背景技术
健康的头发表层覆盖有一层由一组完整毛鳞片及自然分泌的油脂构成的天然保护膜,这层天然保护膜易被过多洗涤、阳光曝晒以及烫发、染发等不良因素破坏,导致皮层水分流失,使头发干枯,造成头发失去弹性和柔软性。为了修护头发毛鳞片,补充失去的天然营养和水份,重建头发保护膜,令干枯的头发重获滋润,护发素逐渐成为了日常洗护中的必用品。
护发素的主要作用部位是头发,但使用时护发素难免会接触到头皮。现有的护发素大多含强酸性阳离子表面活性剂刺激成分,含有强酸性阳离子表面活性剂刺激性成分,接触到头皮后容易产生头皮致敏性,严重者会导致头痒、头屑甚至头皮痘痘,长期使用会损伤头皮,此外,当护发素不慎入眼时,对眼睛刺激性较大。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种温和可接触头皮的护发素,采用温和配方,能护发养发,还不会刺激头皮和眼睛。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种温和可接触头皮的护发素的制备方法,其制备方法简单,各项原料加入步骤合理,能保证各种有效成分不会失活。
本申请解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
一方面,本申请实施例提供一种温和可接触头皮的护发素,按质量百分比计,其包括以下原料:
A组分:羟乙基纤维素0.1-3%和甘油0.5-4%;
B组分:鲸蜡硬脂醇1.0-7.0%、双-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-5%、山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺0.5-5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-4%;

另一方面,本申请实施例提供一种温和可接触头皮的护发素的制备方法,其包括:
步骤S1,在乳化锅中加入部分水和A组分,分散均匀;步骤S2,原料溶解:开启蒸汽,升温至90±2℃;搅拌后保温;步骤S3,投入B组分,搅拌乳化均匀;步骤S4,降温至50±2℃,投入C组分,搅拌溶解;步骤S5,降温至45±2℃,投入D组分,搅拌溶解;步骤S6,降温至40±2℃,过滤出料。

