本发明公开了一种药片切片盒体内部孔洞加工机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的中部顶面固定有弧形限位块,弧形限位块的左右两侧的外侧壁上均固定有压紧气缸,压紧气缸的推杆穿过弧形限位块的内侧壁并固定有弧形压紧块,待加工盒体放置在弧形限位块的中部放置槽处的机架的顶板的顶面上,待加工盒体的环形侧壁夹持在两个弧形压紧块之间。本发明可以自动将待加工盒体自动夹持固定,并进行自动扩孔打磨,满足加工需要。

本发明涉及医药设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种药片切片盒体内部孔洞加工机构。
背景技术
现有的医药药片其一般大小一定,重量一定,而有些时候,根据使用者的体重和年龄,需要使用小剂量的药片,而现在并没有这种小剂量药片,需要进行切片,而现有的便携式切片盒中放置药片的切割放置槽的侧壁上需要插入调节螺栓,通过调节螺栓上螺接调节螺母,使得调节螺栓固定在切割放置槽上,而调节螺栓的内端处固定有夹紧块,夹紧块插入切割放置槽中,使得切割放置槽中的药品夹持在两个夹紧块之间,以方便切割,而调节螺栓插套的切割放置槽上的通孔在模具成型中,其通孔直径较小,需要扩孔和打磨。
现有的方式是将人工用螺栓固定压紧块将盒体进行固定,然后,再人工打磨,其效率低,效果差,而且容易触碰到盒体的底板,影响加工效果,而且其采用螺栓固定压紧块来固定盒体,使得盒体安装拆卸麻烦,效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种药片切片盒体内部孔洞加工机构,它可以自动将待加工盒体自动夹持固定,并进行自动扩孔打磨,满足加工需要。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种药片切片盒体内部孔洞加工机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板的中部顶面固定有弧形限位块,弧形限位块的左右两侧的外侧壁上均固定有压紧气缸,压紧气缸的推杆穿过弧形限位块的内侧壁并固定有弧形压紧块,待加工盒体放置在弧形限位块的中部放置槽处的机架的顶板的顶面上,待加工盒体的环形侧壁夹持在两个弧形压紧块之间;
所述机架的顶板的中部顶面的后部固定有竖直支撑板,竖直支撑板的顶面固定有水平板,水平板的顶面固定有升降机构,升降机构的升降板上固定有横向移动机构;
所述横向移动机构的移动块的底面固定有扩孔机构,扩孔机构的钻头对着待加工盒体的底板的中部顶面成型有的槽体的内侧壁上成型有的横向通孔。
所述弧形限位块的顶面固定有横向导向杆,横向导向杆插套在弧形限位块上成型有的导向通孔中。
所述导向通孔的内侧壁上固定有耐磨套,横向导向杆插套在耐磨套中。
所述两个弧形压紧块的内侧壁上均固定有防护弹性层,防护弹性层压靠在待加工盒体的环形侧壁的外侧壁上。
所述升降机构包括升降气缸,升降气缸固定在水平板的顶面上,升降气缸的推杆穿过水平板的底面并固定有升降板。
所述升降板的顶面固定有多个竖直导向杆,竖直导向杆插套在对应的水平板上的竖直导向通孔中。
所述升降板的底面上固定有多个上导向套,竖直导向杆插套在对应的上导向套中。
所述横向移动机构包括固定在升降板的左右两侧底面固定有的侧支撑板,横向移动螺杆的两端通过轴承铰接在两个侧支撑板上,其一个侧支撑板的外侧壁上固定有移动电机,移动电机带动横向移动螺杆转动,移动块螺接在横向移动螺杆上。
所述扩孔机构包括水平连接板,水平连接板固定在移动块的底面上,水平连接板的底面固定有主竖直板。
所述主竖直板的上部一侧壁上固定有旋转电机,旋转电机的输出轴穿过主竖直板的另一侧壁并固定有驱动轮,主竖直板的下部通过轴承铰接有连接头,连接头的左部和右部均固定有钻头,连接头的外侧壁上固定有传动轮,传动带张紧在传动轮和驱动轮上。
本发明的突出效果是:与现有技术相比,它可以自动将待加工盒体自动夹持固定,并进行自动扩孔打磨,满足加工需要。

所述机架10的顶板的中部顶面的后部固定有竖直支撑板20,竖直支撑板20的顶面固定有水平板21,水平板21的顶面固定有升降机构30,升降机构30的升降板31上固定有横向移动机构40;
所述横向移动机构40的移动块41的底面固定有扩孔机构50,扩孔机构50的钻头51对着待加工盒体100的底板的中部顶面成型有的槽体101的内侧壁上成型有的横向通孔102。
进一步的说,所述弧形限位块11的顶面固定有横向导向杆1,横向导向杆1插套在弧形限位块11上成型有的导向通孔111中。

进一步的说,所述两个弧形压紧块13的内侧壁上均固定有防护弹性层131,防护弹性层131压靠在待加工盒体100的环形侧壁的外侧壁上。

本实施例在使用时,将待加工盒体100放置在弧形限位块11的中部放置槽处的机架10的顶板的顶面上,然后,通过两个压紧气缸12的推杆推动,使得待加工盒体100的环形侧壁夹持在两个弧形压紧块13之间,然后,通过升降气缸32的推杆推动,使得钻头51下降并对着横向通孔102,然后,通过旋转电机54运行,使得钻头51旋转,同时,移动电机43运行,同时,钻头51向左移动或向右移动,从而对横向通孔102的内侧壁进行切削实现扩孔和打磨,完成后,所有部件复位即可将加工好的盒体取出,非常方便,其效果好,效率高。
