Abstract
本发明公开了一种免洗蛋白滋养润发乳及其制备方法,属一种润发乳,所述润发乳包括以质量份计的水溶性保湿剂5‑10份、增稠剂0.5‑2份、中和剂0.5‑2份、蛋白调理剂0.5‑2份、乳化剂0.5‑3份、植物油脂2‑5份、阳离子聚合物调理剂1‑3份、泛醇0.2‑0.5份、乙醇2‑5份,植物提取物0.5‑5份、硅油润发调理剂2‑5份、赋香剂0.2‑0.8份、去离子水50‑80份。润发乳所选蛋白和阳离子,具有较佳的毛发吸附性,且具有良好的补水保湿性能,可可使头发柔软、顺滑有光泽,减少毛发分叉,减少毛发断裂。同时润发乳具有无毒、不刺激、不过敏、安全环保、免洗、使用方便等特点,且易于生产和推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润发乳,更具体的说,本发明主要涉及一种免洗蛋白滋养润发乳及其制备方法。
背景技术
一般认为,头发带有负电荷。用香波(主要是阴离子洗涤剂)洗发后,会使头发带有更多的负电荷,从而产生静电,致使梳理不便。使用了护发素,其中的主要成分阳离子季铵盐可以中和残留在头发表面带阴离子的分子,并留下一层均匀的单分子膜,给头发带来一系列好处:柔软、光泽、易于梳理、抗静电,并使头发的机械损伤和化学烫、电烫、染发剂所带来的损伤受到一定程度的修复。而市面上的护发乳使用后需要用水冲洗,使用步骤繁琐,且对于改善头发负电荷以及抗损伤的功效有限,因而有必要针对此类护发乳及其制备方法做进一步的研究和改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于针对上述不足,提供一种免洗蛋白滋养润发乳,以期望解决现有技术中同类护发乳使用后需用水冲洗,且对改善头发负电荷以及抗损伤的功效有限等技术问题。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明一方面提供了一种免洗蛋白滋养润发乳,所述润发乳包括以质量份计的水溶性保湿剂5-10份、增稠剂0.5-2份、中和剂0.5-2份、蛋白调理剂0.5-2份、乳化剂0.5-3份、植物油脂2-5份、阳离子聚合物调理剂1-3份、泛醇0.2-0.5份、乙醇2-5份,植物提取物0.5-5份、硅油润发调理剂2-5份、赋香剂0.2-0.8份、去离子水50-80份。
作为优选,进一步的技术方案是:所述水溶性保湿剂为甘油、丁二醇、聚乙二醇、戊二醇、己二醇、透明质酸钠中一种或多种的混合物;所述增稠剂为卡波姆、羟乙基纤维素、汉生胶中一种或多种混合物。
更进一步的技术方案是:所述中和剂为单乙醇胺、氨甲基丙醇、氢氧化钠、柠檬酸、乳酸。
更进一步的技术方案是:所述蛋白调理剂为椰油基二甲基铵羟丙基水解角蛋白、椰油基二甲基铵羟丙基水解小麦蛋白、椰油酰基水解角蛋白、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解角蛋白、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解小麦蛋白、月桂酰基水解角蛋白、蚕丝胶蛋白、水解小麦蛋白、水解胶原蛋白、水解大豆蛋白中一种或多种混合物。
更进一步的技术方案是:所述乳化剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚、硬脂醇聚醚、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、聚丙烯酰胺, C13-14 异链烷烃, 月桂醇聚醚-7;所述阳离子聚合物为聚季铵盐-37、聚季铵盐-39、聚季铵盐-10、聚季铵盐-22中一种或多种混合物。
更进一步的技术方案是:所述植物油脂为橄榄油、棕榈油、杏仁油、鳄梨油、小麦胚芽油、乳木果油中一种或多种混合物;所述植物提取物为芦荟提取液、金缕梅提取液、玫瑰提取液、金盏花提取液、甘草提取液中一种或多种混合物。
更进一步的技术方案是:所述硅油润发调理剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、环聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇中一种或多种混合物。
更进一步的技术方案是:所述赋香剂为日化香精、薰衣草精油、薄荷精油、玫瑰精油、玫瑰天竺精油。
本发明另一方面还提供了一种上述免洗蛋白滋养润发乳的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤A、按比例称取各组分原料,备用;
步骤B、将增稠剂加入去离子水中,充分搅拌至完全分散均匀;
步骤C、将步骤B所得到的混合物转移至反应釜,然后加入水溶性保湿剂、泛醇、阳离子聚合物调理剂搅拌,并加热至65-85℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤D、将乳化剂、硅油润发调理剂、植物油脂单独混合,并加热至65-85℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤E、将步骤D所得到的混合物加入反应釜中,与步骤C所得到的混合物混合,进行均质与保温,然后降温至40-45℃。
步骤F、向步骤E得到的混合物中加入植物提取物、乙醇、蛋白调理剂、赋香剂,搅拌混合均匀,即得得到免洗蛋白滋养润发乳。
作为优选,进一步的技术方案是:所述步骤B中,将去离子水加入分散机中,设定搅拌速度为1200~1800r/min,边搅拌边将增稠剂加入去离子水中,充分搅拌使其完全分散均匀。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果之一是:润发乳所选蛋白和阳离子,具有较佳的毛发吸附性,且具有良好的补水保湿性能,可可使头发柔软、顺滑有光泽,减少毛发分叉,减少毛发断裂。同时润发乳具有无毒、不刺激、不过敏、安全环保、免洗、使用方便等特点,且易于生产和推广。

