Description

Pesticide composition containing tolfenpyrad and diafenthiuron and application thereof
Technical Field

Background
Tolfenpyrad is a novel pyrazole heterocyclic insecticidal and acaricidal agent, and has the main action mechanism of preventing oxidative phosphorylation of insects, and also has the effects of killing eggs, inhibiting food, inhibiting egg laying and sterilizing. The pesticide has wide insecticidal spectrum, has high control effect on various bony-lepidoptera, hemiptera, beetle, hymenoptera, diptera pests and mites, also has good quick-acting property, and the pests die immediately after being treated. Is widely used for pest control of crops such as vegetables, fruit trees, flowers, tea leaves and the like.
Diafenthiuron is a novel thiourea insecticide and acaricide with the functions of contact poisoning, stomach toxicity, systemic absorption and fumigation, has a certain ovicidal effect, is converted into a substance with insecticidal activity under ultraviolet light, and has strong activity on pests with serious drug resistance on vegetables. Can be used for preventing and treating aphid, whitefly, leafhopper, noctuidae pests and mites on various crops and ornamental plants.
However, in the actual process of agricultural production, the most easily caused problem of controlling pests is the generation of resistance to pests. The compounding of different kinds of components is a common method for preventing and controlling resistant pests. Different components are compounded, and whether a certain compound has synergism, addition or antagonism is judged according to the actual application effect. In most cases, the compounding effect of the pesticide is additive effect, the compounding with real synergistic effect is little, at present, the composition used by compounding tolfenpyrad and diafenthiuron is available, but the mixing proportion of a plurality of compositions is not scientific, and the compositions can not achieve the synergistic effect but can play an antagonistic effect at random, so that the pesticide is wasted. In addition, many compositions have problems such as inability to be stored for a long period of time and low suspension rates.

The inventor of the application finds that the tolfenpyrad and the diafenthiuron are compounded for use in the research process, and compared with the single use of one of the tolfenpyrad and the diafenthiuron, the insecticidal effect and the control effect of insects are improved, especially when the weight ratio of the tolfenpyrad to the diafenthiuron is 1: (0.2-5), and when being applied to tea lesser leafhoppers, the co-toxicity coefficient is more than 120, and the synergistic effect of different degrees is shown, and the possible reason is that the diafenthiuron adopted by the invention is a precursor of the insecticide, and can be decomposed into imine compounds under the condition of ultraviolet irradiation or the existence of multifunctional oxidase, so that mitochondria in nerve cells in the bodies of pests are prevented from playing a role, and the energy conversion of the pests is influenced; the tolfenpyrad is a mitochondrial electron transfer complex inhibitor, and can prevent oxidative phosphorylation of pests and influence synthesis of a mitochondrial electron transfer system complex; the tolfenpyrad and the diafenthiuron are compounded for use, so that the synergistic effect is achieved, the oxidation capacity of organic matters in pest cells can be weakened, the possibility of combination of adenosine diphosphate and phosphoric acid is reduced, and pest catalepsy is caused, but the tolfenpyrad and the diafenthiuron have poor solubility in a water system, are easy to aggregate and precipitate, have poor dispersibility and low stability, and severely limit the application of the pesticide composition containing the tolfenpyrad and the diafenthiuron.

The invention is to improve the long-term storage stability of suspending agent containing tolfenpyrad and diafenthiuron, the technical means of adding tackifier is adopted, xanthan gum is commonly used as tackifier to increase the suspension rate in the prior art, but the stability of the pesticide composition after long-term storage in a water system cannot be solved, but the invention is regulated and controlled by experiments, and the invention has the advantages that the viscosity and the long-term stability of the system are greatly different by changing the particle size of the magnesium aluminum silicate and the compounding ratio of the magnesium aluminum silicate and the xanthan gum, and the possible reason is that the magnesium aluminum silicate and the xanthan gum are selected, so that the invention not only can exert the synergistic effect, but also has excellent compatibility with polyether carboxylate and polyether phosphate, and is beneficial to regulating the viscosity and the yield value of the system; secondly, the magnesium aluminum silicate with special particle size has a unique three-dimensional chain structure, so that drug particles are easy to adsorb, the tail end of the side chain of the xanthan gum molecule contains an pyruvic acid group and a hydroxyl group, so that the hydrophilic performance is improved, the sol molecule can form a gel-like net structure to support the form of solid particles, when the particle size of the magnesium aluminum silicate is 900-1200 meshes, and the mass ratio of the magnesium aluminum silicate to the xanthan gum is 1: (0.1-0.3), on the one hand, the suspension rate of the pesticide composition can be ensured, and on the other hand, the situation that the network structure of sol molecules is too dense to reduce the fluidity of the active ingredients of the pesticide and influence the using pesticide effect can be prevented.

Evaluation of Performance
1. And (3) testing toxicity: the pesticidal compositions of examples 1 to 7 were each dissolved and diluted with 0.1% tween 80 water to prepare solutions having an equal mass concentration, and each solution was placed in a 250ml beaker. Placing nymph in refrigerator (0-4 deg.C) for 5-10min, taking out when it is inactive, gently soaking the nymph-carrying insect-soaking cage in the medicinal liquid for 10 s, taking out, removing the residual medicinal liquid with absorbent paper, marking respectively, placing into a biological incubator with temperature of 25 + -2 deg.C and relative humidity of 60 + -5%, and feeding five-year-old nymph with fresh and clean tea tree leaves. The nymph is treated for 30 heads at each concentration, repeated for 4 times, and the result is checked 72 hours after the nymph is treated by using 0.1% Tween 80 water soaked in acetone with the corresponding content as a control, and the control death rate is higher than 20% and is an invalid test.
Test targets: a population of Empoascaflavescens is collected from a tea garden in the mountain south Judge county, Henschel, Kyowa village. Culturing in a climatic chamber, breeding a first generation by using the tea tree tender bud heads, culturing at the temperature of 26 +/-1 ℃, and illuminating: the dark is l4h:10h, the light intensity is 2000lux, and the relative humidity is 70 +/-10%. During the test, five-instar nymphs growing regularly are selected for determination.
The statistical method comprises the following steps: respectively establishing a toxicity regression equation by taking a logarithmic value of the concentration (mg/L) of the medicament as an independent variable x and a corresponding probability value of correcting the death rate as a dependent variable y, solving the co-toxicity coefficients of two single doses in different ratios, and comparing the synergy conditions of different ratios.
And (3) virulence determination results: the results of indoor toxicity measurement of five-instar nymphs of tea lesser leafhoppers by using different compounding ratios of tolfenpyrad and diafenthiuron are shown in table 1.
