背景技术
土豆就是我们常说的马铃薯,其具有很高的营养价值,是全球公认的全营养食品,引起了广泛的关注与研究。马铃薯蛋白质营养价值高,可消化成分高,易被人体吸收,其品质与动物蛋白相近,可与鸡蛋媲美。马铃薯蛋白质中含有18种氨基酸,此外,马铃薯中还含有丰富的维生素,其中,胡萝卜素和维生素C是禾谷类粮食中所没有的。从营养角度来看,马铃薯比大米、面粉具有更多的优点,可称为“十全十美的食物”。
目前市场土豆淀粉加工现状是:土豆滤渣和土豆蛋白水需要进行环保处理,增加了生产成本,造成小型加工厂环保过不了关无法建设,生产过程中烘干淀粉成本很大,综上所述,本发明设计了一种循环生态的土豆淀粉制作方法。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种循环生态的土豆淀粉制作方法,工艺系统设计合理,解决了土豆提取淀粉后,剩余的蛋白水和土豆渣通过技术做成了蛋白饮料和土豆白酒,解决环保处理成本,本土豆淀粉不通过烘干,而是通过物理脱水,微生物保鲜,真空包装的淀粉产品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种循环生态的土豆淀粉制作方法,包括以下工艺流程:
1、首先选取含硒和锌的无公害土豆,此土豆通过种植在用了锌肥和硒肥加上氮磷钾作为底肥,使用三次叶面肥的土豆田内;
2、将选取好的土豆放入土豆脱皮清洗设备,通过清水池内送入的水将土豆表面的泥沙清洗掉并将土豆表面的薄皮脱落;
3、清洗去皮后的土豆经过二次清洗通过输送带送至榨汁机,土豆脱皮清洗设备清洗土豆后的废水通过输送带送至沉淀池,沉淀池内的水经过过滤池排放至清水池;
4、榨汁机内加入纯净水进行榨汁,榨得的土豆汁送入淀粉沉淀池,再通过淀粉脱水机得到土豆淀粉和蛋白水,土豆淀粉搅拌烘干,再通过真空包装机包装;榨汁后得到的土豆渣送入搅拌桶,并加入稻壳或玉米进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后经过托盘工作台送入蒸煮机,蒸煮完毕后进入发酵桶进行发酵10-20天,然后再通过酿酒设备进行酿酒,酿得的酒为土豆白酒并进行灌装入库。
5、蛋白水通过巴氏杀菌机进行杀菌处理后,并与苹果榨汁机榨得的苹果汁、乳酸一同进入搅拌桶进行搅拌,最后得到土豆饮料,并通过灌装机进行包装。
所述的沉淀池内的污泥与苹果榨汁机榨剩的苹果渣以及酿酒后剩下的酒糟作为有机肥使用。
所述的沉淀池、过滤池、清水池都是一立方米可以用塑料桶代替。
所述的土豆饮料、土豆白酒在无菌车间进行灌装包装。

参照图1,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:一种循环生态的土豆淀粉制作方法,包括以下工艺流程:
1、首先选取含硒和锌的无公害土豆,此土豆通过种植在用了锌肥和硒肥加上氮磷钾作为底肥,使用三次叶面肥的土豆田内;
2、将选取好的土豆放入土豆脱皮清洗设备,通过清水池内送入的水将土豆表面的泥沙清洗掉并将土豆表面的薄皮脱落;
3、清洗去皮后的土豆经过二次清洗通过输送带送至榨汁机,土豆脱皮清洗设备清洗土豆后的废水通过输送带送至沉淀池,沉淀池内的水经过过滤池排放至清水池;
4、榨汁机内加入纯净水进行榨汁,榨得的土豆汁送入淀粉沉淀池,再通过淀粉脱水机得到土豆淀粉和蛋白水,土豆淀粉搅拌烘干,再通过真空包装机包装;榨汁后得到的土豆渣送入搅拌桶,并加入稻壳或玉米进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后经过托盘工作台送入蒸煮机,蒸煮完毕后进入发酵桶进行发酵10-20天,然后再通过酿酒设备进行酿酒,酿得的酒为土豆白酒并进行灌装入库。

本具体实施方式的土豆淀粉含量一般5-8吨出淀粉1吨,本生产线为小型生产线,每天处理土豆3~5吨,日产500~800公斤淀粉,150~200升土豆酒,1500升左右蛋白水,500斤左右酒糟,500斤左右有机肥。

(3)、清洗去皮后的土豆经过二次清洗通过输送带送至榨汁机,土豆脱皮清洗设备清洗土豆后的废水通过输送带送至沉淀池,沉淀池内的水经过过滤池排放至清水池;
(4)、榨汁机内加入纯净水进行榨汁,榨得的土豆汁送入淀粉沉淀池,再通过淀粉脱水机得到土豆淀粉和蛋白水,土豆淀粉搅拌烘干,再通过真空包装机包装;榨汁后得到的土豆渣送入搅拌桶,并加入稻壳或玉米进行搅拌,搅拌均匀后经过托盘工作台送入蒸煮机,蒸煮完毕后进入发酵桶进行发酵10-20天,然后再通过酿酒设备进行酿酒,酿得的酒为土豆白酒并进行灌装处理;