下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1
本实施例是一种免洗蛋白滋养润发乳,按如下质量值称取原料:
水溶性保湿剂6.1kg,其中:甘油2kg,丁二醇3kg,戊二醇0.5kg、己二醇0.6kg;
增稠剂0.8kg,其中:卡波姆0.6kg、羟乙基纤维素0.2kg;
中和剂0.5kg,全部为单乙醇胺;
蛋白调理剂0.7kg,其中:椰油酰基水解角蛋白0.1kg、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解角蛋白0.1kg、蚕丝胶蛋白0.2kg、水解小麦蛋白0.1kg、水解胶原蛋白0.2kg;
乳化剂1kg,其中:鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚0.5kg、硬脂醇聚醚0.5kg;
植物油脂2.1kg,其中:鳄梨油0.5kg、小麦胚芽油0.1kg、乳木果油份1.5kg;
阳离子聚合物调理剂1kg,其中:0.5kg聚季铵盐-37,0.5kg聚季铵盐-39;
泛醇0.2kg;
乙醇5kg;
植物提取物0.5kg,全部为芦荟提取液;
硅油润发调理剂2.5kg,其中:聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5kg、环聚二甲基硅氧烷1kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇1kg;

去离子水80kg;
上述原料配制的总质量为100.7kg,原料称取准备完毕后,具体的制备方法如下:
步骤一、将增稠剂加入去离子水中,充分搅拌至完全分散均匀;为保证效率,可直接将将去离子水加入分散机中,设定搅拌速度为1200~1800r/min,边搅拌边将增稠剂加入水中,充分搅拌使其完全分散均匀;
步骤二、将步骤一所得到的混合物转移至反应釜,然后加入水溶性保湿剂、泛醇、阳离子聚合物调理剂搅拌,并加热至65-85℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤三、将乳化剂、硅油润发调理剂、植物油脂单独混合,并加热至65-85℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、将步骤三所得到的混合物加入反应釜中,与步骤二所得到的混合物混合,进行均质与保温,然后降温至40-45℃。
步骤六、向步骤四得到的混合物中加入植物提取物、乙醇、蛋白调理剂、赋香剂,搅拌混合均匀,经检测合格后,即得得到免洗蛋白滋养润发乳。
本实施例所制备的免洗蛋白滋养润发乳,蕴含多种蛋白成分,植物油脂、泛醇、阳离子聚合物给予发丝多重呵护:舒柔、滋润、顺滑,是一款温和的润发乳,柔润发丝,呵护头发,让头发散发光泽而且顺滑易梳理。
实施例2
本实施例也是制备一种免洗蛋白滋养润发乳,按如下质量值称取原料:
水溶性保湿剂10.4kg,其中:甘油4kg,丁二醇4kg,戊二醇1.2kg、己二醇1.2kg;
增稠剂2.2kg,其中:卡波姆0.6kg、羟乙基纤维素1.6kg;
中和剂1.2kg,全部为单乙醇胺;
蛋白调理剂1.2kg,其中:椰油酰基水解角蛋白0.2kg、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解角蛋白0.2kg、蚕丝胶蛋白0.4kg、水解胶原蛋白0.4kg;
乳化剂2.6kg,其中:鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚1.4kg、硬脂醇聚醚1.2kg;
