The invention provides a livestock and poultry manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer which comprises 400 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 300 parts of furfural residue, 2 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus liquid, 2 parts of bacillus subtilis, 2 parts of bacillus megaterium and 1 part of bacillus cereus.

The invention provides a livestock and poultry manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer which is composed of 600 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 500 parts of furfural residue, 5 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus liquid, 4 parts of bacillus subtilis, 3 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens, 5 parts of bacillus megaterium, 3 parts of bacillus cereus and 2 parts of mould liquid.

Example 6
The invention provides a livestock and poultry manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer which is composed of 500 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 400 parts of furfural residue, 3.5 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus liquid, 3 parts of bacillus subtilis, 1.5 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens, 3.5 parts of bacillus megaterium, 2 parts of bacillus cereus and 1 part of mould liquid.
After the fifth day of fermentation, the temperature exceeds 65 ℃, after 30 days of fermentation, the temperature is reduced to below 40 ℃, the water content of the mixed material is about 33 percent, the pH value is 6.5, the total content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is more than 7, the organic matter content is 64, the color of the fermentation raw material is brown or light black, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate exceeds 90 percent, the escherichia coli killing rate exceeds 99.99 percent, and the method can be directly used for preparing powder or granular organic fertilizers.

Table 2 shows the change of ammonia nitrogen and fecal coliform removal rate before and after the fermentation of the composite phosphate furfural residue of livestock and poultry or pig manure, through the implementation of the process, 91.08% of ammonia nitrogen in the livestock and poultry or pig manure can be effectively removed, and more than 99.99% of fecal coliform can be killed.

And detecting the contents of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and chloramphenicol in the finished fertilizer by adopting liquid chromatography (HPLC).
For blank (livestock and poultry or pig manure), experiment 1 (livestock and poultry or pig manure + furfural residue), and experiment 2 (livestock and poultry or pig manure + furfural residue + bacillus compositus + mold), oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and chloramphenicol were detected respectively, and the detection results are shown in table 2.

As shown in Table 3, the contents of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, aureomycin and chloramphenicol cannot be effectively reduced in practice due to the increase of the mixing ratio when the livestock and poultry manure or the pig manure is mixed with the sulfated furfural residues; according to experiment 2, the content of the antibiotics is obviously reduced after the mixture is fermented at high temperature under the action of the composite bacillus and the mould.

Claims (10)

1. The livestock and poultry manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer is characterized by consisting of 400-600 parts of livestock and poultry manure, 500 parts of furfural residue, 2-5 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus liquid, 2-4 parts of bacillus subtilis, 0-3 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens, 2-5 parts of bacillus megaterium, 1-3 parts of bacillus cereus and 0-2 parts of mould liquid.
2. The livestock and poultry manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the furfural residue is composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue.

The livestock and poultry manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein each gram of the lactobacillus acidophilus, the bacillus subtilis, the bacillus amyloliquefaciens, the bacillus megaterium and the bacillus cereus is 100-200 hundred million.

A preparation method of the livestock and poultry manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer for preparing the livestock and poultry manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3 is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one, mixing and stirring livestock and poultry manure and furfural residues uniformly, and performing composting fermentation;
step two, in the fermentation process, adding lactobacillus acidophilus, bacillus subtilis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens, bacillus megaterium and bacillus cereus into the mixed fermentation product of the livestock and poultry manure and the furfural residues, uniformly stirring, and continuing composting and fermenting; the temperature of the stage is 18.2 ℃ from the initial fermentation temperature, the continuous high temperature is kept, and the temperature is reduced to about 40 ℃, and the whole period is about 20 days;
after fermentation, adding mold bacterium liquid to continue fermentation to obtain the livestock and poultry manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer; after 21 days, the mold solution was added at a temperature of about 40 ℃.

The method for preparing the livestock manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the first step, livestock manure and furfural residue compost are fermented at the pH of 5-6.5; the pH value in the third step of fermentation is 7.5-9.0.

The pig manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer is characterized by consisting of 400-fold sand of pig manure, 500-fold sand of furfural residue, 2-5 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus liquid, 2-4 parts of bacillus subtilis, 0-3 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens, 2-5 parts of bacillus megatherium, 1-3 parts of bacillus cereus and 0-2 parts of mould liquid.
7. The pig manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 6, wherein the furfural residue is composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue;
each gram of the lactobacillus acidophilus, the bacillus subtilis, the bacillus amyloliquefaciens, the bacillus megaterium and the bacillus cereus is 100 to 200 hundred million.
8. A preparation method of the pig manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 7, wherein the preparation method of the pig manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer comprises the following steps:
step one, mixing and stirring pig manure and furfural residues uniformly, and performing composting fermentation;
step two, in the fermentation process, adding lactobacillus acidophilus, bacillus subtilis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens, bacillus megaterium and bacillus cereus into the mixed fermentation product of the pig manure and the furfural residues, uniformly stirring, and continuing composting and fermenting;
and step three, after fermentation, adding mold bacterium liquid to continue fermentation, and obtaining the pig manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer.
9. The preparation method of the pig manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer as claimed in claim 8, wherein in the first step, the fermentation pH of the pig manure and the furfural residue compost is 5-6.5; the pH value in the step three fermentation is 7.5-9.0.

The application of the exogenously added sulfureted bacteria in the organic fertilizer of any one of claims 1 to 3 to decompose the sulfureted furfural residue and the livestock and poultry manure protein, wherein the exogenously added sulfureted bacteria convert hydrogen sulfide generated in the decomposition process of the sulfated furfural residue and the livestock and poultry manure protein into sulfate radicals, and are fixed in the livestock and poultry manure composite sulfuric acid type furfural residue organic fertilizer, and the sulfureted bacteria are composite bacteria consisting of lactobacillus acidophilus, bacillus subtilis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens, bacillus megaterium and bacillus cereus.
