Description
技术领域
本发明涉及母猪饲养技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
饲养企业饲养母猪的目的是用来产仔猪,猪是哺乳类动物之一,母猪产下的仔猪在生下来之后需要母猪的母乳进行喂养,所以母猪的母乳质量对仔猪的存活率影响尤为重要。
正常的母猪有10至12对乳头,用于喂养它产下的多个仔猪,然而在实际中发现,母猪的末端乳头喂养的仔猪成长得没有经常喝前面乳头奶水的仔猪存活得好,经过实验测量,末端得2至3对乳头挤出的奶水质量证实没有前面的乳头挤出的奶水质量高。
研究中发现,母猪母乳的质量与其胸腺血管系统和生殖系统的健康状况息息相关。因此,如何提高末端乳头的奶水质量,关键在于如何对母猪的胸腺血管系统和母猪生殖系统的健康状况进行检测和保养,从而使得末端奶水质量与前端奶水质量相差不明显,值得研究。
发明内容
一、首先对本发明中采用的中药材属性进行介绍:
赤小豆:种子供食用;入药,有行血补血、健脾去湿、利水消肿之效。其利尿通淋、除湿退黄之功应用历史悠久,成方较多,如《圣济总录》中赤小豆汤、《伤寒论》中麻黄连翘赤小豆汤、《圣惠方》中赤小豆散等。现代研究发现,其治疗急性肾炎、肝硬化腹水、水痘、腮腺炎、炎性外痔、皮肤病等疾病效果良好,同时还有抗氧化和雌激素样等多种作用。
王不留行:具有活血通经,下乳消肿,利尿通淋的功效。用于经闭,痛经,乳汁不下,乳痈肿痛,淋证涩痛。
通草:通草是五加科植物,通脱木的茎髓,它归肺胃经,它的功效主要就有清势利水、能够通乳还有淋症的涩痛、小便不利、水肿、黄疸、湿温病、小便短赤、产后乳少以及经闭和带下等情况。
用于通乳,包括产后乳少这些哺乳期这个妇女的乳汁不通这种情况,我们用通草的通乳的作用,我们可以对哺乳期的产后的妇女的乳汁减少的问题,包括乳痈,包括排乳不畅这种症状也进行很好的治疗。
路路通:用于关节痹痛,麻木痉挛,水肿胀满,乳少,经闭。
1、用于脘腹胀痛。路路通具通利之性,功能行气宽中而止痛,在临床上用于脘腹胀痛、大便不爽等症,可与木香、乌药、枳壳等同用。
2、用于风湿痹痛,用经不调。本品能活血通络,对妇女月经不调、月经量少而腹胀者,可与香附、茺蔚子等配伍;对风湿痹痛、腰腿酸痛、筋络拘挛等症,可与当归、川芎、独活、桑寄生等同用。
3.用于水肿、小便不利等症。本品有利水消肿的功效,用于水肿,可与茯苓皮、桑白皮、冬瓜皮等配伍。
杜仲:药用杜仲,即为杜仲科植物杜仲的干燥树皮,是中国名贵滋补药材。其味甘,性温。有补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、调理冲任、固经安胎的功效。可治疗肾阳虚引起的腰腿痛或酸软无力,肝气虚引起的胞胎不固,阴囊湿痒等症。在《神农本草经》中被列为上品。
现代研究杜仲具有清除体内垃圾,加强人体细胞物质代谢,防止肌肉骨骼老化,平衡人体血压,分解体内胆固醇,降低体内脂肪,恢复血管弹性,利尿清热,广谱抗菌,兴奋中枢神经,提高白血球药理作用。
泽兰:泽兰,中药名。为唇形科植物毛叶地瓜儿苗Lycopus lucidusTurcz.vat.hirtus Regel的干燥地上部分。夏、秋二季茎叶茂盛时采割,晒干。分布于我国大部分地区。具有活血调经,祛瘀消痈,利水消肿之功效。用于月经不调,经闭,痛经,产后瘀血腹痛,疮痈肿毒,水肿腹水。
益母草:益母草,又名:蓷、茺蔚、坤草、九重楼、云母草、森蒂[1],拉丁学名:Leonurus artemisia(Laur.)S.Y.Hu F,为唇形科、益母草属植物,夏季开花。其干燥地上部分为常用中药,中国大部分地区均产,生用或熬膏用。一年或二年生草本全国大部分地区均有分布,生于山野荒地、田埂、草地等。在夏季生长茂盛花未全开时采摘,味辛苦、凉,活血、祛淤、调经、消水,治疗妇女月经不调,胎漏难产,胞衣不下,产后血晕,瘀血腹痛,崩中漏下,尿血、泻血,痈肿疮疡。
益母草有利尿消肿、收缩子宫作用的作用,是历代医家用来治疗妇科病的要药。
益母草可全草入药,有效成分为益母草素,益母草含益母草碱、水苏碱、益母草定、益母草宁等多种生物碱及苯甲酸、氯化钾等。