植物油脂5kg,其中:鳄梨油1.2kg、小麦胚芽油0.4kg、乳木果油份3.4kg;
阳离子聚合物调理剂3kg,全部为聚季铵盐-37;
泛醇0.6kg;
乙醇9kg;
植物提取物2.6kg,其中:芦荟提取液1kg,金缕梅提取液1.6kg;
硅油润发调理剂4.4kg,其中:聚二甲基硅氧烷2.4kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇2kg;
赋香剂0.4kg,全部为日化香精;
去离子水160kg;
上述原料配制的总质量为202.6kg,原料称取准备完毕后,具体的制备方法如下:
步骤一、将增稠剂加入去离子水中,充分搅拌至完全分散均匀;为保证效率,可直接将将去离子水加入分散机中,设定搅拌速度为1200~1800r/min,边搅拌边将增稠剂加入水中,充分搅拌使其完全分散均匀;
步骤二、将步骤一所得到的混合物转移至反应釜,然后加入水溶性保湿剂、泛醇、阳离子聚合物调理剂搅拌,并加热至65-85℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤三、将乳化剂、硅油润发调理剂、植物油脂单独混合,并加热至65-85℃,搅拌均匀;
步骤四、将步骤三所得到的混合物加入反应釜中,与步骤二所得到的混合物混合,进行均质与保温,然后降温至40-45℃。
步骤六、向步骤四得到的混合物中加入植物提取物、乙醇、蛋白调理剂、赋香剂,搅拌混合均匀,经检测合格后,即得得到免洗蛋白滋养润发乳。
实施例3
本实施例也是制备一种免洗蛋白滋养润发乳,按如下质量值称取原料:
水溶性保湿剂15.3kg,其中:丁二醇9kg,戊二醇4.5kg、己二醇1.8kg;
增稠剂2.7kg,其中:卡波姆1.8kg、羟乙基纤维素0.9kg;
中和剂2.7kg,全部为单乙醇胺;
蛋白调理剂5.1kg,其中:椰油酰基水解角蛋白0.3kg、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解角蛋白0.3kg、蚕丝胶蛋白1.5kg、水解小麦蛋白1.5、水解胶原蛋白1.5kg;
乳化剂3.3kg,其中:鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚1.8kg、硬脂醇聚醚1.5kg;
植物油脂6.3kg,其中:鳄梨油1.5kg、小麦胚芽油0.3kg、乳木果油份4.5kg;
阳离子聚合物调理剂6kg,其中:4.5kg聚季铵盐-37,1.5kg聚季铵盐-39;
泛醇1.2kg;
乙醇15kg;
植物提取物1.8kg,全部为芦荟提取液;
硅油润发调理剂9kg,其中:聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5kg、环聚二甲基硅氧烷4.5kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇3kg;
赋香剂1.5kg,全部为薰衣草精油;
去离子水240kg;
上述原料配制的总质量为310kg,原料称取准备完毕后,具体的制备方法如下:
步骤一、将增稠剂加入去离子水中,充分搅拌至完全分散均匀;为保证效率,可直接将将去离子水加入分散机中,设定搅拌速度为1200~1800r/min,边搅拌边将增稠剂加入水中,充分搅拌使其完全分散均匀;

步骤四、将步骤三所得到的混合物加入反应釜中,与步骤二所得到的混合物混合,进行均质与保温,然后降温至40-45℃。
步骤六、向步骤四得到的混合物中加入植物提取物、乙醇、蛋白调理剂、赋香剂,搅拌混合均匀,经检测合格后,即得得到免洗蛋白滋养润发乳。