羟乙基纤维素,是一种常用的纤维素醚类有机水性合成高分子胶,常作为增稠剂使用,属于水溶性非离子型化合物,对水有良好的稠化能力,在化妆品中作皮肤调理剂、成膜剂和抗氧化剂使用。
甘油,学名称为丙三醇,是一种无色透明粘稠液体,无臭,味甜。它是化妆品中使用最早,应用普遍的保湿剂。甘油分子中含有三个-OH,与水分子形成氢键,将水束缚住,起到良好的吸湿保湿作用。并对人体皮肤及毛发有明显的滋润作用,可增加化妆品中其它组分的溶解性。具有给皮肤角质层及头发毛鳞片组织补充水分,调节肌肤生理的作用,能保持肌肤健康,并提高使用感。
鲸蜡硬脂醇,属于脂肪醇,该成分能帮助产品更容易渗透到毛发中,也作为乳化剂使用,使产品更易涂抹。
双-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷在本申请的护发素中作为柔润剂使用。
山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺为抗静电剂、乳化剂。添加后,能够抗静电,减少头发静电的产生,并代替西曲氯铵等强酸性阳离子表面活性剂,对整个体系的温和性有很重要的作用。
聚二甲基硅氧烷又称为二甲基硅油,是一种液体混合物,由一系列以三甲基硅氧烷为末端的,含不同单位个数的二甲基硅氧烷单元的聚合物组成,属于有机硅聚合物,是最常用的硅基有机化合物。其可以帮助头发保持自然光泽,对皮肤基本无刺激作用。
迷迭香提取物,主要成分为迷迭香酚、鼠尾草酚和鼠尾草酸,这几种主要成分都具有极好的抗氧化性能,同时也有一定的抗炎和收敛的作用。此外,迷迭香能增加细胞分裂和扩张血管,能够促进血液循环,刺激头发再生,还具有控油去屑、改善发质和头皮环境的功效。
羟丙基三甲基氯化铵水解胶原为抗静电、头发调理剂、皮肤调理剂。
水解小麦蛋白,是以小麦种提取的蛋白质为原料,采用水解技术手段对小麦蛋白的结构加以改造,获得多肽组分。蛋白质经水解后,主要产物是各种氨基酸和多肽,能促进机体快速和多途径的吸收,是一种优质安全的新型蛋白质原料。头发由蛋白质组成,水解小麦蛋白可以能深入发梢,为干枯发质提供养分,柔顺亮发,改善受损发质,使头发易于梳理。
水解角蛋白是由胶原蛋白多肽(蛋白质)经酶工程精制而成,主要成分是胶原蛋白水解的多肽,多肽具有多种人体代谢和生理调节功能,易于消化吸收,可促进头皮位置的恢复和修复,提高毛囊口位置的增殖,避免毛囊口位置的损伤。还能改善头皮屑或头皮瘙痒。
月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解小麦蛋白,又称季铵化水解小麦蛋白,由小麦蛋白经酶特殊水解得到多肽,产品中既含适量的多肽,又含未全部水解得醇溶蛋白。对头发有很强的附着性和护理性能较好,而水解蛋白对毛发有很好的亲和作用,未水解的小麦蛋白,能形成蛋白膜,且性质温和无刺激。季铵化水解蛋白既具有蛋白质等天然类物的调理性,又具有季铵盐的吸附性,能和同类脂物相联,补充头发蛋白和类脂物的损失,由于具有阳离子的属性和良好稳定的水溶性以形成乳液,形成的泡沫细腻稳定。可增进头发的光亮度、顺爽性。具有以下功效:1.使头发滑爽,有光泽,易于梳理,丰满有生机;2.具有优良的保湿能力,明显增加头发组织的湿润度;3.增泡、稳泡、抗沉淀作用,对改善头发的湿梳理性和干后柔软性及爽滑性极佳;4.修复受损发质,增加湿洗手感。
水解蚕丝一种由蚕丝纤维获得的肽溶液,通过用稀酸降低蚕丝蛋白的分子量获得。水解蚕丝是一种与人体皮肤或其他组织非常相似的硬蛋白,因此与毛发和皮肤表面具有良好的亲和力。在湿润的状态下可粘附在头发上,提升发丝柔顺度和保湿度。
蚕丝提取物能够在头发上形成一层保护膜,能防止营养流失,提高头发的梳理性能,还能够为头发补充氨基酸营养,使头发恢复弹性和韧性。
库拉索芦荟叶提取物,能够消炎抗菌,可以改善头皮环境,并为头发提供营养。在本申请的护发素中,其主要作为抗敏舒缓剂,降低产品的刺激性。
油橄榄果中含丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,是所有油脂最高的,此外还含有大量维生素A,维生素B,维生素D,维生素E,维生素K以及抗氧化物,这些都是人体必需的营养元素。用橄榄油抹头发,所含的维生素E能帮助头发提亮光泽,减少脱发,使用在发梢能防止头发分叉,还能养护已经分叉的头发。除此之外,橄榄油抹头发还可以防止头发油,头皮屑等现象出现可以为头发提供滋养的成分,起到很好的护发效果。
牛油果树果脂中的脂肪酸能调理和强化头发,改善头皮和头发状况。其富含维生素、蛋白质、氨基酸等,这些化合物对保持头发健康和促进头发生长起着重要作用。此外,其还能为头发和头皮提供营养,恢复头皮活力,促进头发生长。
水解大米蛋白作抗静电剂、头发调理剂和皮肤调理剂使用。它是从水解大米中提取的蛋白质通过蛋白质分解酶的加水分解处理后,调配得到的蛋白质分解精华,富含氨基酸等物质,能够促进纤维芽细胞产生胶原。能在发挥高效保湿功能的同时,抑制细菌增殖。
酸橙油含有酸类物质,能有效去除死细胞,其富含维生素C和维生素E等,能护发养发。此外,酸橙油气味芳香,能够增加护发素的香气。
防腐剂能够预防或延缓微生物生长,防止护发素腐坏变质,有效延长护发素的保质期。
螯合剂在护发素中起到稳定作用,对抗菌体系、抗氧化体系和防腐体系有一定协同增效作用。EDTA二钠是一种耐受性较好的螯合剂,不易引起过敏反应。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述防腐剂采用对羟基苯乙酮、苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘谜、羟苯甲酯和羟苯丙酯中的一种或多种。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇和羟苯甲酯的混合物。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述pH调节剂为柠檬酸。
柠檬酸在化妆品中主要作为螯合剂、缓冲剂、酸碱调节剂,还可作为天然防腐剂使用。柠檬酸可以消除头皮上多余的油脂,打开堵塞的毛囊,保持头皮健康。在本产品中,其主要用于调节体系的pH值,使体系的pH值呈中性。
综上所述,迷迭香提取物、水解小麦蛋白、水解角蛋白、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解小麦蛋白、蚕丝提取物、库拉索芦荟叶提取物能够为甘谷发质提供营养,柔顺亮发,改善受损发质,水解蚕丝能够提升发丝柔顺度和保湿度,油橄榄果油、牛油果树果脂、水解大米蛋白和酸橙油能够有效调理和强韧头发,抑制细菌增殖,协同其他成分,有效改善头发梳理性能和提高头发光泽度,达到护发养发的效果。并以山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺代替西曲氯铵等强酸性阳离子表面活性剂,成分更加温和,当不慎接触到头皮和眼睛时,不会刺激头皮和眼睛。