益母草制剂有兴奋动物子宫的作用,与脑垂体后叶素相似,益母草浸膏及煎剂对子宫有强而持久的兴奋作用,不但能增强其收缩力,同时能提高其紧张度和收缩率。
黄芪:是豆科黄耆属植物。多年生草本,高50-100厘米。主根肥厚,木质,常分枝,灰白色。茎直立,上部多分枝,有细棱,被白色柔毛。羽状复叶有13-27片小叶,长5-10厘米。总状花序稍密,有10-20朵花;总花梗与叶近等长或较长,至果期显著伸长。荚果薄膜质,稍膨胀,半椭圆形,果颈超出萼外;种子3-8颗。花期6-8月,果期7-9月。[1]
分布于俄罗斯和中国;在中国分布于东北、华北及西北,中国各地多有栽培。生长于林缘、灌丛或疏林下,亦见于山坡草地或草甸中。[1]
黄耆根可以入药,味甘,性微温,具补气固表、利尿、强心、降压、抗菌、托毒、排脓、生肌、加强毛细血管抵抗力、止汗和类性激素的功效,治表虚自汗、气虚内伤、脾虚泄泻、浮肿及痈疽等。
当归:当归,别名干归、秦哪、西当归、岷当归、金当归、当归身、涵归尾、文无、当归曲、土当归,多年生草本,高0.4-1米。花期6-7月,果期7-9月。
其根可入药,是最常用的中药之一。具有补气和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠、抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效。
党参:党参是《中国药典》收录的草药,草药来源为桔梗科植物党参、素花党参、或川党参等的干燥根。
党参味甘,性平。有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺,养血生津。用于脾肺气虚,食少倦怠,咳嗽虚喘,气血不足,面色萎黄,心悸气短,津伤口渴,内热消渴。懒言短气、四肢无力、食欲不佳、气虚、气津两虚、气血双亏以及血虚萎黄等症。但表证未解而中满邪实的不能用。该品功效与人参相似,惟药力薄弱。治一般虚证,可代替人参使用;虚脱重证,则仍用人参为宜。秋季采挖,洗净,晒干。
枸杞子:枸杞子,为茄科植物枸杞的成熟果实。夏、秋果实成熟时采摘,除去果柄,置阴凉处晾至果皮起皱纹后,再暴晒至外皮干硬、果肉柔软即得。遇阴雨可用微火烘干。
枸杞子具有多种保健功效,是卫生部批准的药食两用食物。适量食用有益健康,配合菊杞茶有清肝明目的效果。
女贞子:女贞子,中药材名。本品为木犀科植物女贞的果实。冬季果实成熟时采摘,除去枝叶晒干,或将果实略熏后,晒干;或置热水中烫过后晒干。
蒲公英:蒲公英,菊科,蒲公英属多年生草本植物。根圆锥状,表面棕褐色,皱缩,叶边缘有时具波状齿或羽状深裂,基部渐狭成叶柄,叶柄及主脉常带红紫色,花葶上部紫红色,密被蛛丝状白色长柔毛;头状花序,总苞钟状,瘦果暗褐色,长冠毛白色,花果期4~10月。
蒲公英别名黄花地丁、婆婆丁、华花郎等。菊科多年生草本植物。头状花序,种子上有白色冠毛结成的绒球,花开后随风飘到新的地方孕育新生命。
黄豆:大豆(学名:Glycine max(Linn.)Merr.)通称黄豆。为双子叶植物纲、豆科、大豆属的一年生草本,高30-90厘米。茎粗壮,直立,密被褐色长硬毛。叶通常具3小叶;托叶具脉纹,被黄色柔毛;叶柄长2-20厘米;小叶宽卵形,纸质;总状花序短的少花,长的多花;总花梗通常有5-8朵无柄、紧挤的花;苞片披针形,被糙伏毛;小苞片披针形,被伏贴的刚毛;花萼披针形,花紫色、淡紫色或白色,基部具瓣柄,翼瓣蓖状。荚果肥大,稍弯,下垂,黄绿色,密被褐黄色长毛;种子2-5颗,椭圆形、近球形,种皮光滑,有淡绿、黄、褐和黑色等多样。花期6-7月,果期7-9月。
原产中国,中国各地均有栽培,亦广泛栽培于世界各地。大豆是中国重要粮食作物之一,已有五千年栽培历史,古称菽,中国东北为主产区,是一种其种子含有丰富植物蛋白质的作物。大豆最常用来做各种豆制品、榨取豆油、酿造酱油和提取蛋白质。
芝麻:芝麻,又名脂麻、胡麻(学名:Sesamum indicum),是胡麻的籽种,一年生直立草本植物,高60-150厘米。它遍布世界上的热带地区以及部分温带地区。芝麻是中国主要油料作物之一,具有较高的应用价值。它的种子含油量高达55%。中国自古就有许多用芝麻和芝麻油制作的各色食品和美味佳肴,一直著称于世。
