竖直板(46)的另一侧壁并固定有驱动轮(53),主竖直板(46)的下部通过轴承铰接有连接头(54),连接头(54)的左部和右部均固定有钻头(51),连接头(54)的外侧壁上固定有传动轮(55),传动带(56)张紧在传动轮(55)和驱动轮(53)上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置,其特征在于:所述升降板(31)的顶面固定有多个竖直导向杆(33),竖直导向杆(33)插套在对应的水平板(21)上的竖直导向通孔中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置,其特征在于:所述升降板(31)的底面上固定有多个上导向套(34),竖直导向杆(33)插套在对应的上导向套(34)中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种药片切片盒体加工机构用内部孔洞扩孔装置,其特征在于:所述升降板(31)的底面固定有横向导向条(35),移动块(41)的顶面固定有滑块(411),横向导向条(35)插套在滑块(411)的顶面具有的滑槽中。