实施例4
本实施例为针对上述实施例制得的免洗蛋白滋养润发乳进行安全性评价,参照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)对制得的免洗护发素的卫生、化学、感官、理化指标进行检验,实验结果见表1。经检验,本发明实施例1-3的免洗发膜的卫生化学、微生物、毒理学指标均符合《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)的要求。

实施例5
本实施例是针对上述实施例制得的免洗蛋白滋养润发乳进行贮存稳定性测试,包括冷热试验与室温放置试验,具体如下:
冷热试验:将实施例1-3所制得的产品放入透明密封玻璃瓶中,于零下10℃冰箱冷藏3个月,观察无变质现象;于48℃恒温箱三个月,无分层和油水分离现象;香气无明显变化。
室温放置试验:密封容器室温放置1年,各项理化指标无变化,无油水分离,变质现象。
实施例6
本实施例是针对上述实施例制得的免洗蛋白滋养润发乳进行安全毒理评估试验,实验数据如表2。本发明的样品经刺激性实验验证:均无刺激和过敏反应。

实施例7
本实施例是针对上述实施例制得的免洗蛋白滋养润发乳进行润发效果试验,具体为选择120名测试人员使用,120名测试人员平均分为3组测试组,每组40名,3组测试组分别使用实施例1~3的免洗蛋白滋养润发乳,每名测试人员每天使用一次,连续使用两周次,测试人员根据使用感受进行打分,每组取平均值得到测试结果,测试结果见表3。
其中,干发梳理性(1~5分)、干发手感(1~5分)、保湿性(1~5分)、抗静电效果 (1~5分)、光泽度(1~5分)、光泽度(1~5分)、分叉修复效果(1~5分),分值越高效果越好。

将上述实施例制备所得的免洗蛋白滋养润发乳与国内市面上针对染烫修复发质的畅销免洗润发乳品牌按照上述双盲测试比较方法进行比较。经比较本发明实施例1-3制备得到的免洗蛋白润发乳的各性能指标均优于市场上知名品牌热销产品。此外,还将所制备的免洗蛋白滋养润发乳送理发店和社会人群适用,满意度达95%以上,对头发损伤严重者,具有较好的修复效果,而且免洗,方便快捷。

1.一种免洗蛋白滋养润发乳,其特征在于,所述润发乳按如下质量值称取原料:水溶性保湿剂6.1kg、增稠剂0.8kg、中和剂0.5kg、蛋白调理剂0.7kg、乳化剂1kg、植物油脂2.1kg、阳离子聚合物调理剂1kg、泛醇0.2kg、乙醇5kg、植物提取物0.5kg、硅油润发调理剂2.5kg、赋香剂0.3kg和去离子水80kg;
所述水溶性保湿剂由甘油2kg、丁二醇3kg、戊二醇0.5kg和己二醇0.6kg组成;
所述增稠剂由卡波姆0.6kg和羟乙基纤维素0.2kg组成;
所述中和剂为单乙醇胺;
所述蛋白调理剂由椰油酰基水解角蛋白0.1kg、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解角蛋白0.1kg、蚕丝胶蛋白0.2kg、水解小麦蛋白0.1kg和水解胶原蛋白0.2kg组成;
所述乳化剂由鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚0.5kg和硬脂醇聚醚0.5kg组成;

所述水溶性保湿剂由甘油4kg、丁二醇4kg、戊二醇1.2kg和己二醇1.2kg组成;
所述增稠剂由卡波姆0.6kg和羟乙基纤维素1.6kg组成;
所述中和剂为单乙醇胺;
所述蛋白调理剂由椰油酰基水解角蛋白0.2kg、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解角蛋白0.2kg、蚕丝胶蛋白0.4kg和水解胶原蛋白0.4kg组成;

所述水溶性保湿剂由丁二醇9kg、戊二醇4.5kg和己二醇1.8kg组成;
所述增稠剂由卡波姆1.8kg和羟乙基纤维素0.9kg组成;
所述中和剂为单乙醇胺;
