本发明涉及一种电动机,尤其涉及一种用于车辆中的电动机,例如作为电动发电机单元、扭矩矢量电动机或驱动电动机。本发明还涉及一种用于制造这种电动机的方法。
背景技术
电动机目前被广泛的应用。在汽车工业中,电动机,例如可以用作起动器/发电机,例如用作所谓的集成电动发电机单元,用作混合驱动车辆或纯电动车辆中的驱动电动机,或者用作扭矩矢量电动机。
随着对电动机的兴趣增加,重要的是提供改进的制造工艺以及用于改进电动机的性能的新颖的技术配置。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,本发明的目的是减少现有技术电动机及其制造方法的缺点。
根据第一方面,提供了一种根据权利要求1所述的电动机,根据第二方面,提供了一种根据权利要求8所述的用于制造电动机的方法。

具体实施方式
在图1a-b中,示出了电动机1。电动机1包括转子2、定子3和包围转子2和定子3的壳体4,定子具有多个以不同半径布置并沿圆周分布的绕组销(winding pins)5。
壳体4可以是任何适于保护转子2和定子3的外壳,壳体4可以完全或部分地包围转子2和定子3,并且可以是任何合适的形状。壳体4可以适于电磁屏蔽、抗冲击和/或防水。壳体4还可以适于旋转地支撑转子2。
绕组销5优选地具有平行壁,该平行壁可以包括或者不包括折皱(folds)、凹槽和/或弯曲。绕组销5优选地彼此平行。它们可以具有任何横截面形状,例如矩形、圆形或三角形,并且优选但不是必须地沿着绕组销5的整个长度具有相同的形状,绕组销5的半径可以是恒定的或者沿着绕组销5的整个长度增加,绕组销5优选地由防水材料,例如塑料制成。对于多个绕组销5中的每一个,形状、长度、半径和/或材料可以相同、相似或不同。
每个轴向定子端部都设有端线圈连接装置6,端线圈连接装置6,例如可以由印刷电路板(PCB)、母线组件或包括绕组之间的所有连接的类似平面结构来实现。金属连接可以优选地嵌入塑料材料中。在PCB的情况下,IMS(绝缘金属衬底)可能是有利的。每个端线圈连接设备6优选地布置在盖(cover)7上,其可以由例如塑料材料形成。一个盖7设置有进油口8,而另一个盖7设置有出油口9。每个盖7优选地适于保护端线圈连接设备6不受液体影响。因此,盖7优选地由诸如塑料的防水材料制成。
为了允许冷却油从入口8流到出口9,至少一些绕组销5是中空的。绕组销5的内径可以是恒定的或者沿着绕组销5的整个长度增加,并且对于所述多个绕组销5中的每一个来说可以是相同的、相似的或者不同的,此外,中空绕组销5优选地通过压配合、焊接、铜焊或者软焊的方式插入穿过每个端线圈连接设备6。因此,进入入口8的油流入盖7,并进一步流入绕组销5而不与端线圈连接装置6接触,油穿过定子3的轴向长度流过绕组销5,进入对侧的盖7,并在出油口9处离开而不与端线圈连接装置6接触。
可选地,端线圈连接设备6中的至少一个可以提供有电子模块10,诸如电源模块或其他分立电源部件。电子模块10可以布置在端线圈连接设备6上,但是位于定子3的径向外侧(参见图1B)。
现在将参照图2-4描述电动机的制造,在图2中,中空绕组销5被压配合到端线圈连接装置6上,绕组销5可以可选地进一步使用热处理或粘合剂固定。在图3中,定子3通过在绕组销5周围设置线圈而形成,线圈可以通过在绕组销5周围缠绕导电材料例如铜而形成,或者它们可以预先缠绕并放置在绕组销5周围,在图4中,附加的端线圈连接装置6被压配合到绕组销5的自由端上,绕组销5可以可选地进一步使用热处理或粘合剂固定。显然,电动机1可以通过布置盖7的附加步骤以及通过将定子3定位在具有相关联的转子2的壳体4中来制造。
本文所述的电动机1提供了许多优点。它允许简化的定子组装过程。每个电机可以仅使用一种类型的绕组销,从而其长度是可扩展的。它允许灵活的缠绕模式,例如用于更新的端线圈连接设备布线。它还具有良好的冷却效果,由此如果与转子冷却结合,连续功率将等于峰值功率。它还允许更短的总定子长度和减小的端线圈长度。它还允许进一步的可能性,以将功率半导体集成在端线圈连接装置上,以及减少绕组AC损耗,这使发引擎具有更高效率和更高速度能力。
Claims (10)
1.一种电动机,所述电动机包括转子(2)、定子(3)和包围所述转子(2)和所述定子(3)的壳体(4),其中,所述定子(3)包括布置在所述定子(3)的一个轴向端部上的至少一个端线圈连接装置(6)以及延伸穿过所述至少一个端线圈连接装置(6)的多个中空绕组销(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动机,其中,所述定子(3)包括布置在所述定子(3)的对应的轴向端部上的两个端线圈连接装置(6),并且其中所述中空绕组销(5)延伸穿过两个端线圈连接装置(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动机,其中,所述中空绕组销(5)分布在不同的半径处。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电动机,还包括进油口(8),所述进油口(8)布置在所述至少一个端线圈连接装置(6)处并且被配置为允许冷却油流入所述中空绕组销(5)中而不接触所述端线圈连接装置(6)。
5.根据权利要求2和4所述的电动机,还包括布置在位于与所述进油口(8)的相对端的所述端线圈连接装置(6)处的出油口(9),其中,所述出油口(9)被配置为允许冷却油从所述中空绕组销(5)流出而不接触所述端线圈连接装置(6)。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的电动机,其中,所述进油口(8)和/或所述出油口(9)形成用于所述端线圈连接装置(6)的相应的盖(7)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电动机,其中,所述中空绕组销(5)被压配合到所述至少一个端线圈连接装置(6)上。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电动机,还包括电子模块(10)。
9.一种用于制造电动机(1)的方法,包括将转子(2)和定子(3)布置在壳体(4)内,其中,所述定子(3)通过以下步骤提供:
将多个中空绕组销(5)压配合到至少一个端线圈连接装置(6)上,以及
围绕所述绕组销(5)提供线圈。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,还包括在围绕所述中空绕组销(5)设置线圈之后将附加的端线圈连接装置(6)压配合到所述绕组销(5)的自由端上的步骤。