A组分:羟乙基纤维素0.5%和甘油3%;
B组分:鲸蜡硬脂醇5%、双-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷3%、山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%;
C组分:迷迭香提取物1%、羟丙基三甲基氯化铵水解胶原0.5%、水解小麦蛋白0.5%、水解角蛋白0.5%、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解小麦蛋白0.5%、水解蚕丝0.5%、蚕丝提取物0.5%、库拉索芦荟叶提取物1%、油橄榄果油1%、牛油果树果脂1%、水解大米蛋白1%、酸橙油1%、EDTA二钠0.1%和柠檬酸0.1%;
D组分:羟苯甲酯0.01%和苯氧乙醇0.2%,余量为水。

步骤S1,在乳化锅中加入部分水和A组分,分散均匀;步骤S2,原料溶解:开启蒸汽,升温至90±2℃;搅拌后保温;步骤S3,投入B组分,搅拌乳化均匀;步骤S4,降温至50±2℃,投入C组分,搅拌溶解;步骤S5,降温至45±2℃,投入D组分,搅拌溶解;步骤S6,降温至40±2℃,过滤出料。

通过上述步骤制备的护发素,根据原料的特性,多次降温,分别加料,保证了原料的有效成分不因高温失活。

实施例1-2的制备方法为:
步骤S1,在乳化锅中加入部分水和A组分,分散均匀;步骤S2,原料溶解:开启蒸汽,升温至90℃;搅拌,搅拌的转速为20RPM,保温30min;步骤S3,投入B组分,搅拌乳化均匀,搅拌的转速为15RPM;步骤S4,降温至50℃,投入C组分,搅拌,搅拌的转速为15RPM,溶解;步骤S5,降温至45℃,投入D组分,搅拌,搅拌的转速为15RPM,溶解;步骤S6,降温至40℃,采用500目双层滤布进行过滤,出料。

实验例1
1.试验目的及原理
1.1试验目的
为了验证实施例3提供的护发素的护发功效,将实施例3制得的护发素送到英格尔检测技术服务(上海)有限公司进行检测。通过采用仪器测试经空白对照和样品处理过的对应组别发束,对空白对照组和样品组的头发梳理性能和光泽度进行数据统计分析,从而评价使用该产品后的头发梳理性能和光泽度,为产品功效宣称提供依据。
1.2试验方法及原理
1.2.1头发梳理性能测试
头发的梳理性是检验洗发护发产品护理效果的一项重要指标,指用梳子梳理头发时所受到的阻力大小,发质受损会增加头发纤维之间的摩擦和卷曲程度,使头发更难梳理,而通过使用洗护产品则可以降低头发之间的摩擦力,使头发更容易梳理。
1.2.2头发光泽度测试
头发的光泽度是头发外形美容体现的重要参数,其主要受头发表面的清洁及受损程度影响,健康头发的毛小皮单元如鳞片般的呈规则排列,当头发受到光照射时,一部分光会进入头发纤维内部,另一部分光会在毛小皮表面发生反射或折射,通过反射光线导致发束呈高亮度。通过对头发光泽度的测定可以来评价洗护产品的护理功效。