芝麻,被称为八谷之冠。芝麻是一种油料作物,榨取的油称为麻油、胡麻油、香油,特点是气味醇香,生用热用皆可。
鲫鱼:鲫鱼是我国最常见的淡水鱼类之一,生活在青藏高原地域以外的各大水系。鲫鱼是杂食性鱼类,食性广、适应性强、繁殖力强、抗病力强、生长快、对水温要求不高,便于养殖,是我国重要的养殖性鱼类。
鲫鱼主要是以植物为食的杂食性鱼,喜群集而行,择食而居。肉质细嫩,营养价值很高,每百克肉含蛋白质13克、脂肪11克,并含有大量的钙、磷、铁等矿物质。鲫鱼药用价值极高,其性平味甘,入胃、肾,具有和中补虚、除赢、温胃进食、补中生气之功效。
另外,鲫鱼还是一种重要的观赏性鱼类,美丽多姿的金鱼就是由鲫鱼演变而来。鲫鱼在我国养殖历史悠久。
二、发明内容
针对背景技术中提出的母猪末端乳头的奶水质量差的技术问题,本发明旨在从胸腺心血管系统和生殖系统两方面去考虑,在原料中加入胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂和生殖系统养生添加剂,对母猪的饲料改进,从而达到提高母猪末端乳头的奶水质量目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括如下组分:
原料 90-95份;
胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂 1-2份;
生殖系统养生添加剂 1-2份;
其中,胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂包括:野葛根、球百乳草、增乳果、当归、汉网草;
其中,生殖系统养生添加剂包括:赤小豆、王不留行、通草、路路通、杜仲、泽兰叶、益母草、黄芪、当归、党参、枸杞子、女贞子、蒲公英、黄豆、芝麻、鲫鱼粉。
通过上述技术方案,从胸腺心血管系统和生殖系统两方面去考虑,在原料中加入胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂和生殖系统养生添加剂,对母猪的饲料改进,母猪在食用该饲料后胸腺心血管系统和生殖系统更加健康,根据哺乳动物猪的生体结构,对奶水的质量提高大有帮助,从而达到提高母猪末端乳头的奶水质量目的,进而使得弱仔猪的比例大大减少。
本发明进一步设置为:原料包括玉米、膨化玉米、豆粕、发酵豆粕、鱼粉、乳清粉、面粉、红糖、葡萄糖、食盐、复合维生素预混料和复合微量元素预混料。
本发明进一步设置为:原料按重量配比包括35.6%-39.2%玉米、15%-20%膨化玉米、10%-12%豆粕、3-5%发酵豆粕、4%-6%鱼粉、8%-10%乳清粉、8%-10%面粉、0.2%-0.5%红糖、0.2%-0.8%葡萄糖、0.1%-0.5%食盐、0.1%-0.5%复合维生素预混料和0.1%-0.5%复合微量元素预混料。
本发明进一步设置为:原料的制备方法包括如下操作步骤:
(1)将红糖与膨化玉米按照质量比例混合,粉碎过3.0mm筛,获得混料A;
(2)将复合维生素预混料与部分玉米按质量比为1:10的比例混合,获得混料B;
(3)将复合微量元素预混料与部分玉米按质量比为1:10的比例混合,获得混料C;
(4)将混料A、混料B、混料C以及剩余的其它原料混合均匀即得原料。
本发明进一步设置为:胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂按重量配比包括:25%野葛根、25%球百乳草、增乳果、25%当归、25%汉网草。
本发明进一步设置为:(1)将配方量的野葛根、球百乳草、当归、汉网草送入熬制容器,加水5倍先浸泡,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制1.0-2小时,倒出头液;
(2)将剩余的药渣加水3倍,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制0.5-1.0小时,倒出二液;
(3)将头液和二液混合均匀后浓缩成原液;
