Abstract

本发明属于日用化学工业品技术领域，具体公开了一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素。其由季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂、海甘蓝籽油、水解胶原、去屑剂、抑菌剂和库拉索芦荟鲜汁组成。本发明整体配方温和无刺激；而且富含库拉索芦荟活性成分，其与海甘蓝籽油、水解胶原和去屑剂配合，在满足护发基本功能的同时，能大大提高头发的干梳和湿梳性能，有效修复受损发质和减少头屑生成；滋养头发毛囊，并会形成薄薄的保护膜，保护头发免于烫染碱性刺激和界面活性剂的伤害；还有，能持久保持头发湿润光滑，赋予头发天然的光泽和护发的柔润效果。

本发明属于日用化学工业品技术领域，具体涉及一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素。
背景技术
随着生活水平的日益提高，人们对日化产品如护发素的要求也越来越高，即除能满足基本的护发功能外，还对护发素提出了头发滋养、改善头发梳理性和光泽性等多方面的功能需求。
库拉索芦荟是一种多年生常绿草本植物，其蕴含75种元素，与人体细胞所需物质几乎完全吻合，有着明显的保健价值，被人们荣称为“神奇植物”、“家庭药箱”。库拉索芦荟中含的多糖和多种维生素对人体皮肤有良好的营养、滋润、增白作用，具有使皮肤收敛、柔软化、保湿、消炎、漂白的性能。此外，库拉索芦荟的活性成分具有解除硬化、角化、改善伤痕的作用，不仅能防止小皱纹、眼袋、皮肤松弛，还能保持皮肤湿润、娇嫩，库拉索芦荟的蒽醌类化合物，能够保护人体毛发免受紫外线的伤害，并能促进头部皮肤血液循环，有助于毛发的生长。因此，有必要开发一系列富含库拉索芦荟活性成分的护发素，以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的状况，提供一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素。
为达到上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素，按质量百分比计算，由如下组分组成：

作为优选，所述季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂为葡聚糖羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
作为优选，所述去屑剂由苦参碱、丁香酸、白鲜皮和水溶辛酰甘氨酸混合而成。进一步，所述苦参碱、丁香酸、白鲜皮和水溶辛酰甘氨酸的混合比例是：1:1:1:0.5。
作为优选，所述抑菌剂为卡松-CG水溶液。
作为优选，所述库拉索芦荟鲜汁采用台山美环健芦荟制品有限公司生产的库拉索芦荟鲜汁。
本发明所述的一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素，整体配方温和无刺激；而且富含库拉索芦荟活性成分，其与海甘蓝籽油、水解胶原和去屑剂配合，在满足护发基本功能的同时，能大大提高头发的干梳和湿梳性能，有效修复受损发质和减少头屑生成；滋养头发毛囊，并会形成薄薄的保护膜，保护头发免于烫染碱性刺激和界面活性剂的伤害；还有，能持久保持头发湿润光滑，赋予头发天然的光泽和护发的柔润效果。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素，由季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂、海甘蓝籽油、水解胶原、去屑剂、抑菌剂和库拉索芦荟鲜汁组成。其中：
所述的季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂为葡聚糖羟丙基三甲基氯化铵，其在护发素中的质量百分比含量为20-30％。
所述的海甘蓝籽油为天然化妆品原料，从国外原装进口(如英国)购得，其在护发素中的质量百分比含量为2-6％。
所述的水解胶原英文名为：Collagen hydrolyzates，CAS号为：92113-31-0。其在护发素中的质量百分比含量为1.5-2.0％。
所述的去屑剂由苦参碱、丁香酸、白鲜皮和水溶辛酰甘氨酸按1:1:1:0.5的混合比例混合而成，其在护发素中的质量百分比含量为2.5-3.0％。
所述的抑菌剂采用卡松-CG水溶液，其在护发素中的质量百分比含量为0.05-0.1％。
所述的库拉索芦荟鲜汁采用台山美环健芦荟制品有限公司生产的库拉索芦荟鲜汁。
本发明所述的一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素，按照现有常规的洗发液制备工艺制备，在此不再赘述。
实施例1-4
以下实施例旨在说明本发明而不是对本发明的进一步限定。除非特别说明，本发明的所有百分数都以组合物的质量百分含量计算，所有比例均为质量百分比。

上述实施例1-4按《QB/T 1975-2013护发素》的要求进行检验，其各项指标均符合标准要求。
将上述实施例1-4的配方分别配制成四款测试样品，并委托台山某市场调查公司进行产品试用调查。该市场调查公司招募了的100名烫发并有头屑困扰的女性试用者，并分成4组分别对各款测试样品进行试用，试用要求是每次用洗发水洗头后使用护发素，持续一个月。测试结果为：四款测试样品的总满意度都在96％以上，且普遍反应配方温和，对头部皮肤基本无刺激性，头发干梳和湿梳均易于梳理，头屑现象明显减少，头发湿润光滑持久时间长，且富有天然光泽。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素，其特征在于，所述去屑剂由苦参碱、丁香酸、白鲜皮和水溶辛酰甘氨酸混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素，其特征在于，所述苦参碱、丁香酸、白鲜皮和水溶辛酰甘氨酸的混合比例是：1:1:1:0.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素，其特征在于，所述抑菌剂为卡松-CG水溶液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无刺激的芦荟去屑护发素，其特征在于，所述库拉索芦荟鲜汁采用台山美环健芦荟制品有限公司生产的库拉索芦荟鲜汁。