4.试验方案
4.1方案设计
选取20束相同的健康黑发扁平发東(15cm*1.5cm*2g),分为2组,样品组10束,空白对照组10束。
光泽度测试时间点:样品处理前、样品处理后。
测试参数:头发湿梳理力,湿梳总功,头发光泽度。
4.2试验时间
2022年04月08日至2022年04月08日
4.3环境条件
试验过程中仪器测试等环节都在温度为21.0±1.0℃、相对湿度为50.0±10.0%RH的环境条件下进行。
4.4样品处理方法
作用部位:头发。
处理方法:用水润湿发束后,取适量样品均匀涂于湿发上,按摩3分钟后用水冲洗干净。
5.试验方法
5.1头发预处理
准备20束头发,分为2组,样品组10束,空白对照组10束,水温37.0±2.0℃,润湿发束,取1mL 10%SLES均匀涂抹,轻轻揉搓至丰富泡沫1min,对头发表面油污进行去除,在恒定流速下冲洗,待冲洗干净后,平板窄齿梳两面各梳10遍,将发東悬挂在恒温恒湿室平衡,自然晾干。使用仪器测量每束发束的光泽度参数值(处理前),并记录。
5.2头发梳理性能测试
5.2.1湿梳测试
空白对照组测试:取10東头发,水温37.0±2.0℃,恒定流速下用水冲洗,待冲洗干净后,轻轻用手擦拭。
样品组测试:取10束头发,水温37.0±2.0℃,润湿发束,取适量样品均匀涂抹,轻轻揉搓3min,恒定流速下用水冲洗,待冲洗干净后,轻轻用手擦拭。
将发束安装在仪器上固定好进行湿梳测试,每束发東测试1次,调整仪器参数,位移为150mm,梳理速度为100mm/min,并记录数据。
5.3头发光泽度测试
头发梳理性能测试后,使用平板窄齿梳将头发两面各梳10遍,然后进行头发光泽度测试。将空白对照组和样品组的发束使用仪器测量光泽度参数值(处理后),并记录。
5.4试验仪器
5.4.1 XJ801型头发梳理仪,上海湘杰仪器仪表科技有限公司,中国,每半年按照仪器生产厂家提供的方法进行校准。
1)头发梳理测试
用XJ801型头发梳理仪进行头发湿梳试验5.4.2探头Skin-Glossymeter GL200,CK,德国,均为直接接触头发的手持式测试探头,每半年按照仪器生产厂家提供的方法进行校准。
头发光泽度测试:用探头Skin-Glossymeter GL200分别测量各个发束光泽度。

6.结果评价
样品处理后,仪器测试护发的各自参数变化结果,样品组与空白对照组相比有显著改善(P<0.05),则认定试验产品有护发功效。
7.数据分析
应用SPSS进行数据的统计分析。对测试数据进行正态分布检验,正态性检验渐进显著性(双侧)P>0.05,计量数据表示为均值±标准差。如测试数据服从正态分布,组内自身前后比较采用配对t检验,组间比较采用独立样本t检验:如测试数据为非正态分布,则采用秩和检验方法进行统计分析。
8.试验结果

P<0.05,与空白对照组相比,样品处理后有显著性差异。

试验结果如表2所示,与空白对照组相比,样品处理后,头发湿梳理力、湿梳总功分别显著降低51.81%、50.00%,说明用样品处理过的发束梳理程度要优于空白对照组的发束,具有改善头发梳理性能的功效。头发光泽度显著增高50.66%,明用样品处理过的发束光泽度要优于空白对照组的发样,具有提高头发光泽度的功效。
结论:该样品能够显著改善头发梳理性能和提高头发光泽度。
实验例2
为了验证本申请实施例3制得的护发素的温和性和安全性,以实施例3制得的护发素为受试物,将其送往第三方检测机构进行检测。
1.封闭型斑贴试验:参照《化妆品安全技术规范2015》进行。按受试者入选标准选择参加试验的人员30名,选用面积为30mm2、深度为1mm的合格斑试器材,将受试物用低致敏胶带贴敷于受试者的前臂曲侧,分别于去除受试物斑试器0.5h、24h、48h后观察皮肤反应。对照孔为空白对照。
皮肤封闭型斑贴试验结果解释:30例受试者中若出现1级皮肤不良反应的人数多于5例,或2级皮肤不良反应的人数多于2例(除臭产品斑贴试验2级反应的人数多于5例),或出现任何1例3级或3级以上皮肤不良反应时,判定受试物对人体有皮肤不良反应。

结果如表2所示,0.5h和24h时,30名志愿者皮肤均为阴性反应。表明受试物满足相关要求,无皮肤不良反应。
2.重复性开放型涂抹试验:按受试者入选标准选择参加试验的人员30名,以前臂屈侧作为受试部位,面积3×3cm2,将受试物约0.050-0.005g/次、每天2次均匀地涂于受试部位,连续7天,同时观察皮肤反应。对照孔为空白对照。

如表3所示,30名志愿者皮肤均为阴性反应。表明受试物满足相关要求,对人体皮肤没有不良反应。
3.封闭型斑贴试验(敏感肌人群):参照《化妆品安全技术规范2015》进行。受试者均为敏感肌人群,其余步骤均与试验1和2相同。

敏感肌人群封闭型斑贴试验结果如表4,24h和48h时,有一位患者出现1级皮肤反应,没有患者出现2级及以上皮肤反应,受试物满足相关要求。

敏感肌人群重复性开放型涂抹试验结果如表5,7d时,有1位志愿者出现皮肤1级反应,没有患者出现2级及以上皮肤反应,受试物满足相关要求。
4.人体安全试用试验:参照《化妆品安全技术规范2015》进行。按受试者入选标准选择自愿受试者30例,每周使用受试物3次,洗发后将(30g)受试物涂抹于头发,停留3分钟,再用清水洗去。每周1次观察或电话随访受试者皮肤反应,试用时间为7周。