(4)将增乳果切碎后混合在原液中,制得胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂。
本发明进一步设置为:(1)将配方量的野葛根、球百乳草、当归、汉网草送入碾磨容器;
(2)粉碎过3.0mm筛,获得胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂的粉末。
本发明进一步设置为:生殖系统养生添加剂按重量配比包括:10%赤小豆、5%王不留行、5%通草、5%路路通、5%杜仲、5%泽兰叶、10%益母草、5%黄芪、5%当归、10%党参、5%枸杞子、5%女贞子、5%蒲公英、10%黄豆、5%芝麻、5%鲫鱼粉。
本发明进一步设置为:(1)将配方量的赤小豆、王不留行、通草、路路通、杜仲、泽兰叶、益母草、黄芪、当归、党参、枸杞子、女贞子、蒲公英、黄豆、芝麻、鲫鱼粉送入熬制容器,加水5倍先浸泡,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制1.0-2小时,倒出头液;
(2)将剩余的药渣加水3倍,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制0.5-1.0小时,倒出二液;
(3)将头液和二液混合均匀后浓缩成原液得生殖系统养生添加剂。

通过上述技术方案,可使母猪快速恢复机体功能,提高繁殖力与抗病力,增强食欲、促进消化、具有通乳功能,提高母猪乳质量和数量从而保证了猪健康,抗病力强。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)可使母猪快速恢复机体功能,具有通乳功能,提高母猪乳质量以及末端乳头的奶水质量;
(2)降低食用末端乳头奶水的弱仔猪比例;
(3)增强食欲、促进消化,提高繁殖力与抗病力。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不仅限于此。
一、原料的制备例1-2
制备例1:
称取35.6KG玉米、15KG膨化玉米、10KG豆粕、3KG发酵豆粕、4KG鱼粉、8KG乳清粉、8KG面粉、0.2KG红糖、0.2KG葡萄糖、0.1KG食盐、0.1KG复合维生素预混料和0.1KG复合微量元素预混料。
原料的制备方法包括如下操作步骤:
(1)将红糖与膨化玉米按照质量比例混合,粉碎过3.0mm筛,获得混料A;
(2)将复合维生素预混料与1KG玉米按质量比为1:10的比例混合,获得混料B;
(3)将复合微量元素预混料与1KG玉米按质量比为1:10的比例混合,获得混料C;
(4)将混料A、混料B、混料C以及剩余的其它原料混合均匀即得原料。
制备例2:
称取39.2KG玉米、20KG膨化玉米、12KG豆粕、5KG发酵豆粕、6KG鱼粉、10KG乳清粉、10KG面粉、0.5KG红糖、0.8KG葡萄糖、0.5KG食盐、0.5KG复合维生素预混料和0.5KG复合微量元素预混料。
原料的制备方法包括如下操作步骤:
(1)将红糖与膨化玉米按照质量比例混合,粉碎过3.0mm筛,获得混料A;
(2)将复合维生素预混料与5KG玉米按质量比为1:10的比例混合,获得混料B;
(3)将复合微量元素预混料与5KG玉米按质量比为1:10的比例混合,获得混料C;
(4)将混料A、混料B、混料C以及剩余的其它原料混合均匀即得原料。
二、胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂制备例1-3
制备例1:
(1)称取200g野葛根、200g球百乳草、200g当归、200g汉网草送入熬制容器,加水5倍先浸泡,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制1小时,倒出头液;
(2)将剩余的药渣加水3倍,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制0.5小时,倒出二液;
(3)将头液和二液混合均匀后浓缩成原液;
