Abstract
本发明揭示了电力工业用疏水球阀,包括阀体、设于阀体内的流道内腔、可旋转启闭流道内腔的球体、抵持球体的两侧的上游阀座和下游阀座、以及贯穿阀体延伸至球体的阀杆,其特征在于:所述上游阀座与流道内腔的内壁之间浮动连接,所述下游阀座与流道内腔的内壁之间胀接,位于球体的上方设有嵌入阀体内的轴承,所述阀杆的底部为多边形结构,阀杆贯穿轴承延伸嵌入至球体顶部,阀杆与轴承之间可拆卸锁紧固定连接。本发明实现了密封阀体,提高阀门有效使用性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于球阀技术领域,尤其涉及一种电力工业用疏水球阀。
背景技术
球阀是启闭球体由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门,在管道中主要起截断作用,随着科学技术的飞速发展,生产工艺及产品结构的不断改进,球阀已迅速发展成为一种主要的阀类,球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。但是,常规的硬密封球阀阀座活塞环密封采用柔性石墨,受材料的限制,阀门使用温度大于550℃后极易出现内漏,且当阀门公称压力大于Class2500,柔性石墨极易冲散致阀门失效,尤其是在电力工业用疏水球阀,受阀门使用温度和阀门公称压力的影响,常规硬密封球阀极易出现严重内漏,影响装置运转周期。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供电力工业用疏水球阀,从而实现密封阀体,提高阀门有效使用性能。为了达到上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
电力工业用疏水球阀,包括阀体、设于阀体内的流道内腔、可旋转启闭流道内腔的球体、抵持球体的两侧的上游阀座和下游阀座、以及贯穿阀体延伸至球体的阀杆,其特征在于:所述上游阀座与流道内腔的内壁之间浮动连接,所述下游阀座与流道内腔的内壁之间胀接,位于球体的上方设有嵌入阀体内的轴承,所述阀杆的底部为多边形结构,阀杆贯穿轴承延伸嵌入至球体顶部,阀杆与轴承之间可拆卸锁紧固定连接。
具体的,所述上游阀座的一端抵接球体,上游阀座的另一端抵接嵌入流道内腔的内壁的第一弹性件。
具体的,所述上游阀座与第一弹性件之间夹持设有第二弹性件。
具体的,所述阀杆与阀体之间填充设有填料,阀体的顶端设有套接阀杆封堵填料的压板,压板的顶部设有套接阀杆的压盖。
具体的,所述阀杆的上部套设有架置于阀体上的支架,支架内穿设有锁紧至阀体的安装件。
具体的,所述支架的顶部设有套接阀杆的顶端的连接套,连接套的外周套设有手柄,连接套与阀杆之间可拆卸锁紧固定连接。
具体的,所述阀杆的底部为正方体结构,所述球体顶部开设有与正方体结构相对应匹配的凹槽。
具体的,所述阀杆与轴承之间通过锁紧销连接固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明电力工业用疏水球阀的有益效果主要体现在:
阀体采用一体式结构,有效提高阀门的使用性能;下游阀座与阀体采用胀接的连接方式,且采用相同的材质,有效避免因热胀冷缩引起的泄漏问题,尤其对于电力工业应用,温度交叉变化大,密封效果显著;阀杆与球体的连接采用多边形结构插接的方式,有效防止球体发生过大位置偏移,确保阀门的可靠密封;轴承与阀杆之间可拆卸锁紧固定连接,保证阀杆旋转作业中防止飞出脱离阀体,提高阀杆的强度;通过连接套安装手柄,起到稳定固定作用,有效减少阀杆安装的零部件。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例:
参照图1-3所示,本实施例为电力工业用疏水球阀,包括阀体1、设于阀体1内的流道内腔11、可旋转启闭流道内腔11的球体2、抵持球体2的两侧的上游阀座3和下游阀座4、以及贯穿阀体1延伸至球体2的阀杆5;上游阀座3与流道内腔11的内壁之间浮动连接,下游阀座4与流道内腔11的内壁之间胀接,位于球体2的上方设有嵌入阀体1内的轴承6,阀杆5的底部为多边形结构,阀杆5贯穿轴承6延伸嵌入至球体2顶部,阀杆5与轴承6之间可拆卸锁紧固定连接。
上游阀座3的一端抵接球体2,上游阀座3的另一端抵接嵌入流道内腔11的内壁的第一弹性件,本实施例第一弹性件为卡簧31。
上游阀座3与第一弹性件之间夹持设有第二弹性件,本实施例第二弹性件为碟簧32。
阀杆5与阀体1之间填充设有填料51,阀体1的顶端设有套接阀杆5封堵填料51的压板52。压板52的顶部设有套接阀杆5的压盖53。
阀杆5的上部套设有架置于阀体1上的支架7,支架7内穿设有锁紧至阀体1的安装件,本实施例安装件为螺栓71。
支架7的顶部设有套接阀杆5的顶端的连接套8,连接套8的外周套设有手柄81。连接套8与阀杆5之间可拆卸锁紧固定连接。
阀体1、上游阀座3和下游阀座4均采用INCONEL750材质制成。
填料51选用柔性石墨夹丝制成。
球体2的表面喷涂硬质合金处理。
阀杆5的底部为正方体结构,球体5顶部开设有与正方体结构相对应匹配的凹槽21。
阀杆5与轴承6之间通过锁紧销61连接固定,锁紧销61横向贯穿轴承6和阀杆5。
应用本实施例时,阀体1采用一体式结构,有效提高阀门的使用性能;下游阀座4与阀体1采用胀接的连接方式,且采用相同的材质,有效避免因热胀冷缩引起的泄漏问题,尤其对于电力工业应用,温度交叉变化大,密封效果显著;阀杆5与球体2的连接采用多边形结构插接的方式,有效防止球体2发生过大位置偏移,确保阀门的可靠密封;轴承6与阀杆5之间可拆卸锁紧固定连接,保证阀杆5旋转作业中防止飞出脱离阀体1,提高阀杆5的强度;通过连接套8安装手柄81,起到稳定固定作用,有效减少阀杆5安装的零部件。

1.电力工业用疏水球阀,包括阀体、设于阀体内的流道内腔、可旋转启闭流道内腔的球体、抵持球体的两侧的上游阀座和下游阀座、以及贯穿阀体延伸至球体的阀杆,其特征在于:所述上游阀座与流道内腔的内壁之间浮动连接,所述下游阀座与流道内腔的内壁之间胀接,位于球体的上方设有嵌入阀体内的轴承,所述阀杆的底部为多边形结构,阀杆贯穿轴承延伸嵌入至球体顶部,阀杆与轴承之间可拆卸锁紧固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力工业用疏水球阀,其特征在于:所述上游阀座的一端抵接球体,上游阀座的另一端抵接嵌入流道内腔的内壁的第一弹性件。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电力工业用疏水球阀,其特征在于:所述上游阀座与第一弹性件之间夹持设有第二弹性件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电力工业用疏水球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆与阀体之间填充设有填料,阀体的顶端设有套接阀杆封堵填料的压板,压板的顶部设有套接阀杆的压盖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电力工业用疏水球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆的上部套设有架置于阀体上的支架,支架内穿设有锁紧至阀体的安装件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电力工业用疏水球阀,其特征在于:所述支架的顶部设有套接阀杆的顶端的连接套,连接套的外周套设有手柄,连接套与阀杆之间可拆卸锁紧固定连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电力工业用疏水球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆的底部为正方体结构,所述球体顶部开设有与正方体结构相对应匹配的凹槽。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电力工业用疏水球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆与轴承之间通过锁紧销连接固定。