结果如表6,经过7周的试用,没有志愿者出现皮肤反应,表明受试物满足相关要求。
5.敏感肌试用试验:参照《化妆品安全技术规范2015》进行。按受试者入选标准选择自愿受试者(敏感肌人群)30例,其与步骤均与试验3相同。

结果如表7,经过7周的试用,仅有1名志愿者出现1级皮肤反应,没有志愿者出现2级及以上皮肤反应,满足相关要求,表明受试物较安全,敏感肌也适用。
综上所述,本申请提供一种温和可接触头皮的护发素,迷迭香提取物、水解小麦蛋白、水解角蛋白、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解小麦蛋白、蚕丝提取物、库拉索芦荟叶提取物能够为甘谷发质提供营养,柔顺亮发,改善受损发质,水解蚕丝能够提升发丝柔顺度和保湿度,油橄榄果油、牛油果树果脂、水解大米蛋白和酸橙油能够有效调理和强韧头发,抑制细菌增殖,协同其他成分,有效改善头发梳理性能和提高头发光泽度,达到护发养发的效果。并以山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺代替等强酸性阳离子表面活性剂,成分温和,当不慎接触到头皮和眼睛时,不会刺激头皮和眼睛。
本申请还提供一种温和可接触头皮的护发素的制备方法,根据原料的特性,多次降温,分别加料,保证了原料的有效成分不因高温失活。

Claims (10)
1.一种温和可接触头皮的护发素,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,其包括以下原料:
A组分:羟乙基纤维素0.1-3%和甘油0.5-4%;
B组分:鲸蜡硬脂醇1.0-7.0%、双-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-5%、山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺0.5-5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-4%;
C组分:迷迭香提取物0.1-3%、羟丙基三甲基氯化铵水解胶原0.05-1%、水解小麦蛋白0.01-0.5%、水解角蛋白0.01-0.5%、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解小麦蛋白0.01-0.5%、水解蚕丝0.01-0.5%、蚕丝提取物0.01-0.5%、库拉索芦荟叶提取物0.1-20%、油橄榄果油0.01-3%、牛油果树果脂0.01-3%、水解大米蛋白0.01-2%、酸橙油0.01-3%、EDTA二钠0.01-0.15%、防腐剂0.1-0.2%和酸碱调节剂0.01-0.2%和;
D组分:防腐剂0.1-2%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温和可接触头皮的护发素,其特征在于,所述防腐剂采用对羟基苯乙酮、苯氧乙醇、氯苯甘谜、羟苯甲酯和羟苯丙酯中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的温和可接触头皮的护发素,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯氧乙醇和羟苯甲酯的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的温和可接触头皮的护发素,其特征在于,所述酸碱调节剂为柠檬酸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的温和可接触头皮的护发素,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,其包括以下原料:
A组分:羟乙基纤维素0.5%和甘油3%;
B组分:鲸蜡硬脂醇5%、双-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷3%、山嵛酰胺丙基二甲胺3%、聚二甲基硅氧烷2%;
C组分:迷迭香提取物1%、羟丙基三甲基氯化铵水解胶原0.5%、水解小麦蛋白0.5%、水解角蛋白0.5%、月桂基二甲基铵羟丙基水解小麦蛋白0.5%、水解蚕丝0.5%、蚕丝提取物0.5%、库拉索芦荟叶提取物1%、油橄榄果油1%、牛油果树果脂1%、水解大米蛋白1%、酸橙油1%、EDTA二钠0.1%和柠檬酸0.1%;
D组分:羟苯甲酯0.01%和苯氧乙醇0.2%;
余量为水。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的温和可接触头皮的护发素的制备方法,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
步骤S1,在乳化锅中加入水和A组分,分散均匀;
步骤S2,原料溶解:开启蒸汽,升温至90±2℃;搅拌后保温;
步骤S3,投入B组分,搅拌乳化均匀;
步骤S4,降温至50±2℃,投入C组分,搅拌溶解;
步骤S5,降温至45±2℃,投入D组分,搅拌溶解;
步骤S6,降温至40±2℃,过滤出料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的温和可接触头皮的护发素的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,搅拌的转速为20±5RPM。
8.根据权利要求6所述的温和可接触头皮的护发素的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,保温时间为25-35min。
9.根据权利要求6所述的温和可接触头皮的护发素的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3-步骤S5中,搅拌的转速为15±5RPM。
10.根据权利要求6所述的温和可接触头皮的护发素的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S6中,采用450-550目双层滤布进行过滤。