(4)将增乳果切碎后混合在原液中,制得胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂。
制备例2:
(1)称取400g野葛根、400g球百乳草、400g当归、400g汉网草送入熬制容器,加水5倍先浸泡,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制2小时,倒出头液;
(2)将剩余的药渣加水3倍,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制1.0小时,倒出二液;
(3)将头液和二液混合均匀后浓缩成原液;
(4)将增乳果切碎后混合在原液中,制得胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂。
制备例3:
(1)称取400g野葛根、400g球百乳草、400g当归、400g汉网草送入碾磨容器;
(2)粉碎过3.0mm筛,获得胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂的粉末。
三、生殖系统养生添加剂制备例1-2
制备例1:
(1)称取100g赤小豆、50g王不留行、50g通草、50g路路通、50g杜仲、50g泽兰叶、100g益母草、50g黄芪、50g当归、100g党参、50g枸杞子、50g女贞子、50g蒲公英、100g黄豆、50g芝麻、50g鲫鱼粉送入熬制容器,加水5倍先浸泡,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制2小时,倒出头液;
(2)将剩余的药渣加水3倍,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制1.0小时,倒出二液;
(3)将头液和二液混合均匀后浓缩成原液;
(4)鲫鱼去除内脏,与上述原液置入砂锅中加入三倍量的水大火烧开后改小火炖40分钟,滤液弃渣,冷却制得生殖系统养生添加剂。
制备例2:
(1)称取80g赤小豆、40g王不留行、40g通草、40g路路通、40g杜仲、40g泽兰叶、80g益母草、40g黄芪、40g当归、80g党参、40g枸杞子、40g女贞子、40g蒲公英、80g黄豆、40g芝麻、40g鲫鱼粉送入熬制容器,加水5倍先浸泡,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制1.0小时,倒出头液;
(2)将剩余的药渣加水3倍,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制0.5小时,倒出二液;
(3)将头液和二液混合均匀后浓缩成原液;
(4)鲫鱼去除内脏,与上述原液置入砂锅中加入三倍量的水大火烧开后改小火炖30分钟,滤液弃渣,冷却制得生殖系统养生添加剂。
制备例3:
(1)称取80g赤小豆、40g王不留行、40g通草、40g路路通、40g杜仲、40g泽兰叶、80g益母草、40g黄芪、40g当归、80g党参、40g枸杞子、40g女贞子、40g蒲公英、80g黄豆、40g芝麻送入碾磨容器;
(2)粉碎过3.0mm筛,并和40g鲫鱼粉混合,获得胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂的粉末。

Claims (10)
1.一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数计,包括如下组分:
原料 90-95份;
胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂 1-2份;
生殖系统养生添加剂 1-2份;
其中,胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂包括:野葛根、球百乳草、增乳果、当归、汉网草;
其中,生殖系统养生添加剂包括:赤小豆、王不留行、通草、路路通、杜仲、泽兰叶、益母草、黄芪、当归、党参、枸杞子、女贞子、蒲公英、黄豆、芝麻、鲫鱼粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于:原料包括玉米、膨化玉米、豆粕、发酵豆粕、鱼粉、乳清粉、面粉、红糖、葡萄糖、食盐、复合维生素预混料和复合微量元素预混料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于:原料按重量配比包括35.6%-39.2%玉米、15%-20%膨化玉米、10%-12%豆粕、3-5%发酵豆粕、4%-6%鱼粉、8%-10%乳清粉、8%-10%面粉、0.2%-0.5%红糖、0.2%-0.8%葡萄糖、0.1%-0.5%食盐、0.1%-0.5%复合维生素预混料和0.1%-0.5%复合微量元素预混料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于,原料的制备方法包括如下操作步骤:
(1)将红糖与膨化玉米按照质量比例混合,粉碎过3.0mm筛,获得混料A;
(2)将复合维生素预混料与部分玉米按质量比为1:10的比例混合,获得混料B;
(3)将复合微量元素预混料与部分玉米按质量比为1:10的比例混合,获得混料C;
(4)将混料A、混料B、混料C以及剩余的其它原料混合均匀即得原料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于:胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂按重量配比包括:25%野葛根、25%球百乳草、增乳果、25%当归、25%汉网草。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于:(1)将配方量的野葛根、球百乳草、当归、汉网草送入熬制容器,加水5倍先浸泡,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制1.0-2小时,倒出头液;
(2)将剩余的药渣加水3倍,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制0.5-1.0小时,倒出二液;
(3)将头液和二液混合均匀后浓缩成原液;
(4)将增乳果切碎后混合在原液中,制得胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于:(1)将配方量的野葛根、球百乳草、当归、汉网草送入碾磨容器;
(2)粉碎过3.0mm筛,获得胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂的粉末。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于:生殖系统养生添加剂按重量配比包括:10%赤小豆、5%王不留行、5%通草、5%路路通、5%杜仲、5%泽兰叶、10%益母草、5%黄芪、5%当归、10%党参、5%枸杞子、5%女贞子、5%蒲公英、10%黄豆、5%芝麻、5%鲫鱼粉。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于:(1)将配方量的赤小豆、王不留行、通草、路路通、杜仲、泽兰叶、益母草、黄芪、当归、党参、枸杞子、女贞子、蒲公英、黄豆、芝麻、鲫鱼粉送入熬制容器,加水5倍先浸泡,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制1.0-2小时,倒出头液;
(2)将剩余的药渣加水3倍,大火将水烧开,然后文火熬制0.5-1.0小时,倒出二液;
(3)将头液和二液混合均匀后浓缩成原液得生殖系统养生添加剂。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种提高哺乳母猪奶水质量的饲料配方,其特征在于:(1)将配方量的赤小豆、王不留行、通草、路路通、杜仲、泽兰叶、益母草、黄芪、当归、党参、枸杞子、女贞子、蒲公英、黄豆、芝麻碾磨容器;
(2)粉碎过3.0mm筛,并和鲫鱼粉混合,获得胸腺心血管系统养生添加剂的粉末。
